If you need peaceful and not noisy holiday, this place suits you very well. It has three pools and very close to Merlin beach ( 1-2 min walk). There is another beach nearby. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room had a small kitchen which is very rare for this price.

Cleaning was not great: stains on the sink and mirror in a bathroom was left after cleaning the room. Bed sheets are clean but quite tired. Bathroom does not have hair conditioner and body lotion. It has very cheap shampoo and shower gel. Merlin beach does not have sunbeds and umbrellas, even for charge.

stunning pool area and apartments were immaculate with great cleaning. comfy beds and quiet rooms. great to have the cooking facilities too.

I would only recommend this hotel if you are: a) extremely comfortable riding a motorbike b) happy to pay £6 (250 baht) for a taxi multiple times per day to Patong c) planning on staying mostly at the hotel or quiet local beach. it’s located at the top of a unpaved hill and has no shops and very few restaurants located within walking distance. the nearest facilities are in Patong. This may not bother families looking for a very quiet beach stay but wasn’t suitable for an active couple. Prices for food and drink in the hotel were extortionate for Thailand so we mainly ordered food in via Grab.

We loved our stay at Let’s Phuket Merlin Beach. We had the three bedroom apartment with roof top pool. We felt like millionaires! The view is beautiful. The location is great right next to Merlin Beach. The beach is clean and has big waves when the tide is in then rock pools as the tide goes out. There are two Beach side massage places. There are three restaurants on site and good room service. Prices are very reasonable and food is lovely. The staff are all very nice. Tri Trang beach is only a short walk away and is also nice. We loved J & J paradise bar there. There is a taxi rank right outside the hotel with good prices all over Phuket. Freedom beach is about a mile walk away and you have to trek 600 metres down some steps to it but it has a great sunset there. There is a 7-11 a short walk away if you cut through the Crest resort. We bought breakfast items there to have at the room as breakfast wasn’t included. The only negative we had with the hotel was the wifi which kept dropping out. We did report it though so hopefully it will be improved in the future. Otherwise we would have given 10/10

New, clean, all amenities, prompt service, highlight was the personal access to pool and the sitout.

Mosquitoes in the room after every housekeeping. Should have electric mosquito repellent placed in rooms. Also our room - single apartment - had an odd co figuration as bedroom door opened through bathroom to get to the living room...

The private pool & room were great. Full fridge & kitchenette was great to have.

The daily maid/cleaning service was poor. Not until our final day was the floor swept & cleaned. Only 1 roll of toilet paper each day is totally unacceptable for 2 guests. The upper private pool deck was never attended to for cleaning with a full rubbish bin sitting there our whole trip & the timber deck needs urgent attention to replace & resecure some boards & a restain which doesn't look like it has been redone since new. Also the room balcony was never cleaned with ourselves having to e.pty ashtrays etc. & my wife had a piece of glass in her foot from the balcony.

Very clean and modern. 3 bed Suite was amazing! Sea view, own private pool on roof. Helpful staff. Massive space. Felt very spoilt staying here. 3 beaches close by, walking distance. Merlin beach was amazing! As was the massage there. Fantastic holiday because of this accommodation. Would stay again without hesitation.

We had an ant problem in one bedroom but staff reacted quickly to resolve. Dishwasher wasn't working but not too much of an issue as apartment cleaned daily. Staff did come in via the staff entrance to check pool without making us know they were there and when cleaning. Sometimes a shock so just to say hi first/knock would've helped.

The location is great if you want a quieter place but still close to the town centre. The room itself was fantastic, very modern and sleek, and having a private pool was amazing.

The deck around the pool had some loose and rotting boards in places, and the umbrella was broken, which is a bit of a downer if you want shade in the middle of the day. I feel like this is an important feature that needs to be fixed.

Staff, cleanliness, location, hotel setup

The pool engine emits a constant and annoying noise. In the rooms there is a random bubbling noise coming from the kitchen sink plumbing that woke up my kids at night

It’s about 5 minutes away from Patong area which was nice for us as we wanted a quiet break but also to be close to everything. Resort offered scooter rental at reasonable rates. Very close to 2 small quiet beaches.

The private pool was not a part of the room. It was a level higher so you had to leave your room to go up the stairs to enter your private pool area. This was not clearly described when making the booking. I though the pool was directly outside the room.

Very nice modern and spacious room. Bed was big and comfortable, room was equiped with everything you need for short and longer stays. Staff is really helpful and super kind. One of the best experiences in Thailand totally recommend this hotel.

Location is fine if you rather stay out of the noice of the city.. but nothing much to do around the hotel. You need a scooter or car to go around.
