Beautiful stay. Room is very huge and the bathroom with the view of bangkok is wonderful. Fitness room is ok not big but enough because it's not full. The reception area look really good and the staff was very nice

Very very bad that the liquid bar area is a smoker area. I wanted to enjoy the swimmimg pool but all the sunbed was busy so I stayed in the liquid bar area and it was full of smoke. I couldn't enjoy the moment so I had to leave. I don't understand why such a big area is a smoker place. That should not be , it's not cool for non smoker who cares about their health and want to enjoy near the swimming pool.

Location Sukhumvit is a very good location for first time travellers to Bangkok - the hotel is in a very good positioned place: the metro/train is 2 minutes walking immediately as you turn left from the hotel and it will take you everywhere. However, the doormen (concierge) were calling taxis from the street for all the people at the reception and they always had a taximeter (which I recommend) so we paid very little for our trips to all the temples for example (around 3 euro a trip). Food & bars The breakfast is just fantastic. They offer a large variety of cooked meals for breakfast, from Indian masala to their traditional meals such as Tom Yum, noodles (fried or soup) and seafood. For vegetarians there are also good options! The sky bars are great! We went to Mojjo (32nd floor I think) and we had very good cocktails with an amazing nightview over Bangkok. Lots of restaurants around as well + the shopping mall is 1 min walking to the left, with a large foodcourt. There is also a Starbucks right next to the mall entrance. Swimming pool We travelled during the low season, so the pool was not very crowded, and we enjoyed it quite. a lot.They provided free towels for the pool next to it. Elevators We stayed on the 28th floor and we had 3 elevators available. Waiting time (in July, low-season) 2-3 minutes to get an elevator. Cleanliness We had cleaning service & free bottled water every day. The towels were also changed everyday which we appreciated because due to the high humidity of the rainy season they would not dry fast. Other We really appreciated that each room had 2 buttons that would show a light for Do not Disturb or Service. It was easier to just press the button Do not disturb and the red light would show next to the door on the outside.

Close to bts clean hotel

My wife watch went missing from the room, we didn't report as all hotels warn you to put valuables in safe, so irresponsible on our behalf, but still you should be able to leave something in the room and for it to be safe,someone who has access to the room has taken the watch

Owing to the Thailand Pass, Test and Go procedures, I was picked up at the airport and taken to an establishment for a rt-pcr test. Following the test, I was taken to the hotel where I had to isolate in my room until the result came through later that night. I liked that I was negative. Following my test, the following day I was relocated in another room. The new room was comfortable, with the usual facilities, ie, fridge (non-complementary), security box, kettle, tv and my particular favourite, a steam iron and a board. The closet space was more than ample and included a decent supply of hangars. The shower was a dual type with good, hot water. Free toiletries were supplied. Towels were plentiful and decent quality. The bed was comfortable with nice pillows and duvet. Plenty of illumination was available within the room. Air-con was fairly quiet. Breakfast was a buffet, with plenty of choice of hot and cold food. Staff were busy replenishing stocks regularly. Reception and Concierge staff were helpful. This was my first visit to Bangkok, so my geography of the area is scant, however the location was handy for Phrom Phong BTS station. If you intend to use the BTS system and Mtr regularly, get a Rabbit Card at any ticket office.. Taxis were plentiful, as were massage establishments. Shopping Malls were nearby. It seemed a good location, as far as I could tell.

My only issue was with the wifi. It was like being back in the 'dial-up' days. Frustratingly slow at times and with loss of regular loss of the wifi signal. On a lesser note, as part of the Test and Go, I had to do a self LTF on day 5. The result was supposed to be downloaded on a local Morchana App. However I had trouble doing this. Reception advised me to photograph the result and send the picture as an attachment to the duty manager, which I duly did. However, no acknowledgment of receipt was ever forthcoming, so I didn't know if this was acceptable or not. I did not like having to leave. The holiday passed so quickly. :(

The property is beautifully furnished, rooms spacious and clean. It is perfectly positioned around food vendors and restaurants and next door to the Emporium Mall which we also found was easy access to the BTS Train station. It is an extremely quite Hotel despite being so close to all the activity. The food on the Room service menu was tasty and well priced. We were too tired to go out the one night and ordered room service. Worth ordering.

While the view from the Room top Bar on the 35 floor is magnificent, the drinks are rather expensive. I would not suggest hiring a taxi or car from the traffic as the traffic is bad. If you do have to get a car to or from the Airport ask for the Highways and pay the additional tolls. It comes to between 130 and 250 Baht and saves hours in traffic. When traveling around Bangkok use the BTS (day pass costs 150 Baht) and if you need to change over to MTS you pay per journey (they don’t do day passes) Only time we used the MTS was to go to China Town otherwise we took the BTS everywhere.

The location was perfect and very easy to get to the hotel with public transport which was the Airport Rail Link and a quick 1 change to the BTS. The area has everything from shops to restaurants, supermarkets, street food etc. I loved it. The windows are noise resistance which made the room very quiet and perfect to sleep and rest. Breakfast was fantastic with loads of variety from western style to Asian style.

The only thing I didn't really like is the elevators to the room. It takes quite long to wait for it and once it's there, it's not a guarantee that it'll stop at the floor or level you requested, rather takes you to other floors even above you and then return back to your requested floor. I think the hotel should change this system.

The food at every restaurant in the hotel was superb! The Skybar is incredible. The staff at the cigar bar was so well trained and knowledgeable. The teppan restaurant was delicious, but also the most fun dinner I've had. All these exceeded my expectations.

Their hotel app was outdated (wouldn't work on my wife's phone because it said the app was too old). Also ordering room service through the app meant that they didn't even see the order for over an hour, then called to see if we still wanted it. Once we gave up on the app and just talked to the concierge we had much better luck.

The location was right beside Emporium and was an easy walk to EMQuartier. The room was spacious and comfortable and the bed was so soft. The bathroom was clean and bright, though I wish the blinds would better cover the window entirely (it was a full glass corner window we had). The breakfast was wonderful and big with lots of choices. We also enjoyed the pool facilities.

The pool area could do with a bit of an upgrade. We hoped there was a reading lounge of some sort in the hotel, but were told this had to close during the pandemic which was unfortunate. The water pressure in the bathroom could be stronger. Otherwise, everything was great and it was great value for money.

Hotel was exceptional and the stuff was very helpful. You could really tell that they care about their customers and the facilities were very clean. Also, one of the best breakfast I've had in a hotel in my life.

Unfortunately, I needed to leave the hotel in a hurry in the morning and the stuff didn't realise my accommodation was already paid for. I realised I paid too much and asked for the refund, but the refund system takes 2-3 weeks to get your money back, which is ridiculous. Also, it would be nice if the stuff spoke English language a little better.
