The staff was very nice and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The hotel has a beautiful garden and offers all the necessities you need. I would stay there again.

I would say the biggest drawback was that the window was blocked by a wall because the room is on the ground floor. The wall is there to give you privacy, which is nice, but it does feel a little like you are in a room without windows. That's just the case for this specific room and shouldn't stop people from booking this overall nice hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at UDEE Cozy. My room (#12) was actually a lot nicer than the pictures, with a large window onto the wonderful green garden. Lots of natural light. The atmosphere is super relaxed and the gardens are genuinely beautiful with many different places to sit. There's a great deal of care and attention to all the plants and maintaining the tranquil space. The smell of fresh flowers in the morning, especially after it's rained, is magical. The owner Waew was so incredibly friendly and helpful, supporting me with all sorts of things.

It didn't affect me as I was on my own in a big bed, but one side of the mattress felt a little old.

It is my first time visiting here. Their services are excellent. I love the location that is all clean, and fresh. There are foods and drinks that are ready for us all the time. The staff is always welcome. The room was all clean but the TV is just ok. Although there are many channels, the TV quality is not clear like other cables. If it is a smart TV, everything is all good.

Also, I think the hotel is a bit far from some stores such as 7/11 and restaurants. The direction to go can make the driver complicated about this. But all is good for me.

Such a beautiful cozy hotel with a big beautiful garden to eat, chill and relax or even doing yoga. The staff was so welcoming and helpful whenever we needed something. The room was appropriate and as expected with our own bathroom. We were able to rent the bikes free of charge so even though the hotel is a little bit further from the city you can reach everything very easily and quickly by bike. We highly recommend this accommodation.

The location is great! They provide free bikes so you can cycle into the city. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable and cleaned daily. The shower is powerful and hot water is available quickly. Free bottled water is provided to you daily too. They have a laundry service with a quick turnaround. Furthermore, the staff are wonderful and so kind.

The garden is nice but full of mosquitoes so you can't really enjoy it

Superb friendly and helpful staffs. Everyone goes a long way to help you. The place is so cozy and has a co-working space for yoga and work. There are free bikes to use so it’s very easy to go into old city. Food in the cafe is also very good for the value of price. Quiet at night and cute Nordic design

Overall is exceptional but would be nice if there is a shelf to put things in the toilet

The family running the place is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to help you. We had a problem with our arrival date and it was no problem for them to reschedule our dates. The room was bright and airy and was the most comfortable we had during our whole trip through SE Asia so far! There's a free water refill and also hot water for coffee or tea. The garden is a nice place to hang out and the free bikes are a big plus! thanks for a great time UDEE! :)

All was perfect

I loved my stay at the hotel, room and bed were comfortable, daily housekeeping, nice garden and quiet area, free bikes available. Well and the staff were friendly and helpful from beginning to end of the stay. Would definitely recommend and if I return to Chiang Mai would definitely book there again!

All the attention paid to make the whole place feel cozy. Fresh flowers. Owners assist with rides. Food was good. Lots of outside seating places.

They did our laundry for us once. Everything came back like it had been washed in black dye or something. The laundry issue wasn’t good. Also you can’t wash your face or shave using the sink. The glass shelf prevents you from putting your head close.

A super-friendly host, very clean rooms, a delightful garden to relax in after a day out in Chiang Mai, the excellent location, away from the hustle and bustle but within walking distance of the city center. You won't find better than this.
