Spacious, bright comfortable room with huge jacuzzi. Good curtains to block the light for sleep. Friendly staff. Well cleaned.

The first night was on top floor room 907. The noise from their machinery facility came out of water drain in the bathroom is terrible which kept me whole night awake. At 1:30am I asked the front desk to come and made a video. There was no room to be changed that night. I can’t believe I was the only one who reacted upon. The next day I had to wait for someone to check again and then she very quickly agreed to change the room. I find it ridiculous! Why 2 persons need to check for something so obvious? I made the video too.From their reactions I know they must have known that since long time. Someone gave same review in 2020 that I found out after my experience. After the drama, there is no compensation or any complementary gesture from the hotel.

The location was great. Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was a great size and clean. The bed was comfortable. I love how the bathtub, shower, toilet and the basin are all separated in different corners of the bathroom.

The bathroom basin was cracked. Although it didn't have an impact on the usage, it didn't look good. The robe hooks next to the shower were a bit flimsy. Initially the toilet was blocked but the staff arranged for it to be fixed in timely manner.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming, speaking very good English and managing to check us in in less than 10 minutes. The rooms really exceeded our expectations. They were huge, with a bath tub jacuzzi for 4 people and a spinning bike to exercise in the room! We had a great sleep, as windows were soundproof and no noises came from the corridor. Overall, an amazing stay and we will book this hotel again.

Large comfortable room with very large bed. Spacious bathroom and large bath and separate shower. Kettle in room and coffee machine. Great location short walk to the old winery in the park, places to eat and drink. Five minutes walk to the nearest MTR station.

Very minor, but there was little storage for clothes. Not a big problem for a few nights but we stayed 8 nights.

Great location with 5 mins-walk from MRT Zhongxiao Xinsheng (exit 2). The property offers a spacious and tidy room. The bathroom is amazing which comes with a massive bathtub fits for 2. So far, one of the biggest room and most amazing bathroom in Taipei.

Unfortunately, the restroom doesn’t has a bidet. The floor in the bathroom is slippery when wet, needs extra care to walk. The air-con in my room seemed a bit struggle when adjust. After I tried to make the room warmer many times, it ended up I have to turn off the air-con.

The room is spacious for the four of us, bathroom has a big bath tub which our kids loved! Room was quiet and bed/pillow were comfortable. The Malaysian girl helped us to check in was very nice and helpful, other staffs are very polite too. There's no carpet in room which I like as feel cleaner.

Hotel is 2 MRT stops east of Taipei station so is not in a busy district and not much to see, we kept going back to Taipei station for shopping and food.

I like the room, bright and huge. My family feel comfortable when walk around inside the room. The location is good as well, and you can easily get to the train and bus station. Many choices of food around the hotel.

The hotel doesn't serve breakfast, and has no facilities, but it is okay for me as I usually prefer to explore outside the city to walk around and get food.

The hotel was close to the subway and bus lines. There were restaurants and a 24h supermarket nearby. The room was big and clean. The bathroom was very nice and I enjoyed a hot bath every evening.

The public areas of the hotel could be renovated. The balcony lacked furniture (but the weather was also bad, so it did not matter). The fridge door could not close easily when something was in the door.

I lived in the corner room this time and the place is hugeeee. It also comes with a huge bathroom and a huge bathtub. Also I don’t know why but there is a spinning bike in the room🤣

The room is not soundproof enough. There was a moment that someone opened the next room’s door, it was so loud that I thought someone opened our door.

Nice staff. Everyone I met was great. Free coffee and hot water to drink at front desk. Awesome water pressure in shower. Clean. Freebies are all good qualities（tea bags, bottle water, cleaning kit）.

Elevator shakes a little and I also scare a little .. A basket in the shower will help, couldn't find a dry place to put my own stuffs. Bed and pillow are both too soft for me but not sure how it is for others.
