The pool was great, loungers in the shade. Very close to amazing eateries, shopping, temples.and Sunday Night Market. Good.food options in lobby, great coffee. There are board.games.in lobby to play with kids and bikes to hire. 7/11 close by, 2.min walk and laundry service 60 b / kg (same day service) next door.

The rooms.were small (2 adults,.2 kids), the bathroom wasn't the best, no door on the shower, so it made the entire bathroom.toilet and all saturated. The shower head pointed to the top of the wall.so it couldn't reach any of us. Lucky ours had a hand hold option, so we.could.take the head off to wash. We were given old pool towels with holes as replacement.towels daily rather than white towels. Linen is not professiinally.cleaned. They wash and hang out from upstairs of hotel. They give you mugs in the room but no jug. So no tea and coffee.facility, no biggy with 40.B coffee downstairs. No lift only stairs if you have issues with that.

The pool was magnificent. The room itself was nice and spacious. We really enjoyed that the hotel offered to book the outings and had a discount in some cases.

We disliked that their was no shower curtain in the bathroom that made the entire bathroom wet. We would suggest to either add a shower curtain or a squeegee to the bathroom. The bathroom also had no a/c and had an open window to the outside, making it quite warm inside the bathroom. If the door of the bathroom was open, the a/c in the bedroom would have a lot of difficulty keeping it cool. For some people, the bed might be quite hard.

This is my second visit, this little place is absolutely amazing for the price you pay. It's quiet, squeaky clean, the staff is very nice and helpful, its located 2 minutes walk from the Sunday night Market, the pool is super relaxing, the breakfast is delicious and they served the best cappuccino I've had in Thailand so far. You don't see in Thailand small hotels/guesthouses with that much awareness of international culture and preferences as this little place. As a hotelier myself, I can say I'm truly impressed

Nothing! Everything was above all expectations.

Location is superb, at the heart of Chiang Mai. The staff was extremely helpful in every aspect of the stay. Very friendly and ready to help booking transportation, tours, etc. They were very accommodating and understanding when we had to change a second booking with them due to heavy pollution in Chiang Mai. Very nice breakfast too! Great value and wonderful experience and would come back at a different time of the year.

Everything about the accommodation was perfect! The only criticism goes to Chiang Mai authorities who should do better to rid themselves from the hazardous air quality which damages locals lives and tourism.

We had a wonderful stay, especially because of the enthusiastic and friendly team! Beds are comfortable, rooms are very big, breakfast was great. The large pool and seating possibilities was also a pleasure. Highly recommended! We loved also the location, everything is around you.

The room was not well soundproofed, so you could hear your neighbours and the outside. As the hotel is located in a quiet area, this is not so tragic.

I arrived in the morning hours, I did not expect, but still I was able to check in the morning, at 9 o'clock. Thank you again for that. The breakfast is good, and they have takeaway option as well. The surroundings of the hotel is quiet, and everything within just a walking distance. The bed/pillows are comfy. Plus point: finally somewhere there is a mosquito net on the window, which is really great. :)

Great staff. Love everyone there. Good western breakfast and choices. Made to order and fast. Good location. Mostly quiet. Staff can arrange anything you need.

I have stayed a few times. The design and architecture is simple but very pleasing. I’m not sure why but the hotel is putting fake wood vinyl on top of the original concrete floors. It’s slippery and not attractive. Otherwise, Lamphu is #1 for me.

Absolutely everything! Such good value for money. The rooms are big with a balcony, a drying rack is provided - liked that a lot! You can hire a safe by reception. The lobby are is very comfortable & the a la carte breakfast is delicious. Superb coffee too. The pool is terrific. And it’s in the centre but very quiet.

Very nice and friendly staff, always polite and willing to help and answer questions. Location is very central, but in a quiet street, so very little traffic, which is nice. Hotel is clean, rooms are nice and modern, nice balcony. Every day bottles of water and they use glass, so they also take care of the environment by recycling and refilling the glass bottles with good quality water. Good wifi. Beautiful pool with sunbeds, both in the sun and plenty of shadow too, so you can relax at the pool. You can book tours with the hotel staff and they are willing to assist.

Not the hotels fault, but my room overlooked the streetside where people had a couple of dogs, that have been barking a lot, mostly at night, so I didn’t had a good sleep quality.

Nice room.Pool area very nice, bookshelf with books and a couple of games (Catan!), right near Sunday Market. -We found the floors to be really slippery in the room, the only fridge is a shared one downstairs,(no-one touched our stuff); no glasses or kettle in room, but they will lend you glasses downstairs and they make a decent coffee for 60 baht. We would go back.
