My apartment overlooked a construction site so there was a lot of dust on the balcony and in the apartment. Hopefully that is completed soon. The air conditioner in one room broke one night, but was fixed the next day.

The apartment was perfect for our needs, large living area and the kitchen was well equipped so we could make food in the apartment. The team are very friendly, the standard of cleaning in the room is very good. The pool is very nice The location is pretty good, not directly on the beach but a short walk, convenience store is a short walk. A full service supermarket a 5 minute taxi trip away.

The construction next door is a bit annoying, they do follow noise rules though and don't work late or start early. Walking the streets around the construction might make a nervous traveller wary. Like a lot of streets in Thailand there are no footpaths so if like us you have young children you need to be confident to walk on the side of the road with a stroller. We had no issues with it the workers and other road users are used to working around pedestrians.

Gorgeous apartment, excellent facilities, cleaning, and staff were all so polite,friendly and helpful. Location perfect, for getting into town or waking to beach.

Building works, the biggest pool right next to it, constant building noise from 7-7 everyday. Such a shame as the entire complex was so good, this just spoiled relaxing by the pool.

Our stay at Casuarina Shores exceeded our expectations. We booked the one-bedroom and got a free upgrade to the two-bedroom. The apartment is beautiful and well-decorated with a nice view of the pool. They have nice balconies you can relax on. There is everything you may need in the apartment (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.) with free unlimited water and coconuts. The staff are very helpful and even let us check out late. The apartment is only a short walk to the beach. There are two pools, one kid-friendly and a deep one perfect for exercising in. They also have free bikes you can borrow which was a fun addition to explore the surroundings.

I liked everything about our stay.

Bell and Maa at reception were very friendly and welcoming. Bell helped me to track a package i was waiting for, phoning the driver etc.. They both speak and understand english quite well. The apartments are very spacious and comfortable. Cleaning every 3rd/4th day. We stayed 10 days and would have stayed longer if possible for us. 100% recommend!!

Construction around the property, however it did not bother us at all.

The location was great and the space for our family of 5 was adequate. The lap pool was great and the facilities were clean. The cleaners did an excellent job with cleaning our apartment.

There is a lot of construction in that area of Bang Tao right now, so there was a lot of construction noise at the apartment. The gym is very small with not a lot of equipment.

The hotel is simply amazing- if you travel with kids, there is no better place on Bang Tao Beach! It’s clean, cozy, the apartments are spacious and equipped with anything you may need during your stay. 1. First of all, the beach is super close, just 3 min walking through a shortcut and you are there. The hotel staff noticed that guests were using the shortcut (you needed to find a way through palms and cross some deserted field of former construction) and made stairs for guests convenience! I’d expect them to put a fence and “do not walk!” sign but they chose to help tourists instead! That was super cool and shows the hotel management care. 2. The apartment is fully equipped and has everything you may need: stove, oven, dish washer, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, fridge, kid’s potty, baby chair, TVs…. Nice area at the terrace, we had meals there all the time. 3. Drinking water! The first time I’ve seen such a wonderful solution: they offer free 19L bottles of water with electric pump. This is super convenient! 4. Free coconuts to drink. 5. A small grocery store is in 10 min walking, if you need a bigger one - just rake a free bike with a basket, it’s 10-15 min ride. 6. The swimming pool is clean and warm, it has a baby-friendly entrance and a jacuzzi. There is one more pool at the property, but we never used it. 7. The territory is green and beautiful. 8. Super helpful staff! During our first stay the microwave oven wouldn’t work - they replaced it within 15 min and then we found out that the oven was broken too. Can you imagine- they replaced it too next day! When we just arrived and were tired and could not leave the apartment, the receptionist girl was so kind to us to order food delivery and even cold beers! Any request we had was met immediately. 9. Comfy beds and pillows. Also, lots of towels! 10. The nearest supermarket and money exchange kiosk is about 7 min walking away - it’s a small FamilyMart store.

The space we had was amazing, we were very much left to our own devices but staff were available if we needed help (like when I couldn't work out how to open the safe). The pool was amazing, we virtually had it all to ourselves. The beach was very close by.

There was a massive construction site opposite our balcony. To be fair it didn't bother us very much at all, they have a job to do and thats fair enough. The whole area is being developed so in 5 years time it probably won't feel as remote.

Casuarina shores is a great place to stay. Very convenient apartments with all necessary equipment. All is working and in a good condition. Nice pools, clean and relaxing. And wonderful team of people working there. always ready to help and very responsive. Feeling of special and valued guest. many thanks!

water pressure in the showers was not great.
