The food and coffee is absolutely great and cheaper than other restaurants. The location is very convenient and it’s in the middle of the city. The people here are really kind and nice! Help us a lot. Feel warm-hearted to stay here!

Eleven pillar was located on the middle of Old Town Chiangmai making it easy to get around or hail a TukTuk at any point. It is located close to the start of the Sunday night market but very quiet and you could not hear any of the market noise in the evening. Ideal for putting kids to bed. The property was well run and clean. The couple who run it spoke English exceptionally well and were friendly and knowledgeable without trying to sell you anything. She customized the breakfast to the liking of my children and it was filling and not expensive. The decor made it a welcome rest after a long day of site seeing. With limited rooms it was a intimate and memorable stay.

We did not find anything we did not like. However others may not like that there is no pool.

Very nice small hotel in the center of Chiang Mai with cafe bar, restaurant and souvenir shop. Right in the middle and yet very quiet. Parking available. It is a family hotel that is run with a lot of love, the staff and the owners are very friendly and helpful. A late check-in was possible without any problems, we were expected at the specified time. The hotel is fairly new (about 1.5 years) and you can see that when you enter the room. Everything is in very good condition. Our room, 1 of 4 rooms, was on the ground floor. The room is nice and bright as there was a whole window front on one side. A small garden area is accessible through the sliding glass door. The beds were soft and comfortable, we slept well as it was also very quiet. Separate toilet, large shower, wardrobe, fridge, kettle and TV available.

Small but fancy in the middle of old town of Chiang Mai. Room not large, but it is clean, new, with all amenities needed. Room has separate entrance that gives more privacy. Staff is very friendly, attentive, well I felt like the best guest ever. In the first floor there’s a cafe where you can spend your time as well. Also I want to mention the size of breakfast which is prepared by request for each guest separately. You can choose between international or Thai version, plus there’s a plate with fruits. Overall I loved the stay in this hotel and would come to this place for sure. During my 8 days trip in Thailand actually it was the best place I stayed.

The location was really convenient, it was located in the alley in central old town, easy access to many cute little shops, bars and cafes. The owner offered us really yummy coffee and drinks from its self-owned cafe every morning which made us super welcomed. The owner is super friendly, he also recommended us a few nice local restaurants and night markets to check out. The total experience was defo a 10/10! Would be more than happy to come back :)

If there was a fan that can help with the ventilation in the bathroom will be perfect!

Eleven Pillar is special, situated in the heart of old town Chiang Mai where u can easily walk to all the major temples and practically roll over into the Sunday night market. The cafe has great ambiance and coffee. I could hang out there all day. The decor of both the cafe and hotel is mid century minimalist. The breakfast is amazing. The owner’s attention to detail and hospitality really makes this experience. It reminds me of being in a hipster bed & breakfast. Loved staying here.

The room is exactly the same as shown in photo, a clean and nice place to chill. I stay there for 2 nights, if I ever come back to Chiangmai again, I’ll stay there throughout my journey. Highly recommended !!! You can get a free cup of drink at the café, and have a chat with the owner who is very kind and friendly 👍🏼

Nothing! but it will be good if there is a blackout curtain in the room, so we won’t wake up to sunlight in the morning ( but, some ppl might like it ;)

The entire room is so comfy with nice smell. Toilet is clean and separated with bath. The landscape of the entire building is just so chillax and quiet. The landlord also offer us a cup of free coffee daily during our stay which taste superb. The location of the stay is near to various famous massage space. There are also few cafe and restaurant within walkable distance as well. Also, the sunday night market is just outside the main road of the hostel. I literally enjoy the stay and will definitely come again if i visit chiang mai next time. Highly recommend to others.

This was our best stay of the whole trip, the room was exactly like in the picture, new and modern. I particularly liked the new lights with dimmer that created a very cosy ambience, we had even our private little terrace. The host Jom is an amazing guy, very caring and friendly. He's always available to provide any sort of information and help you might need during your stay. The breakfast selection is fantastic as well, you have three different cuisine choices and be prepared to have a very full stomach. Thank you Jom for making our stay so great!!

Snacks, bottled water, and cold drinks included with room price and replenished EVERY DAY. Umbrellas in the room for borrowing. Mozzie repellent spray in the room. Delicious filling breakfast every day. Standard amenities included, hair dryer, tv, fridge. Proprietor is very friendly and polite.

No hand soap - i used the shower gel. No toothbrush and toothpaste probably to be eco friendly. It's ok as I brought my own.
