The apartment is very spacious and great value for the money. Wonderful spa bath on the balcony. Very short walk to one of the most luxurierst shopping areas Boat Avenue which I appreciated a lot. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much

The staff seems rather annoyed and not very welcoming. The pool area seems abandoned and uninviting, some things in the apartment don’t work (bath in the bathroom). Unfortunately, you can sense that they are struggling. If they’d paint the entire building, you could probably charge 30% more as it’s the main reason why it starts to look a bit run down-which attracts lower class customers. It’s very quiet which I liked, but that adds to the feeling that this place has struggles due to Covid restrictions. Nevertheless, I’d recommend this place due to the area, lovely apartments and Boat Avenue nearby.

it was dated, far from anywhere, not close to the beach as stated.

Friendly staff. Things were fixed and remedied as soon as we mentioned they weren't working properly. Walking distance to many restaurants and the main expat center of Bang Tao. Plenty of parking. Refrigerator and freezer are very large and efficient.

Internet router and shower head weren't working when we got in. However, it was sorted as soon as it was mentioned. English could be better from the font-desk staff. Unclear and inconsistent price quotes from websites and the front desk.

It’s a beautiful hotel which unfortunately, seems to lack care and good staff. You can still feel that it was once a 5 star property

The staff had some rude people, It Starts to look tired but that’s how you get the very low rate I guess. Overall I would still return

Large comfortable room, very comfortable bed and pillows, good seating/dining area. Good location for beach and shops - both 5 min drive

The access to the pool was nice, pool was good and the room was quite big also. Also big parking.

Was a little far from beach. the reception was not very easy to find.

We stayed one night on arrival after travelling. It was easy to check in, the staff were helpful, the room was spacious and reasonably comfortable. Location is good, not far from boat avenue.

A little difficult carrying bags in over the water feature at entrance, but generally everything was fine.

Flat is very clean and a nice balcony view. Also very comfortable bed.

The check in was 40-50minutes long due to the unavailability of the person that collects payments and complete check in. Also in the morning the water was cold to take a shower. Apart from this everything was okay :)

Large room

Must take a taxi, Tuk tuk or other means of transport to the closest beach, distance is not walkable for multiple reasons, and this was understood differently when booking. Staff could barely communicate in English. Looked newer in photos than reality.

The room was really big with separate bedroom. Also there was a fully equipped kitchen with big refrigarator. There is a nice outdoor shopping square with lots of good quality shops and restaurants at walking distance, less then 1 km.

It is not very luxury, not very cosy. There was a spa on the balcony but we did not try it. We did not see any swimming pool.
