So much to like about this little hotel. The location is amazing, right on the beach, great for chilling, walking or swimming. This is a fairly quiet resort but lots of great restaurants are a stones throw away, 7-11 great over the road, boat trips on the doorstep. Loved breakfast - cooked eggs, toast, cereals, fruit, pastries, mango sticky rice. What the hotel lacks in modern facilities, it has in heart for the lovely family who run the hotel. Would definitely return.

Bathroom could do with a little modernising.

The room was basic yet clean, which was exactly what I wanted. Had a wonderful view of the beach from our balcony as well as the breakfast area, where a few friendly cats lounged. The owners were really lovely and helpful. Breakfast was simple but delicious. We leisurely strolled up the shore to several wonderful bars and restaurants. The 7-11 across the street had everything we needed, including first aid and sunblock. There were several options for massages and mani-pedis in walking distance.

We had a great four night stay . We had a twin sea view room. The property has a total of nine rooms and is run by a family who are really helpful. You could book local trips and taxi with the lady who is normally in the breakfast area. The breakfast was adequate and you good order eggs cooked how you wanted them. The location is slightly away from the main Krabi Town but there are still plenty of local restaurants nearby and a &/11 opposite. It's about a fifteen minute taxi drive to the pier for the ferry to Phi Phi island and the crossing takes one hour. The stafff are happy to arrange everything including your ferry ticket.

Nothing, for the room price we were very happy.

1. Room with sea view was fantastic. Feel peaceful sitting at the balcony 2. Opposite 7-11, the only convenience store on this stretch of road. 3. Near nice restaurants along the seafront. We like The Beach House, two or three doors down. Nice local food at reasonable price. And best of all, accepted card payment without extra charge (unfortunately this part of Thailand is still mainly on cash transactions)

1. Facility is a bit run down, but clean. 2. The toilet cum shower room is really small. The floor was very wet after shower so it was inconvenient to use the toilet and sink. If you're fussy about toilet and wet floor, not the place for you

Very nice room with spectacular sea view. Water upto the hotel during high tide. Good family run hotel with decent breakfast. The offer tour package, ferry ticket and drop off service too. The daughter of the owner was very nice with us. There are some nice restaurants around too. 7/11 just infront of this place, money exchange and atm also just beside. There were options of halal food too and mosque nearby.

WIFI is very weak and no TV which is of course not a problem for short stay. In the booking it’s mentioned twin or double room. Make sure you are getting a double room if you want hassle after arriving by seeing a twin room.

Very friendly stafff, hepful in all ways, family owned business they make you feel like you are one of them. Directly access to the see, beautiful sunset. Seaview rooms are recommended!

Although, it didn't bother us but for some it can be disturbing: Traffic noise,mainly in the afternoon/evening until cca 11:00 pm. is a bit noisy (7Eleven shop is opposite side of the road, nearby hotels live music,,sometimes banana boats engine) Rooms are a bit dated, but it's rather a charm than a weakness in my opinion, but I have to mention it for the full picture. (All super clean though)

The accommodation is on the beach. It was a simple, value for money, family owned business. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I was surprised that most of the guests that were there had been there several times before. We will definitely go back again.

It would have been great if they sold snacks or offered a light lunch menu, especially if you're just lazing on the sunbeds all day. It's not really a problem, because 7 11 situated is conveniently opposite the resort.

Very nice place with direct access to the sea. incredibly friendly owners, can organise a motorbike and tours if you want. seven eleven is right across the street and many good restaurants near. it’s about 20 minutes to Ao Nang by motorbike. Breakfast is simple but enough, it’s not a 5 star Resort ;) would definitely recommend it!

Everything. This accomodation made us feel like home. It's a family managed hotel with lovely people and staff taking good care of the needs of their guests. When the tide is high the water of the sea stops in front of the terrasse in the garden and relaxing area behind the house.. Beautiful and amazing view if you decide for a room with balcony and seaview. When stepping out to the garden, just right neighbourhood has a wonderful massage shop with seaview when laying on the outdoors massage bed. Khun Bua is highly experienced in traditional Thai massage. We felt very relaxed. The amazing Klong Muang Beach invites you for walks on the beach for miles with lovely spots to swim in the sea when the tide is high. This location is one of the most beautiful ones we ever stayed in "the land of smiles". Khop khun khrap :) Enjoy your stay at "Koh Kwang Seaview". We will come back for sure. SAWASDEE :)

There is absolutely nothing to complaint. Lucky us to decide for this lovely guest house.

The room was spacious with a balcony looking out to sea in this small(8 rooms) family run hotel. There were nice bars and shops and beach bars within easy walking distance. Haz was there most of the time to look after us ,book trips, give good local information and nothing was a bother for her. Breakfast each morning was good with different local sweet treats varying every day.
