Location on the river was excellent. Superb breakfast taken each day on a pontoon watching Nile Turtles (a great surprise and delight), terrapins and mullet swimming about. Kingfishers flitting across the river and boats chugging up and down. Very relaxing. Good sized pool and an abundance of sunbeds.

A small brochure about the hotel facilities would have been much appreciated. The hotel has bicycles which anyone could borrow - we weren't told - and there are some excellent bike rides using the cheap ferries both upstream and downstream - which we only discovered by talking to other guests. Also the hotel has a pedalo for anyone to borrow, and there is a very pleasant hot spring bubbling away just across the river, very secluded and beautiful - and we again only found out about this by chance!

A lovely little hotel with friendly and helpful staff. My room was small but clean and comfy. The pool area was a good size and usually had sunbeds to spare. Some in the shade, which was appreciated. The hotel sits right by the river, and there is a nice path alongside that takes you straight into the town. Breakfast and dinner were both good and can be eaten by the river while turtle spotting. Credit to Hassat and his team for keeping the restaurant running smoothly and making me feel welcome.

It could be noisy late at night by the pool bar.

Good value hotel on the riverside. Rooms have powerful air conditioning, a very comfortable matress and a hot shower room. Terrace with chairs and table over looking the well laid out gardens. Lovely pool and a breakfast buffet with a good choice of cereal, yogurt, bread, olives, cheeses, tomatoes, cucumber cold sausage, fruit, both dried and fresh, honey, jams biscuits and cake. Tea, coffee fruit juice available. Good value evening meal should you wish to have dinner there. A very enjoyable stay.

Everything was good and as we expected.

The hotel was in an ideal location only 10 mins walk from Dalyan & right next to the river. In the mornings we had breakfast and x3 turtles arrived.to entertain us. The Riverside Hotel has their own boat and arranged various There were boat trips to the lake and mud baths & also we went on one to evening BBQ to watch the sunset at turtle beach A couple of nice pools. Friendly staff, Alp the manager super helpful when arranging taxis, restaurants, local Turkish massage. A very relaxing holiday but there are enough things to do if you don't just want to sunbathe and chill out.

The staff at Riverside are wonderfully efficient, friendly and relaxed. They seem a very happy team who look like they really enjoy working here and have fun in each others company. The gardens are beautiful and well kept without being manicured. We really appreciated open access to the good quality bikes and reliable rowing boat which we took up to the lake one morning. The situation is idyllic and when we were there in May not overly busy. There are resident cats, a noisy frog and night time hedgehog.

A little more storage space ( ie shelves or hooks ) in the rooms would be useful. We ended up storing things on the floor. Also less use of plastic ( ie tiny bottles of shampoo etc which we politely declined) and the option NOT to have towels changed every day.

The location is unbeatable and although basic the hotel provides excellent value for money. The pool is a good size, large enough to swim in. The rooms are very basic, but clean and with good air con. The staff are always happy and ready to assist in anyway they can. There is no entertainment and none is needed, the joy of this location is the tranquility the location provides, being able to see and feed the turtles every morning is an experience you won’t get anywhere outside Dalyan. It is right on the river, literally the dining area is on the river. Alongside turtles you really must expect mosquitoes, go prepared, you need to adequately cover yourself to avoid being bitten. This is common sense, there is nothing the hotel can do, don’t let it spoil your stay.

There is nothing to dislike, it’s cheap and cheerful providing excellent value for money.

Best place to view the amazing Soft Shell Turtles - these photos are exactly what you’ll see from the breakfast table along the great waterfront restaurant. Excellent pool area too and an easy and pretty walk along the river into town. 🇹🇷😎

Amazing breakfast by the riverside, feeding the turtle family. The staff were lovely and there was a real community feel to the place with lots of returners.

Our room was slightly jaded but others had been refurbished. I hear the plan is for a full refurbishment.

Location is perfect. 15 mins stroll along riverside path to town. Upgraded pool area and bar are great. All the staff are friendly even if some aren't fluid in English they try hard to help you.

First room we were allocated was too small for a double room in my opinion. Also it was outdated. We were moved to one of the modernised ones which was great.

The location was perfectly located with stunning river views and an easy walk into town. Breakfast was simple but good. I especially loved the yogurt and honey. It was a real treat to see the turtles swim up in the morning. The gardens are pretty and the pool is a good size. Plenty of sunbeds in the shade and the staff were always happy to help.

The rooms are basic and on the small size but they are clean and there is air conditioning.
