Staffs very friendly and efficient I can mention SAMET , NILOUFAR from the reception and Sebnen qnd Hatice from the restaurant Very clean hotel Breakfast is very tasty and good variety One of the best Ive had on my trips Really downtown They book tours and they booked for me very good transport to the airport (shuttle bus) and the driver helped me carring my bag to the mini bus stop And panoramic view on the restaurant for breakfast Nice room and very confortable bed

Wi fi didn’t work on the first day. And very weak on the next days Mini bus and some cars don’t go to the hotel door because of the street is very narow .And it s dificult to walk on that strecht of the street because of the floor and its a climb for arriving at the hotel

They serve a delicious breakfast every morning from 8:30, all the staff is super friendly and kind (a special thank you goes to Atakan, he treated us like friends and spent some time together), stunning roof terrace also accessible in the evening, comfortable room (cleaned and tidied up every morning), amazing location close to all shops, restaurants and bus stops. We booked the shuttle service to and from the airport with them and when we arrived we booked the balloon ride at a good price (half of what some of the agencies charged). We miss Bedrock Cave Hotel and Goreme! We suggest to book a table at Topdeck Restaurant, food so so delicious at a super fair price. We would definitely stay there again!

I am so happy that we picked this property. Great location - Walking distance from Goreme Bus Station. It is a small, cosy ans cute boutique hotel but at par with the best hotels in Goreme. Our cave room was an authentic cave room. Loved it! Very nice breakfast and one of the best view from the terrace since it is situated higher than other hotels. For us, the highlight was the amazing staff and their hospitality. They provided room decoration to celebrate my wife’s birthday and the entire staff joined us during cake cutting which was so sweet of them which made it much more memorable. My heartfelt thank you to Samet, Omar and Nilufer.

Location is amazing, 2 min from the main street where all restaurants and shops are. I was always one of the last to be picked up in tours (which is great when you do the balloon flight and the pickup time is at 4.15am!). The staff of the hotel is lovely and they gave me a really good price for the balloon flight (half of what some of the agencies charged, but I only booked when I arrived at the hotel). I am a female solo traveller and I always felt safe and well looked after. A special thank you to Atakan who was so helpful and kind! I got an original cave room (106), which was beautiful, but be aware that some small flakes of stone will fall on the bed (this is normal for an original cave room) so if this bothers you, you might want to choose a different room. My favourite part of the hotel was the roof terrace. The view is stunning and I spent hours just chilling there in the evening. And you have one of the best views of the balloons in the morning. I would definitely stay there again!

WIFi could be better, it was hit and miss

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say it was a fantastic experience! The highlight for me was the beautiful terrace, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an evening drink with stunning views. The location was also perfect, with easy access to all the local attractions. But what really made my stay special was the exceptional service provided by the reception staff - they were friendly, helpful and always ready to go the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay!

Staff were super helpful and friendly! They helped is with our tour bookings. The breakfast was absolutely incredible, best breakfast we had in Turkey. So many dishes to try, super fresh with lots of variety! The roof area is beautiful to watch the balloons from and the level below is great during the heat of the day with nice shade! Location was close to town for restaurants and the staff gave great recommendations. Our room was super clean and with good air conditioning and we absolutely loved staying here! Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Staff:-They were all very friendly and hospitable ( the reception and also the dining). They could converse in fairly good English which made things easier. Most of them were students working while doing online classes. They replied to my messages prior to my stay prompt and clear. Without hesitation helped me book a reliable taxi to ferry me from one point to another. Room:- The room was really the best part, it really gave me the feeling that I was in a cave. This room was on the ground floor which was really good for me as I had a huge luggage bag. The cave ceiling above the bed is nicely secured so that there is no dropping from the cave surface. Otherwise, it is natural to have fragments from the cave surface scatter on the ground. The room and toilet were spacious and clean. It was really a good experience. It would have been perfect if there was a working/study table to place my laptop to work on. The room had space to hang clothes, a dressing table, a 3-seater chair, and a fan. Breakfast:- The breakfast spread is really good, with a variety of cheese, a variety of bread spreads, olives, eggs meneman, variety of buns. There were cute cats waiting to be fed. The view from the breakfast area is spectacular. View: On the first morning of my stay I went for the hot air balloon, so on the second morning at 5 a.m., I walked up to the terrace which is above the breakfast hall. The night view of the surrounding cave hotels was gorgeous with yellow lights beaming through the open spaces of the caves. The terrace is well decorated with many spots for photo taking ( pillows on the ground, a trishaw-like vehicle, a heart-shaped structure). And at 530am onwards to 7 am, I sat down and enjoyed the view of the hot air balloons coming to life and slowly moving up into the air. Within a few minutes, you will see the entire sky filled with colorful hot air balloons. A couple of balloons were close to the hotel, but the others were distant.

We loved this place!! The location is amazing in the hart of Gorëme, and the place is so lovely; the rooms are beautiful, the breakfast amazing, the hotel is very cozy, and the rooftop is amazing with 360 degree view of the balloons. The staff is amazing; they were always ready to help with anything, and extremely friendly (special shout-out to the charming Niloufar <3). We loved it so much we extended our stay until our room wasn’t available anymore. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more!!

Nothing, everything is perfect

We stayed at the hotel and had a great experience. The staff, especially Anchel and Serkan, were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had many options and was delicious. The terrace had a beautiful view of Cappadocia and was better than the views from most restaurants. We booked a balloon tour through the hotel and it was amazing. The rooms were clean but quite warm and humid with no windows and no way to regulate the temperature. There were no windows in the room, so if you require one, be sure to keep an eye out when booking. However, the hotel provides an authentic cave experience, which everyone seems to be looking for in Cappadocia. Unfortunately, there didn't seem to be any option to regulate the temperature by ourselves. Overall, I recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a unique and authentic experience in Cappadocia.

The view from the roof terrace is stunning. We woke up in the morning to admire the hot air baloons from there and it was fantastic. The staff was very helpful in organising tours for us. The location is perfect.

It is not very easy to be reached by car directly on the front door, and there is a somehow steep hill to arrive. For us it was not a problem at all, although it is good to be taken in consideration for persons with reduced mobility. Other than that, everything was just perfect.
