Nice little astro-turfed balcony. The bed n pillows were super comfortable. Aircon was good and not noisy.

I'd read other reviews that said there wasn't hot water. The more detailed explanation is that the electric water heaters are inadequate. You can get hot water from them but you have to lower the flow to just above where the flow would be insufficient to make the heater work. Then you get hot water. Put the flow on full and indeed your water will only be warm! If you find this extra detail on hot water helpful please mark this review as helpful as it'll make it more likely others will see it :)

The staff are all super nice who helped to contact the local activity company. The room at the ground floor is spacious and no need to take the luggage upstairs. Comfortable bed and pillows that you can stay there all day long. The breakfast garden is very chill and relaxing. Having different amazing breakfast everyday which are made exactly the same with the photo shown. Wifi is strong.

Location is a bit far from the centre of old town (About 15-20 mins walk) . But a nice park is just around the corner. Shower is not strong enough yet water is hot.

Ing Mon is in a really nice, quiet location. It isn't too far to walk to cafes, restaurants and the weekend markets, though the night bazaar is a bit further. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very generous and tasty. Staff will make you up a breakfast bag to take away if you don't have time to eat at the hotel. The room was big, very clean, and the bed was really comfortable. I would stay again!

The hot water did not work very well unless the shower was on a low pressure (which is the case in much of Thailand). Breakfast time is limited to 8-10am, which was tricky for us when we had an activity booked.

The staff were amazing, from the moment I got picked up in the airport to the checkout they were always super friendly and willing to help out in whatever they could, very accessible. I only spent one night but can't complain with anything there. The wifi signal was good, the room was comfy, the ac was working, it was a good space.

I don't think they provided coffee during breakfast. While the breakfast was very good and they even serve you while you're waiting in the beautiful garden, I only saw small packages of instant coffee that you have to do it yourself, and it tasted more like latte than black coffee. But that's totally fine, there are so many coffee shops around!

-The hotel gave us Chiangmai kinda feelings! Their staff were so so wonderful! Very helpful and made us feel very welcome! Khun Pornthep also was very kind to us! -Location is about 15-20 mins walk to Tha Phae gate and Sunday night market. -There was a nice and busy street food not far from the hotel (10 mins walk). -Their laundry service was spot on!

Only one thing we didn’t like was we couldn’t stay any longer!

I would recommend Ing Mon House to anyone visiting Chiang Rai. The room is very comfortable and as exceptional value, you have a variety of breakfasts to choose from, and the staff is phenomenal.

if I was going to complain about anything, it’s that the wifi isn’t stellar. Its very good, just not perfect all the time. That is a very small thing.

First of all, I want to say a huge gigantic thank you to the staff. Then I want to praise the delicious breakfast. Also, I did appreciate the little complimentary crackers in the room everyday. The garden is absolutely lovely and it's nice to enjoy the breakfast there. The mattress was le most comfortable of my 4 hotels (though the cheapest). It looks better than on pictures and it's a great value for money. I will come back.

No choice of black coffee

Nice balcony, good storage, big refrigerator, pillows were good. Price was good. Located in the old city. Friendly staff. They're English is very good.

Not much of a choice for breakfast. Our chargers did not work very well in the room for some reason. No patio furniture.

Every staff member I encountered, from the check-in to the cleaning staff to the security guard were amazing and eager to help! Thank you very much! The room was clean, comfortable enough for what I paid for. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend Ingmon House for anyone visiting Chiangmai.

I wish I could have had more time to stay.

Our stay at Igmon House was really appreciable. The facilities and the environment were nice, the staff always comprehensive and trying to help us. Not to forget that the room was unexpectedly really comfortable! We recommend !

The location, even in the old city structure is still a little bit eccentric! Be ready to walk to go more near restaurants or activities.
