Location, friendly staff, clean rooms & good value for money!

Not any fault of the hotels at all but be prepared for noisy drunken guests coming home at all hours of the morning. Inconsiderate rude people. Don’t be those people!!!!

The location is good and quiet. It's a very new hotel. Walking distance to Jung Ceylon and Patong beach which is less than 15 mins away. Bed is comfortable, shower room is clean. Overall the room is clean with basic amenities (such as beverages, safe, mini fridge, shower gel and shampoo etc etc...). Certainly good enough. There are plenty of parking space and a rooftop swimming pool.

The passage way to the rooms are tiled and guests walking noises is not muffled which can be heard from inside the room despite the thick heavy door. Those guests who are light sleeper might find it irritating.

The location was really nice! Staff were nice and the pool at the rooftop was relaxing.

They propose tours and activities. However, when we reserved late at night, the tour organizers were out of office. Nevertheless, the booking was made. The next day, we were told that the tour was full and couldn’t get booked for us. However, the staff refused us to get our money back and pushed us to book other tours/activities that we weren’t necessarily willing to do. So that was disappointing as we would of surely spend that money on something else than what we did. Even though it was a good experience in itself. The room was big and could of have a bit more furnitures (i.e. like couch and a small table) to fill in the empty spaces.

A great value for money hotel. The location is excellent, if one wishes to stay close to Patong beach. The rooms are spotlessly clean, which could be attributed to the fact that it's a new establishment. Most basic amenities are available. They provided day-use beach towels as well, which was super convenient. Their airport cab rates are also fairly decent.

The approach to the hotel is in a side alley, which could be off-putting for some. If loud music is playing out on the streets, the noise does filter in through the doors, so the rooms aren't completely sound-proof. The breakfast spread could be better, but at this price, I'm not complaining.

Excellent location - close to Bangla Boxing, market, Bangla Street and the shopping center. Was a bit of a walk to the nearest beach, but not too far. Modern hotel - room was a good size. The reception staff friendly. Breakfast was good but suggest you consider Western visitors as well. Enjoyed the swimming pool on the 8th floor.

You have to sign in and out every day for the use of swimming pool towels. Consider extending the pool hours that is currently from 10am till 7pm. More shading or umbrellas at the swimming pool area. Some of the steps to enter the pool is missing, making it difficult for mature/older people to use. There is also no hand-railings at the stairs and poses a risk to use.

Breakfast at 200TBH is great. It is a buffet. The room is clean. Free coffee from 12 noon onwards. Will be better if they offer this in the morning too. The location is nice. Walking distance to the Patong bench but away from Bangla Street which is noisy.in the night I like the night market in front. The wet market at the night market has seafood. Bought seafood from the wet market and brought it to the 2nd level to cook for a fee. Never accept the initial quote. Bargain to 50%.

Why do they not allow the coffee to be DIY. Have to wait for the staff to be free to make. No shelf in the bathroom to put shampoo and soap. Have to walk in and out of the shower to get it from the wash basin.

Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel and rooms are clean and new. Great location with lots of amenities, and not noisy. Very reasonably priced.

Really good location, off the main road so not too loud. Big rooms and bed, actually very comfy. Modern rooms and balcony. Staff were really good and helpful, and general hotel areas were nice. Didn’t use the pool but looked good also. Great value for money.

Balcony door was broken when we got there - but this was fixed within about an hour of us asking.
