Beds are super large that it could fit couple with 2 small kids in Deluxe Double room.Sofa beds and cot are set up for free. Clean pools and clean room with comfortable beds and pillows. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast that are basic but have alternate fried noodles, rice, soup and buns as well with served coffee! We find it amusing to be so close up with Monkeys can pay a surprise visit so be sure to lock rooms and clear of any food plastics on balcony. Kids love the big clean bathtub. I like the separate for shower and toilet! Big room with spacious balcony on Deluxe double room for less than 130 paid by credit card with no admin fee like some other hotel that charges 3%. I have to praise the amazing housekeeping lady who’s done an awesome role in making sure we have all we need in the room. Excellent staff at the restaurant too!

Internet need to be log in every time we were back in the room and it indicated unsecured access! We Cindy manage to get a SIM card so had to use free Wife! I was afraid to check on my banking app as I got a scam email from the hotel that had been compromised in the Booking.com app before I got there but nothing lost so far other though I will need to replace a new card as I have given the scammmer my whole card cvc details! Booking.com communicated promptly with the hotel to assure me not to make any payments over other web links provided by the scammer! Have to pay for my 8 years old child breakfast 300b/day though she barely had nothing more than a bowl of cereal! Small issue though the overall stay outshine the little fee.

The resort was beautiful and located close to the east Railay pier. The staff were very helpful. The rooms were extremely spacious, clean and had all the necessary facilities. The resort was a close 10 minute walk to the beach, walking street and restaurants. Overall, we had a great experience.

The common areas like the elevator smelt weird. There were cats roaming in the breakfast area as guests were feeding them leftovers.

We stayed at the pool villa and it was really really nice! The villa was calm, spacious and beautiful. Sometimes monkeys would walk on the walls which was fun to see with the beautiful cliffs on the background! The private pool is around 5m long and it was wonderful. The staff was always kind and available. Some might say that the furnitures are a bit old but honestly, they are perfectly fine in real life. Gorgeous gorgeous scenery!

The gym is a little small but this is just to find something to say. The breakfast was not exceptional but diverse and taste good enough.

It was a beautiful property and well maintained. We were with our kids and booked 2 rooms and they accommodated connecting rooms and even upgraded one room.

Everything was amazing. It was a walk to the west beach and phra Nang beach but we enjoyed getting our steps in daily. The only thing that could be improved is the communication between the long tail boat staff and the hotel staff for assistance with baggage and direction from the pier drop off to the resort. Other than that, the staff is wonderful, accommodating and took care of us attentively.

The room - I thought it was far better than what I saw in the photos. The bed is significantly larger than a king size bed. (Please note there is an adjoining room within a unit building and it might get noisy if the guests in other rooms are loud or vice versa) The staff - Excellent, always greeting you with a smile and helpful when needed. Location - Near to the pier and away from the noise, railay west beach is walkable distance. Diamond cave, lagoon spot, phra nang, rock climbing spots are all accessible, boats to phi phi or snorkeling are all very accessible.. Pool - While pool is modest in size, they have reasonbly enough number of longue chairs to accommodate guests, pool also has a bar. The best part of any experience is making you want to come back again and I think very few places in hospitality industry are able to meet the expectationa of guests. Room service/food: All the dishes that we ordered in were good. Most of all everyone on Railay has been pleasant with all tourists and that makes all the difference.

Breakfast - It's not an elaborate menu but it was ok (it's hard to find breakfast options early in the morning on Railay)

The property is amazing!! It has a nice pool, restaurant and many other facilities. The rooms are spacious and the location of the property is aay from the hub bub of the west Railay, yet reachable from it. The bath area in the room on the backside was a pleasant surprise! All in all, the property is highly recommended. If you can live with a bit of lesser hospitality and don't mind repeating instructions, then don't let the cons I write affect you. Go for this property and you won't regret it.

It was a bit difficult to talk to the staff as their English was challenged and I didn't know the Thai language. But few of them did know English so as to make a conversation. However, hospitality was not exactly top notch. They wouldn't follow instructions or listen to you and still do what they would do. A towel was soiled due to the trekking we did one day and at checkout we were asked to pay for it!!! Isn't towel cleaning part of room service? Our plan included breakfast and we requested an early breakfast the previous night as we were leaving early: just a sandwich and bananas. But, they did not provide anything!! These are few examples of how they can improve on hospitality.

A lovely place to stay and close to the pier for taking boat trips and visiting the islands . Great access to the best beach and the village has a brilliant relaxed beach vibe . The hotel has a lovely pool and breakfast was good. We had a pool villa and found it spacious and very private. The staff always willing to help and sorted us some soft pillows and an iron. We would definitely stay again it's definitely value for money and railay is an amazing place . You will lots of monkeys at railay and lovely sun sets from the beach .

Only negative is rooms well used but still decent overall

A wonderful place to stay with some of the most attentive and polite staff we have ever met in the world. Our room, which was one of the villas, was sublime - the private pool and the bungalow style accommodation was absolutely divine and we tried to extend our stay by two nights! Unfortunately for us (but fortunately for the next lucky people) it was already fully booked! Nevertheless a very memorable stay. The communal pool was also lovely, lots of features to the pool which had clearly been designed with a lot of thought. Breakfast was great too! We didn't eat any other time as we wanted to explore the area but it looked great.

Rooms were spacious and clean, extremely comfortable beds. Staff friendly and helpful, special mention for Runny who helped with our airport transfer, and then followed up when off duty, going the extra mile to ensure some confusion was resolved and we made a flight comfortably.

There is no road vehicle access in the area, it's all by boat. This is part of the experience of course, but could be made clearer up front, and maybe a better relationship with the local pier and boat operators established and understood by all staff.
