The location is a bit of a double edged sword. It's right next to the food market so you're always 5m away from amazing food. On the downside if your room is facing in that direction, you can smell the seafood from your terrace. The room was large and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and can easily fit three people. The staff were very kind and checked me in early. The pool was nice and so were the cocktails.

The hot water was a bit inconsistent. Sometimes the temperature would randomly change. The WiFi was rather slow sometimes.

The hotel had everything I needed and the location is excellent, being close to a popular shopping mall and an amazing night market. If you like seafood, the market has plenty of fresh seafood. And also close to walking street, lots of restaurants, cafes & clubs! Special mention to Win, the reception guy! He deserves a pay rise! Outstanding service from him! Thanks for making my stay so special :)

Very comfortable, nice hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly and always smiling. The room was very clean and comfortable. The huge bed offers a very good and comfortable sleep. There are many restaurants in the nearby, also 7-eleven and many shops. This is a guest-friendly hotel.

The rooftop pool was amazing, look brand-new and clean lots of beds and beanbags chairs to sit on plus ordinary tables and chairs , they provide clean towels at the pool to use, bar is open till late 10pm also they play great music with there own JBL system , the beds are very comfy with good bedding material rooms are up-to-date and fashionable , if you want shower good pressure and with hot water this is the Hotel it’s piping hot , outside Hotel there’s a mini market and a launderette or 3 min walk your at 7-Eleven cross the road

They have a very tiny room near the reception it’s just a multi Gym all in one it needs to be updated as it’s didn’t work very well , there are some dumbbells free weights to use and a running machine I would say the gym is only capable for two people if that .

The properties location was amazing very central short walk to Bangla road and lovely pool on the roof, room was nice and clean but there was a power outage the minute we checked in and left us with no facilities for over two hours and when we asked at reception they had no apology and simply stated it would be back in a few hours, I felt this was rude as no apology and we had only been there about a half an hour. These things happen but how you deal with situations makes all the difference

Amazing location! Just a few mins walk to the beach, and all the main restaurants and attractions are right on the doorstep. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, they went above and beyond. We needed to print some document, which they kindly did for free, and they also received post for us! We will absolutely stay here again next time we visit Patong. There is a kettle and fridge in the room, and a communal microwave in the lobby, so cooking is possible if you are creative.

Some ants in the room, but that would be the same anywhere.

Clean, simple and generally good value accomodation. Great pool and outdoor area on top floor. The young guy who checked me in was efficient and friendly. On my last day after checking out, I was having trouble organising a ride and the same young guy very kindly organised one for me himself.

Found a couple of the towels had stains on them - they had clearly been laundered, but it was still a little off-putting. Room service swapped them when I asked. The cost of drinks from the fridge in the lobby were very expensive.
