Location is great: less than couple of minutes to Ao Nang beach, 7 min walk to Ao Nang night market and 10 min walk to other shopping places of the town. Room and bed were comfortable, we had good rest after whole day exploring the town.

It was a good hotel, just that we do not know how's the food like. Being a Muslim we are not sure if food provided by hotel is halal or non-halal, so we opt to eat outside all the time. End up we having problem in getting breakfast every morning as most of the shops did not open until late morning Perhaps hotel can consider to prepare some halal food for Muslim customers especially for breakfast and state in the brochures/advertisement or at least mentioned if halal food is easily accessible (later we find out from food seller that along 3km of street food eateries/stalls, there are only 3 Muslim eateries, so we have limited choices for foods

Location stated in Booking.com advertisement is "beach frontage" but it was not - perhaps management should consider to re look on the advertisement to avoid misleading customers

The pools were amazing, especially the long one, with lovely surroundings - it was really peaceful. Comfiest bed ever! Staff were always really friendly and we enjoyed breakfast every morning. The room was nice and the view was great too! New towels and water daily. Location was great, we loved the little market restaurant on the left as you exit and the sun sets over the road were beautiful.

These things could be improved but it didn't hamper our stay. More sunbeds needed, pressure in the shower was pants, not many places to store belongings, towels and bedsheets were a little dated/dirty (but they always smelled really fresh).

only 1 bottle of water per guest and no refill station. fitness room was horribly smelly.

great place, check in and check out very easy and quick. very helpful with baggage storage on our day of departure. very clean room with good air conditioning.

the hotel is around a 30 minute walk to where the small food markets in Ao Nang are which is slightly further than we thought. this just meant that it was quite a walk there and back when grabbing some snacks/going to the beach. there were smaller stalls closer to the hotel though which was helpful and a 7-eleven nearby.

Simple and quick. But gets really busy when there are people.

The rooms are fine but the corridors and surfing’s are not maintained very well. The supervision of the cleaning of common fasiclities needs to be improved. Specially lifts and corridors on ground floor as it is always wait.

reception staff a little confused at times, breakfast was poor compared to other hotels but there are big numbers of guests staying so perhaps why.

We loved this hotel. It had three beautiful pools, kind staff, comfortable room, close to the beach and all the various restaurants. I read a bunch of reviews that mentioned the rooms smell - the room does occasionally have a smell, but that's just because of the humidify (remember, this is Thailand). It really never bothered us. The breakfast was actually really good (I had eggs, rice, chicken, fresh fruit, nice cup of coffee). It's true that the gym is small and not very functional, but who cares... There is a fantastic Muay Thai gym called Khun Suek within walking distance. We stayed for a week, then extended our stay for another 10 days.

I wish the concierge knew how to call a taxi. I needed to get somewhere in the city, the concierge told me to go out into the street and find a TukTuk rather than just picking up the phone and calling a taxi to the hotel.

the pool was amazing! incredible value for money, room was so comfy and the balcony was lovely. the breakfast was average but did the job, and if you want something a bit nicer there are lots of nearby cafes in ao nang. room was very clean and AC and fan worked amazingly we even had to turn it up at times. balcony was lovely to sit on and play cards. pool side food and drinks were not ridiculously expensive and were on par with the touristy bars nearby. obviously not the nicest hotel in the area, but for £15 each a night (on par with the hostels) we felt it was amazing value. so close to the beaches (the one opposite is not that good for swimming due to rocks in the water but still very pretty) around 15 min walk to ao nang beach. very close to the night market which had live entertainment every night and affordable food. 7/11 about 5 min walk max away. complementary water every day. able to organise an airport transfer for us for 700. staff were very helpful and friendly!

pool/beach towels were hard to come by, the frosted toilet windows meant that if you turned the toilet light on at night you would wake up the rest of the room. would have been nice to have some balcony furniture. the washer dryer was handy but the dryer was ineffective and you have to pay 100 per machine which is fine but could add up if you had a lot of washing. the breakfast area was not air conditioned so was quite hot! however these were all small things and we would come back!
