Probably the best hotel for families I have ever been to. The rooms with kitchen are an excellent resource to cook food for the children, and the rooms are spacious enough not to feel too cramped. A nice pool with shallow waters offer the perfect play area for little children and the deeper pool does the same for us adults. Yes the space in the pool is limited, but the Cassia beach on the other side of the lagoon solves this problem. Rainy day? No problem, there is an indoor play area for the little ones. The staff is super-friendly and ready to help, and kudos to their breakfast cause they serve literally everything you could possibly desire from the first meal of the day. Absolutely fantastic!

Great hotel on many dimensions. Friendly staff, perfect location close to the beach (although you need to use a shuttle boat to get there across the lake) and to shopping and restaurant areas. Rooms are spacious, modern, clean, feature a kitchenette and a balcony. Good choice of food for breakfast. Would definitely recommend it!

The room was huge but we were given a side room partially seeing the lagoon although I reserved an ocean viewing room. The swimming pool is quite big and fun to explore. The beach is very nice and you can reach it with a boat taking off from the pier in the lagoon every 15 mins. Bang tao beach is also one of the best in Phuket.

When we arrived at 6PM, our room wasn't ready and we waited for an additional half hour for our room to be prepared. Overall staff is quite friendly but seems confused. They almost delay at everything.

beach access very easy via their boat launch across the lagoon, pools were lovely and good quality loungers. We were in a 2br apt style with balcony, which provided good space.

Our room was on 5th floor over the breakfast and play area booming loud music until nearly 9:15pm on a Wednesday night..sounds echo up the open floor plan. This made sitting in our living room a nuisance, but we could close the back bedroom door for a more quiet location. Also, it seems the breakfast staff although many, are quickly overwhelmed by keeping up with the coffee machines (beans, milk, grounds emptying) so often stuck without coffee. I struggled to alert staff of situation. IF they had fewer hot dishes but kept them full, it would be better than the very many dishes on warmers that were empty.

*no toiletries in the room (bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste); *they clean your room every other day but on two occasions they hadn’t cleaned our room at 4pm and needed reminding; *they don’t have an activities desk to help book activities; *despite 90% of guests were young families, few activities targeted at them (only pool & playroom).

I particularly appreciated the two-bedroom loft, which was perfect for my needs. The room's design was thoughtful, providing ample space and a fully equipped kitchen, which was a significant convenience. The stunning views of the lagoon and sea added a touch of tranquility to my stay. The hotel's location is excellent, situated near Bang Tao Beach with easy access via a short boat ride or a brief walk. The proximity to local shopping and dining options, combined with the serene surroundings, made my stay both convenient and enjoyable. This blend of accessibility and natural beauty is one of Cassia Phuket's strongest points.

Great hotel and stay. Very close to the beach. They had shuttle buses and tuk-tuks going to the local shops and Patong multiple times a day and very reasonably priced. Great location with family. Free Wifi and very good speed. Restaurant food was great and room service was prompt.

The check in process was long. Payment wasn't deducted by Booking.com and I had to pay at the time of check-in. Which I wasn't prepared for (I didn't have cash). Reception staff couldn't process a Google/Apple Pay payment and required a physical card to be inserted into the machine. Made it very difficult for us. However, upon checkout, I was able to pay via Google Pay. Odd. A massage/spa service at the hotel would have been nice.

Close access to pools, lake and beach, were perfect! Rooms are small but cozy and have all the amenities I could ask for. Staff is exceptionally polite and nice at every turn, but some should learn a few more basic words in English ;) However, with translator on our phones, we can ask anything in Thai and they are ready to help.

Couch furniture and pillows were older, worn, had stains. A/C Mini Splits never got the room cool, just "less hot", but never went below 73F or 22-23C No kitchen towels or paper towels, Showers had mold in some parts, and no soap/shampoo in bathrooms.

The hotel is located near Bang Tao beach, likely the best beach on the island. There's a shuttle boat to the beach, or you can walk for about 15-20 minutes to the hotel's private part of the beach which has beach beds, toilet and a shower. The hotel is pretty quiet, we were lucky enough to not hear any neighbours at all. It also has a small market in the restaurant area that sells snacks, drinks and fresh sandwiches. There's room service, especially useful while you're waiting results for your first PCR test (you're not allowed to go out until it's negative). Cleaning in the hotel is every two days, but they take out trash every day through a special door. There's Canal Village in walking distance that has a supermarket, two restaurants, a few stores, pharmacy, PCR test location, and maybe a Thursday night market. It's also close to the Boat Avenue which has a lot of great restaurants and big supermarkets. The whole area is a bit pricey, but quality is great. It's a bit of a long walk, so you may want to get a scooter or you can take a free bicycle from the hotel.

Shuttle boat to the beach was only every hour instead of every 20 minutes and started at 11am, so getting early to the beach is a bit complicated (which is the best time on the beach as the waves get bigger later as the water becomes more shallow). Breakfast really had only a few things. There's an egg station but it's not very good unfortunately. It looked like they had better options before covid, so maybe things will get better.

Modern and nice looking apartments in the middle of the Bang Tao beach. It was very easy to reach the beach either by the small boat (every 10 minutes) or by food (10 minutes to go). The beach itself is very clean and well-maintained. We took the rooms with laguna view and it's very nice! The apartment is very good equipped and has a small kitchenette. Very nice staff, good cleaning. You can take a tuktuk to the laguna boat avenue just for 50 baht per person, where you can find a lot of shops and restaurants.

Can't say anything bad about the hotel or the rooms itself. We haven't tried the breakfast there, but the restaurant food was mediocre and relatively expensive.
