The B&B is located directly on the waterfront and boulevard, overlooking the harbour and the beautiful lake. It is in a small street with some nice shops and restaurants on your doorstep. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the room was very comfortable. Parking is available just around the corner (2 min walk) in a large parking lot - when you notify staff of your license plate number once your have parked here they arrange that you can leave and enter for free. The staff is absolutely lovely and super helpful - they also sell reduced price tickets for the ferry, which leaves from right outside the hotel. Warmly recommend this B&B!

Great location, just beside the wharf and only some 200 meters from the main bus station. The view overlooking the lake and the docks with mountains in the background is simply fantastic especially in the morning. I was staying in a room with street view but you can enjoy the scenery whenever you want as the hotel is right on the waterfront. Hot water was abundant during my stay.

Maybe the hotel could have one more chair in the room so we do not have to sit on the bed in our dirty pants lol Aditional widow curtain covering the smaller window would be great so the room wouldn't get so bright in the early hours of the morning.

We absolutely loved this place - probably the best place we stayed at in Taiwan so far! We had a room with view on the lake and the view was absolutely breathtaking. There also is a balcony with a table and two chairs, where you can have drinks or eat your breakfast. The room is very large and comfortable. The bathroom is great and the bathtub is awesome. The breakfast was very good as well. Staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. We can only wish we had stayed one more night!

A/C was a bit loud at night (louder than what we’ve typically experienced in other places before). WiFi was a bit unstable at times.

The view of the lake from the room was unobstructed and beautiful! The room itself was spacious, modern and clean. The owners were helpful in providing information about the places to visit in the area. They were also accommodating in providing vegetarian breakfast for me. I especially loved the personalized drawings on the breakfast boxes!

The lack of elevator might be an issue for those with mobility issues but we were able to manage with our suitcases just fine using the stairs.

Great location, only few minutes walk from the coach station. 7/11 just 2 minutes away by walk. Stunning view from the room. The room and the bathroom were sparkling clean. Nice breakfast, came in a picnic basket. We had two different menus for two mornings during our stay. Friendly host, who's left sweet messages on the breakfast boxes everyday.

Amazing location, very good breakfast in a cute picnic basket (you can take your breakfast to the dock to eat with lake view, the best way to wake up!), and very friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Bit of an inconvenient showerhead as the head is not flexible and the bathroom can get wet.

Location is very good, near the bus station, pier and restaurants.

1. Very small breakfast (Take away sandwich) and no space for having any meals. But it's OK, we took it for picnic along the lake. 2. Not have door lock for bathroom, if you mind.

Great unblocked view of Sun Moon Lake with clean, comfortable and spacious room. We had lovely breakfasts packed in a picnic basket on the balcony. Brady, the host, was very friendly and helpful. We had a relaxing stay and would go back again.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped take our suitcases up to our room at check-in and down to reception at check-out. Also provided useful tourist information. Breakfast was lovely and nicely prepared.

the water temp and pressure changes while you are showering. hot and cold randomly. but everything else was nice! parking is at a public lot 5 min walk away. breakfast is very taiwanese, not my preferred taste
