Staff are very friendly and we had good time there.

there are lots of mosquitoes all day long so you need a repellent all the time. Hotel is located around 30 mins from the airport and it's quite isolated so if you don't drive motorbike, you need to walk like 20 mins to get to main street where bit of shops are. and the part of the way to the hotel from main street is very steep . It's a beach front hotel but beach is very narrow.

Wifi great. Bedroom lovely. Like the style. Very clean. Breakfast good. Pool lovely.

How many units can you build on a piece of land? Because of this, I won't come again. I definitely need space. Location can be a problem, need scooter or taxi to get to other shops etc. Room with garden view looks like the photo I attached.

The location being away of the tourist center in a quiet area, the kindness of the staff, the bar and the fair prices, the breakfast with good variety every day.

It is our third time visiting this resort. Last time was 10 years ago the resort was about 2years old. Since then I saw no renovation and no maintenance, except of renewing the sunbeds. The resort needs maintenance, painting walls, interior and exterior places and furnitures. I am afraid coming back after a while, if the condition is the same like this year, staying will be no longer pleasant considering paying for a beach front room 150euro per day.

Cute resort right on the beach, although when high tides it's not convenient to get in the water as there is no beach but only the water directly. Great service. The restaurant has good variety but is pretty pricy.

Our room was very small, although it was writen 28 sqm (301 sqf) it felt much smaller as the balcony was spacious but not used much due to rain/ too hot. The rooms are really close to each other and as the room has big windows there's not much privacy. It's on a small bay which means getting to the hotel is only by car/ taxi.

Comfortable bed. Nice pool. Great location if you like being on the beach and away from the main town. Some of the reviews on here made it sound like it was down some little country road surrounded by forest, it isn't. It's down a track/road with restaurants and hotels. I rented a scooter for my whole stay (which was old and overpriced but reliable). I immediately had major issues with the WiFi but the manager got an IT guy who came and installed a router outside my room (this was after she went on about slow connection because of the mountains which was clearly spurious). 80mb/sec. This was amazing service. I stayed for 9 days which was very long in the rainy season. I like others did not realise that this time of year is midwinter. Very heavy rain most days and very little sun. Anyway the weather is no fault of the staff. The cleaners were lovely and for heaven sakes don't pay for them to sort any laundry. They charge 20 baht / item which when you consider the laundry 3.mins walk away will do 1kg for 40 baht it's a total rip off. If this was a premium establishment I'd understand but it's right in the lower middle end. One last thing. Don't for heaven sakes buy from their shop. They price 1 beer double that of the shop price. This I could understand if it was a remote island or the top of a huge mountain, it isn't. It's 1km from the local minimart where the same. Item is half. Very disappointed in people trying to take advantage.

Everyone has said and sadly it was the stand out thing, the buildings are little more than single skin huts. You can hear everything in the next room and in spite of having many empty huts the staff insist on putting people next door to one another which must least to more negitive feedback. Sadly the neighbour only has to put the TV on or talk and you need earplugs. Some people will not be at all bothered but hey.

I had a beachfront room so it was just gorgeous - super comfortable beanbag lounger for sunbathing all day. lovely room, and great options all day at the restaurant!

just slightly all too close together. the noise didn’t bother my particularly, but you could hear a lot of noise from the pool and neighbouring rooms

The restaurant existence and there were delicious meals. Breakfast can be more varied but still okay. Nice view.

Private villas are not so private, without curtains you’re on a stage, all the time have to use electrical lights. There is no beach in the expectable way, you can jump to the sea but can’t walk along it

Resort is lovely, pool is so nice, overlooking the private beach, great for sunsets. Restaurant was good as well for both breakfast/lunch and evening meal. Staff are helpful and the little bungalows are really nice.

The location really is out of the way to anything so they can charge whatever they like to get you downtown, we wanted a chill so this didn’t bother us too much.

Great place for the price you pay! - Rooms were clean and modern with smart tv. Bottles of water are given every day. You have a sign to put our for do not disturb or whether you want your room cleaning. Cleaners did a good job and am constantly monitoring on site. - Hot water, wifi, and AC all worked perfectly. The room comes with a fridge, a Kettle, and a tea/coffee supply. - lots of tour information found in reception and bike rental. Also, a minimal on-site, which is standard price, sells snacks, drinks, etc - buffet breakfast was to a good standard: full English options, Asian options, pastries, salad, cereals, and eggs cooked to order - beachfront and pool, plenty of beds to choose from

- lots of mosquitos, so make sure you bring or buy mosquito spray - location is out of the way with little around, expect a 40-minute walk to fishermans village plus a big hill. Wasn't too bad for us as we rented a motorbike (150 baht per night up the road) but may affect others

Room was a nice size with modern facilities. Cleaning staff were great as well as reception. We stayed for 5 nights over Christmas. The tide was high so we not got to walk on the beach 2 days. Food and cocktails were great in the cafe but expensive for Thailand. The small shop was reasonably priced considering it was the only option without transport.

There isn’t any activities available on the property eg kayaking/ paddle boarding. We’d stayed in a place 30 minutes down the road that provided this for free. When we arrived by taxi the road at the top of the hill was flooded and a couple in reception had fallen off their moped down the hill. After witnessing the flood, the steep hill and the injured couple we decided to not get a moped so we were stuck in the resort feeling a bit bored. I think if they had quiz nights, events, water sports, pool table etc it would have cured the boredom. I would like to point out if you are looking to just get away and be on your own sunbathing for a few days it’s perfect.
