Very close to the airport - only 7 minutes away. By the way, no need to get there 3 hours before, as recommended by the staff ... 2.5 hours is enough to be really safe. Great facilities, including TV, kettle, A/C and a very comfortable bed. Sizeable room and very very friendly and helpful staff with good command of English. Although the hotel is on the main road, room was very quiet because it faced the backside. Although the restaurant was closed, I could find a great local restaurant nearby and buy some alcohol (umeshu!) from the hotel.

Water pressure in the shower could have been better.

I visited Krabi last year and stayed briefly at this hotel to wait for my transit flight, decided to stay again because I really enjoyed my previous stay. Palmari is conveniently located near Krabi Airport, very reasonably priced considering the location and comfort level of the room. I really like the industrial and minimalist design, it has a small secluded garden within the hotel where you can sit and chill with the hotel owner's pets. I chose a bigger room for this stay and it was super spacious and comfortable, very quiet since the room faces the backlot of the hotel and not the main road, toilet was clean and everything is maintained well.

Big room, nice floor, and many places to keep your belongings. Ok for staying one night.

Bed was a bit hard. No elevator available. The owner was taciturn. No breakfast included.

We booked this hotel to stay the night before our morning flight, and it was just perfect for our needs. It was clean, tidy, comfortable and near the airport. They helped with an early morning cab to the airport as well, so everything went super smoothly.

They don't accept cards for payment, so do carry that much cash. It can be a problem if it's your last day in Thailand as you may be wanting to finish all the Bahts, so something to be aware of.

Great location, food street Market just in from. Very convenient if you want a book an hotel next to the airport. Stuff was lovely... obviously there's a 7/11 2mins walk from the hotel. The room was spacious, good shower...

3rd floor without elevator. I didn't mind dinner I'm traveling very light + stuff can help carry on luggage. The restaurant was close, so I couldn't have the coffee I was dreaming on during my bus ride to the location

The place was very clean and we were happy to find a place close to the airport because we had an early flight the next morning. Room was comfortable although the WiFi wasn't as good as I was expecting from reviews, specially we just wanted to download a couple of shows onto Netflix for our flight and it was painfully slow.

Two negatives were: 1) They only accept cash which, had we known ahead of time, we could have avoided extra ATM charges (which are relatively high in Thailand compared to other countries we've visited) by planning ahead. 2) We booked our taxi through them and pre-paid but when we came down at 5:45 there was no taxi and no one on duty and it took us about half an hour to get help to wake someone and arrange a new lift. Also, there isn't a lot to do or see locally, so if you have a lot of time you might be bored (no English speaking TV stations either, but some boxing on which didn't need much translation).

This hotel is a real gem when getting there from the hustle&bustle of the main road. Very quiet, has a nice garden inside and a lot of cute pets. Room was spacious and tidy and very quiet (I guess all rooms are facing backyard)

The hotel’s restaurant was not open on Monday and I had a flight on Monday which was not super convenient. And towels looked a bit old and not fresh - definitely need changing

The rooms were very clean, ac worked well, we like having a balcony off the room. We stayed 2 extra days due to illness and the staff was nice. They hung fresh towels, water and tp on the door each day for us. The front desk made sure to reimburse us for the cab we had to cancel and give us a recommendation when asked on getting from place to place and where to explore.

Everything. Everything was perfect. Super immaculate clean (strikes me as newly refurbished?) perfect condition, located over rd from market. I was “flying out” hence great location, Nr air port. Staff super polite. Arranged taxis to air port for me. No hesitation whatsoever recommending this place. 10/10 super, super!

Good location on your way from airport or to airport as stopover. Pretty large room with balcony, WIFI,TV , A/C , shower with hot water. Up front the hotel is night food market . The shop with SIM cards on side. Very friendly & helpful lady in the reception.
