The location, the resort and accommodation set up is great. Authentic, excluded and island feeling.

This was my 3rd time in the hotel. The hotel seemed understaffed. They are helpful and friendly but people wait to long for service. The room was not cleaned one day. When cleaned not properly done. Pool looks dirty, not filtered. This does not match the price versus quality compared to many other hotels in Thailand in this range. You can do better Railay Village Resort!

Amazing hotel in a very central place near restaurants and most importantly the beach. In addition to the beach they have 2 nice pools when you can relax, with some of the room right next to it. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Many animals nearby (Big lizards, squirrels ls, frogs etc, didn't see monkeys).

Didn't really help we needed extra help when we had trouble. We needed a late checkout as my wife was sick (wanted to go to the doctor) and they weren't that helpful. They explained that the room was already booked, but we would have appreciated if they would try and help, maybe find a different room.

We were in a room right next to the pool and it was a great location. Our room was large with a small sunken entranceway for shoes and bags. This helped keep sand and stuff out of the bedroom. The bath was separated from the main bedroom, which I like. The staff went above and beyond to help us during our stay and this is what I will remember most, well, that, and the amazing views. The breakfast buffet was great. Air-con worked great. Shops and restaurants were within steps. It was truly a place to unwind. You could schedule something every day or just relax on the beach. Either way, you won't go wrong. There is a ton of wildlife, monkeys (be careful), water monitors just walking along the paths, snakes (be aware when walking at night!), and crabs all along the beaches. Kids love all this stuff. People don't harass you. You can sit on the beach and walk the streets and no one is trying to sell you anything. Just friendly hellos and laid-back attitudes. (Small note: Marijuana was legalized in Thailand recently and is widely available along the streets in different forms.)

While it is not an island, you can only come and go by boat.

The Resort is not like on the pictures, the air condition was really noisy, the breakfast was awfully and we got no help with the luggage when we departed

the room was big and comfortable, the bathroom was great Staff were friendly Great location, a few steps from the walking street, but quiet. Beach front to a beautiful beach, can even see the luminous planktons at night from the shore

We didn't know in advance that the breakfast will not be served in the hotel due to renovations, this caused an inconvenience in the morning (rain) there was mold on the curtains of the room, and there was a strong smell of it also. wasn't very clear how to reach the hotel from the east pier, not a fun journey with all the luggage

Great fauna and outdoor environment and very short walk to the beach. Well anointed room. Staff were all informative and helpful.

Like my last stay the door is a little bit tricky to close and the spa bath complex and not fully functional but without asking for it to be repaired can’t really complain.

I have been to Railay three times this year and this is by far the best place I've stayed in so far. The staff were so friendly and helpful from the moment we stepped out of the airport. The transfer was flawless , check in was a breeze and beat of all the rooms are probably the most modern on this bay, but it was so clean and tidy. I loved that it was next door to walking street and the pool was serene! I stayed in the poolside villa (bottom floor) and my sister stayed in pool view (upstairs). My cousin stayed in a jacuzzi room... All we're stunning! Loved this place. Such great value for money. Ten times better than even the expensive Railay Bay pool villas!

The breakfast was probably the most basic I've seen on the island but you are spoiled for choice nearby (it is still pretty decent) The restaurant doesn't serve alcohol, but you're steps away from the shop which is cheaper anyway. The pool was a tiny bit murkey, but so was every other pool I've seen in Railay. Connecting rooms can be noisy if you're unlucky and end up with a noisy neighbour

The location of the hotel was perfect, just in front of the beach and it was very easy to access to a long-tail boat that brings us to Ao Nang beach. Our condo was not located behind the main street of Railay, so it was quieter at night. There was a very nice cocktail bar just next to the hotel and they even serve their cocktails to the hotel guest if you would like to stay at hotel area where it has a beautiful view of the beach, especially at the time of sunset.

The hotel was a bit old, so there were some parts of rusted metal coming out when we used the jacuzzi. The beach towls had some stains and we did not want to use them.

breakfast was a little limited. one fresh orange juice would be better than 3 bad tasting juices. coffee machine not fast enough definitely should have coffee ready made on hot plate. beds are on the hard side no point having a spa bath as the water pressure is so slow you couldn’t ever fill the bath respectful observation as the hotel is very lovely in itself.

We stayed in the jacuzzi suite and it was lovely! The restaurant served an outstanding breakfast buffet with a lot of variety. Walking street was right next door so there was a huge variety of dining options. The beach setting was stunning with amazing rock outcroppings on either end. The staff went out of their way to help us in whatever way they could.

There was no easy way to get down to the beach from the hotel walkway. You had your climb down on steep rocks and uneven sandbags. The hotel should have taken care to make this easier for everyone. There are no loungers in the beach. Many boats come loaded with tourists to this beach because it is so beautiful. So there is a lot of boat traffic and it gets crowded at sunset because of this. It is still worth staying here regardless.
