its location - within a few mins walk to the BTS station, with good and clean massage parlours conveniently located to/back the hotel. It is just a couple of stops away from the main Siam shopping district, and even to the airport rail as well! the added convenience of having a 7/11 located on the ground floor is really a huge bonus as well! Room is pretty standard, overall clean and pretty comfy, a tight squeeze but it's just enough room for 2 adults in my experience! The rooftop bar is pretty nice and snazzy in the night as well, at 29 floors it provides quite a nice view around the area, although drinks were on the more pricey side of things.

Nothing too much really. Buf if I were to nitpick, the gym and pool is payable for Ibis guests, which is understandable given the price per night, but the amenities in the gym is really lacking given that they are going to charge guests to use it.

great value for money at excellent location

if you are staying at ibis, you no longer have access to the gym and swimming pool which is new. they still have it in June 2022. now its only available for Mercury guests. shame as we booked it hoping to use the pool and were denied access.

Front desk, doorman and roomkeeping are all highly professional and friendly. Room has the excellent view.

Room soundproofing is not good enough.

Convenient location for shops, restaurants and transportation. Excellent front desk and doormen/driveway staff, clean, modern furnishings and amenities.

Smallest hotel room I've seen outside of Japan, limited space for luggage and clothes, no floor space for exercise, but otherwise very clean and comfortable. Weird style shared property with Mercure brand hotel, not a problem, just a little confusing at first. No access to pool and fitness for Ibis guests, Mercure guests are preferred. No acknowledgement or benefits for Booking Genius 3 and multiple repeat Ibis guest.

The hotel offers good value for money in a fine location adjacent to public transport, a great mall and a good selection of restaurants and pubs.

Ibis patrons cannot access the roof top bar and swimming pool until 1700 hours. This is too limiting and could be extended to 1600 hours given these facilities were not busy at that time according to Mercure patrons I spoke to.

the best location. it is nearby BTS, shopping mall, public transports and other good places. the environment surrounded the hotel is very good. the hotel is very clean and hygienic. staffs are friendly and helpful. I love the lobby and the building design as well as decoration in overall. price is reasonable. comfortable bed, pillow, and sofa. the view from our rooms are nice. in hotel also got 7eleven it’s convenience in cases that we can’t get out of the hotel and need to grab something quick. also, the hotel mini bar serves good drinks and food.

if we are taking taxi the area around hotel, it usually has an intense traffic jam but if we’re taking BTS or hire a motorbike to commute around its perfect. there’s a certain thing that the hotel didn’t provide us like slipper, toothbrush, or comb (but that’s minor). and the little issue with my stay is that my room the shower drain is clogged so the standing water is there long time and I’m feeling uncomfortable with my shower or shampooing my hair. and the central aircon is super freezing that I couldn’t turn it off when I need to

Breakfast was excellent. Check in and out were very efficient. Location excellent. Staff very friendly.

We got the disabled bathroom which we didn't want or need. Room right opposite lifts was noisy one of the nights.

I like its consistency worldwide, it's clean, tidy and a little bit chic.

Be aware that the pool isn't free of charge for those who stay in ibis, the fee is 500B a day.

room sound proof was bad. 2nd night was disturb by loud noise from the neighbours room #1923. They were having party until 4am?? call was made to reception but no action taken.
