The location was great, little up the hill, but it has beautiful view from the terrace. If you wake up early in the morning you can see the balloons from your room window. The breakfast was good, and the staff was really friendly and beyond it. They make all arrangement for us, from balloons, atv, horse riding, green tour and Turkish diner show. It was my birthday, so they surprise me whit a birthday cake at dinner. It was amazing experience. Thank you Mehmet for making our stay memorable.

Everything was excellent. Ibrahim the manager / owner was also the best host. He looked after us every day and nothing was too much trouble. He also is a pilot and does urgup balloons. Book his balloon trips they are they best. Will come back again and only stay here. The best experience ever in Goreme and the best hotel and host in the town.

Everything was the best

Our time at the hotel was truly wonderful. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The location is very convenient as its minutes away from Goreme’s center where all the restaurants and stores are. And also, walking distance to the hill (Asiklar Tepesi) where everyone comes to watch the hot air balloons in the morning. The terrace is open all day and overlooks Goreme from all directions. You can watch the balloons right from there too. All staff is friendly and helpful. Mehmet makes sure that your questions are answered and does his best to accommodate the guests’ needs and requests. He booked our transfer from the hotel and daily tours. We would highly recommend this hotel to travelers that are hoping to visit Cappadocia.

I can't say enough about the amazing staff at this hotel; they truly made our stay incredible. Mehmet, our host, deserves a special mention for going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had a great time. Not only did he help us organize an unforgettable hot air balloon ride, but he also had a great sense of humor and made us feel welcome. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and clean. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the cafes and restaurants, and conveniently located near the bus station. To top it all off, we were treated to a traditional Turkish-style breakfast that was absolutely amazing. If you're looking for a hotel that genuinely cares about their guests, I highly recommend this place for a memorable stay.

The breakfast in the morning was delicious but overall, both the staff and Mehmet made this stay worthwhile. They were all incredibly kind and attentive. Mehmet will go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable at the hotel, booking stays and tours on your behalf. There's nothing he won't do to help. If I were to ever visit Cappadocia again, it will be my place to stay. The hotel plans to include a rooftop with a jacuzzi for guests and I'd like to experience this place once more with this addition.

Nothing at all - the staff and Mehmet were amazing. You're in an amazing location, walking distance from the downtown core. Literally everything is a footstep away.

Cave land is one of my best hotels in my life! First, I could sleep very well and i felt comfortable always! Second, Amazing place of looking at balloons! In the early morning of terrace, I saw many balloons on the sky. It was amazing experience! Third, they prepare breakfast by themselves so i felt like i was being treated! Of course, it was delicious too! And lastly they are so kind! The owner always takes care of us. For example, he always tried to check my rentcar parked at the construction site! He always helped us so i didn't worry about anything! So i recommend this hotel more than 100%!

The hotel was near the shops and restaurants. The room was clean and tidy, bringing the cave like feels, had an aesthetic ambiance. The room was also spacious, and good thing there was an AC as the heating was on and it could be warm without the AC. The breakfast was superb, was freshly made, cooked and prepared by the staff. And the staff was very accomodating and very friendly, Mehmet to be specific. He was cool and fun, cracking out jokes. Ibrahim helped us booked our tours, but Mehmet was the one brought us to the Turkish night and to the Turkish bath. Wifi was also fast despite the location, they got good connection. Nothing was a hassle with them especially with the tours and transfers. Wish we could stay longer in Cappadocia.

Nothing I can think of

Clean, spacious room with a large, comfortable bed. Lots of hot water. Plentiful and tasty Turkish breakfast. Great rooftop terrace. Perfect location to watch hot air balloons drift over Goreme. Hotel arranged hot air balloon ride with Discovery Balloons - highlight of our trip. I’m afraid of heights, but our pilots were competent, professional and even funny. They made me feel very comfortable. The hotel also arranged airport shuttle at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend eating at Göreme Kadın Kooperatifi. Inexpensive, authentic, Turkish, home-style food. We had lunch there everyday of our trip.

We found our room to be stifling hot in the evening when the hotel turned on the heat (mid-November). When we asked if we could turn off the radiators in our room, they said no (politely) and suggested we open a window. That would have been fine, but the running of the furnace caused such an awful smell outside, leaving a window open wasn’t an option. We just dealt with the heat. Difficult to climb in and out of deep, whirlpool tub to use shower. Older adults (like ourselves) and people with mobility issues might want to request a room with a walk-in shower.

Everything. No complaint on this hotel. All is great and we had so much valuable memories in Cappadocia. Love this hotel. Breakfast is pretty much and also can ask more bread. Thank you. I want to say thanks to Ibrahim (the hotel owner) to contact me at first and give me his number whatsapp. He was the one help me from the start before I fly to Türkiye, give some advice, dealing the good price for our ballon trip, scheduling our airport transfer and help me with the bus ticket to Antalya. We get Family Room, there has upper room and lower room inside the Family Room. When you sleep at Lower Room, no internet connection (ofcourse because you are under the rock cave). The temperature is soooo cold! Trust me. Luckily there was a heater to cover some. After using the heater, the badly cold turn much better. Other than that, the room using stairs inside to connect upper and lower. Please consider if your family has problem to use stairs. The hotel also has no lift/elevator but the breakfast prepare at the rooftop.

great staff, great location, very comfortable and it has everything you need to enjoy for your stay in cappadoccia. the staff is always near and prompt to help you out either you need something for your stay or almost anything related to your trip. I highly recommend to coordinate transports (from airport to hotel) directly with them; it is not only cheaper but also safe and secure timings; we had an excellent experience about that. it was our honeymoon and they arranged / managed to decorate and attend us extra special and we really appreciated that gesture. breakfast part: WOW. not only flavor (im a chef myself) but the experience and views every morning are something we won’t forget. overall, I wouldn’t hesitate staying here for my cappadoccia trip anytime!
