Staff were friendly, room was large and clean, breakfast was good, parking was easy.

There was a desk but no power points near it, in fact there was a shortages of accessible power points which is unusual for a new hotel. There was a balcony but you cant access it .... odd to say the least. Key deposit was annoying and took time to get my money back. Breakfast was good but the offering was inconsistant...... soup was offered most but not all days as was juice .... fruit appeared once out of 4 breakfasts and yogurt was on off. It just missed the mark and suspect there are better options in Chiang Mai.

Me and my partner arrived early and were pleasantly greeted to store our luggage and help ourselves to the swimming pool, gym and bar area for the hour or so wait until check in. The room cleaning service was done everyday, new towels, made up and tucked bedding and wipe down without request which was a beautiful touch. The facility is very clean and modern, we loved our stay. We wanted to hire a bike so we spoke to the receptionist Mae. All the staff were welcoming and helpful but Mae was exceptional for assistance and information. Mae made our stay an even better experience and is a real attribute to the hotel.

The location is a little pushed out but if you have your own transport or a spare 40 Baht or so you can get where you want within 10 minutes. There are restaurants on your doorstop. The swimming pool is sheltered from any direct sunlight due to its layout and trees. One of the two lanes is undergoing a lot of new hotel construction so the roads not great. Our balcony doors were locked and were told on arrival that we were not able to open and access it. The walls aren’t very soundproof.

Out of the 4 hotels we stayed in in Thailand, this one was by far the best! The staff, from reception to breakfast and the security man were the friendliest and most helpful - the manageress was keen to advise us on where to visit and always asked about our day. Reception staff helped us locate lost property at a previous hotel and the breakfast lady gave us takeaway coffees on our early starts. Beautiful Junior Suite - huge and spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Chiang Mai - a little gem of a hotel.

Nothing other than slightly out of town but free shuttle takes you to Nimman or old gate - they had a minivan for airport drops b ut overpriced at 250 bhat when you can get a bolt taxi for 72 bhat.

The staff are the friendliest I have ever met at the hotel, so helpful and constantly going the extra mile without being asked! The location was great as it's so cheap and easy to get taxis around. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel (couple who got engaged, from England:))

Our room was meant to have a view of the park but there were trees blocking the view. Such a minor thing for us though so we didn't bother requesting a change but I'm sure if we did, they would have been understanding and extremely helpful.

Spacious room with comfy bed, my room was facing a beautiful, green park. There is a kitchen but without cooking utensils. Cleaning was very good, the staff at the reception always smiling and friendly. 5 mins walking distance to 7-eleven and to some restaurants. Internet is very fast, just make sure you connect to one of the T-Link extenders and not to the main hotel network, same password. AC very efficient, but the generators located outside are quite loud. There was a comfy sofa in the room to sit on during the day. 15 mins with a taxi to the airport or any place in the old town ($2-3). There is a pool, but it’s not much bigger than the bathtub in the hotel's bathroom.

Sound isolation to the staircase is poor and the whole courtyard is closed and creates a lot of echo.

The reception staff were amazing, kind, and extremely helpful. Hotel looked very modern and beautiful. Room was very spacious.

A bit far from all the action in Chiang Mai. The sink did not have a soap and we had to use bath gel to wash our hands. Bedsheets were not changed after room service which was weird and the changed towel was also torn. Room service did not bother refilling the empty napkin box. Also, strangely the room service took one of the bathrobes and left us with just one. If cleaning was good I would have given 10/10.

The cleanliness and well kept modern furnishings. Huge room ( garden grand suite) Friendliness of the staff Good breakfast and coffee despite the limited choice. Parking space. Free shuttle to Nimman area.

A bit far away from the main area. No nice restaurants within 500m walking distance. We took the garden grand suite at the corner, and its a dark room No basic utensils for the kitchen , not suitable for a longer stay.

Room was large and the bed was comfortable! Staff always friendly and the man that stands outside is an absolute legend!!!

Aircon leaked and didn't really work, the bath plug was broken, the pool was freezing and breakfast was absolutely terrible. I chose the traditional Thai curry and to my surprise it was still frozen in the middle of the meat.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the food was delicious, and our room had everything we could ask for. When we encountered an issue with our cards not working, the staff were quick to resolve the issue and get us back into our room.

Gym is a bit small and the pool location was interesting but i still managed to use them and enjoy my time in them regardless.

The staff were very helpful. The hotel was clean and in a good condition. The staff were polite. The price was good.

The hotel location is far so you need a taxi everytime you want to go out. Also in the bathroom room there is a strange device. Every 20 seconds or 30 seconds, you will hear a noise coming from it. The hot water in the bath room was not stable, means a few seconds hot, and a few seconds normal.
