A good location for exploring all of Taipei, as it is close to the metro and many bus lines. The room was spacious and had a fair amount of storage. The bathroom included many amenities, had a nice shower and tub and a washlet toilet. I especially appreciated the laundry available for guests to use on the 5th floor. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The hallways look a bit worn, with stained carpeting and scuffed paint. The room itself was clean, but could have used a bit more of a deep clean in the bathroom, as the shower door had some mildew.

Good vibes. Room was quite nice with a clean and spacious bathroom. Good location! Had food shops downstairs too including a fried chicken place. Was really convenient to have a bus stop downstairs (two stops away there is a direct bus to jiufen!) Love the neighbourhood too.

The room was a bit small for two pax with the luggages. The beds seemed to be single size (not super single) and were smaller than other hotels. The sofa looked bigger in the picture than it really was, and was not so comfy since the cushion backing was too thick but the seat was narrow. Could only have one person sitting at any one time.

The hotel was conveniently located, ~2 km from the Taipei train station, was super clean, beds were comfortable and the room amenities were good including Nespresso coffee. Unfortunately we spent only 3-4 hours in the hotel (as we missed our connecting flight and reached hotel in the morning), but we liked it very much. Staff was very polite and helpful.

We liked the breakfast but would be good if there are more vegetarian options.

We love our room. It's not very big but everything was thoughtful. The identical items like mugs, towels and slippers have some kind of identifier (like the inner part of the mugs have different color, the label on the slippers also have different color) so you can differentiate them. The slippers also come in 2 sizes.

If I have to be picky, it's the pillow. I didn't sleep well in it. But maybe I'm just not used to it.

Located within walking distance from MRT station. This station has 2 lines and is convenient for transfer to the airport line and sightseeing. Impression that correspondence of Staff is kind, and is good. There are staff who can speak Japanese. The breakfast variety is not very extensive, but the quality is good. The rooms are clean and well equipped. I am happy with the espresso machine and mineral water.

Hotel was pretty much in centre or city. Rooms were good size and had everything what you could need.

I think the biggest thing here that this hotel is not designed for western visitor. The extra fancy toilet with all high spec functions isn't that good if there are no instructions in English to use. The bathtub not designed for tall people. No room service available options

Comfortable, clean, big tv, nice bathroom and very friendly and helpful staff.

The breakfast. I appreciate it’s likely a cultural difference, but the scrambled eggs were very oily and greasy, and everything else consisted of complicated dishes that looked more like main courses than breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and various, of course mainly Asian but that's what I expect, when I go to Asia. Water, tea and coffee in the room.

Our room had no window, which is of course not the hotel's fault. There were no chairs in the room and only three hangers for our clothes.

The breakfast is very good, offering a wide variety of food choices. The room is of a good size and offers plenty of sunshine during the day.

I have stayed in this hotel many times. Some of the rooms have a desk suitable for doing work, but many do not--they have only a small round coffee table that is too small for doing work in the room.
