Located in Shuishe Village, my family liked being on the quieter side of the lake with the ease of being the bus main hub. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. There was a roof patio that my daughter used to sunbathe in relative privacy. The room was very clean.

There were not enough plug outlets.

Nice cosy place that was tastefully decorated. Very clean. The owner was very friendly and approachable. The location is very good as it was about 5 min walk to the bus station. We also enjoy the simple breakfast provided.

The front facade was under slight renovation at that time, bit it's no problems

The staff was incredibly helpful and super sweet. Whenever we had a question or problem they went above and beyond to help us out. Our room was very clean and the breakfast buffet had many options.

The lights were flickering sometimes and it would have been nice to have a bedside light. The room wasn't very soundproof but nothing too bad.

Everything was wonderful. The hostess, Mei Jen, is very helpful and friendly and went over and above our expectations to satisfy our needs.

The hot water in the shower takes quite a while to heat up, but not an issue if you leave the water running for a while, then it will gradually get warm.

The owner is very nice and helpful, she is available 24 hours. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is good. The location is excellent bus station, lake cruise port, and all the restaurants are within five minutes walk. highly recommend and welcome back to stay here again.

Very nice host who’s always there to help! This place is super conveniently located close to the bus stop for pickup to Taichung as well as the pier. Really liked the spacious room and also, the homely breakfast every morning.

What a wonderful stay! Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Making great food and direction recommendations. Easy to have a chat with and kind hearted. Do try the level 1 restaurant when you stay! The pork rice is a must try!

The hotel is new and modern. It close to the bus station and all facilities you need in Sun Moon Lake. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is very sweet and Joyce speaks very good English. They also have a sweet dog and cat in the lobby.

Rooms were renovated but still cosy. Owner was friendly and helpful. Am a cat lover and they have an orange tabby that likes to be petted too
