Room was big, window was overlooking a small graveyard :) The hotel has a restaurant with average prices, we saw higher prices in the neighbourhood, so all in all OK, We could negotiate the price of beer :) but payment was cash only. In the reception there is a balance to check the weight of your Istanbul "souvenirs". The location is great, in walking distance of Hagia Sophia and Topkapi.

Nothing comes to mind, maybe the breakfast could have fresh scrambled eggs, but we survived with the rest.

->area safe, you can even walk alone by night without problems ->very good location, near to attractions and you can walk only a few minutes to Gulhane park, Topkapi palace, Basilica Cistern, Sultanahmet ( AgiaSogia, Blue Mosque, etc ), Spice & Grand Bazaar, Beyazit square, Galata Bridge ( we even walked aprox 20 minutes to Karakoy ) etc ->Sirkeci is a transportation hub as you have Tram1 (2 min away from the hotel), Marmaray & metrou & ferry only aprox 5 min away and also lot of buses ->from here you can easily go anywhere you need , just a few exemple : - Asia by ferry or Marmaray train ( Kadikoy & Uskudar ) - Tram T1 or by foot to Karakoy ( Galata Tower, Istiklal Street and Taksim Square) - Tram T1 to Beşiktaş ( Dolmabahce palace -> from there by foot or buses to Ortakoy or Bebek ) - bus or tram to Balat -Fener ->lots of shops, 2 min from hotel you also have a grocery shop ->lots of restaurants ( ex Hoca Pasa street only 3 min away ) ->also staff super nice

more attention to cleaning as : -the curtain should be changed -bathroom could be renovated P.S: the sheets on the bed and the towels were clean

The hotel was ideally located at Gullane tram Station. Very accessible to the rest of Istanbul also the marmara train station of sircieci you can by walk to the main attractions i.e Hagia Sophie, the blue mosque, and the surrounding area of sultan ahmet. Lots of places to shop and eat.

There was no parking at the hotel but then you don't really need your own car as you have excellent public transport links.. especially the tram station just at the hotel's front door.. was very very convenient.

Location was perfect! Close to restaurants, shops and attraction. Staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The entire staff always maintain smiles which I appreciated seeing.

Walls are quite thin, you can hear other guest and rooms small. However, you shouldn't expect much considering the rate per night. If you are a budget traveler who just needs a comfortable and clean room with perfect location don't hesitate to book this hotel. Friendly staff!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that exceeded my expectations in many ways. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had upgraded me to a larger room. The room had a cozy and warm ambiance, making it a comfortable and inviting space. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my needs were met throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my experience was the delicious breakfast served at the hotel. Every morning, I was treated to a variety of tasty options, and the tea was especially enjoyable. The hotel's location was also fantastic. It was conveniently situated near a tram stop, making it easy to explore the city and access various attractions. In just a short two-minute walk, I found myself at the main tourist sites, which was incredibly convenient and saved me a lot of time. While the overall experience was fantastic, I must mention that there was a minor issue in the room. There was some cosmetic damage on the wall that needed attention. However, it did not bother me or affect my stay in any significant way. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel was exceptional. With the upgraded room, welcoming staff, delicious breakfast, and convenient location, it provided a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Perfect in everything. Rooms and sheets were very clean, our room was maintained daily. the staff was very helpful and friendly. If you want to eat, you can order from the restaurant in the hotel, which offers delicious food and quality drinks. Breakfast consists of very tasty and fresh products compared to the hotel price. I think that the customer potential consists mostly of Russian and European guests because most of the guests staying at the hotel were Russian and European tourists. This hotel is very suitable for families and couples, I highly recommend it. You can also walk to all tourist attractions and the seaside.

The location is very strategic as it sits in between Eminonu and Hagia Sophia area so is ideal to go between these 2 places by walking. Also is very near Gülhane station so easy if you’re travelling with luggages as no need to travel too far from public transport. Breakfast has several choices of juices. Staff is informative and helpful.

Toilet has no ventilation. There seems to be a fan inside but doesn’t seem to work. As a result the toilet doesn’t dry up too soon. Also I wished the hotel has apple tea for breakfast. :)

The hotel is in the perfect location for doing tourist activities in Sultanahmet - it's just around the corner from Gülhane Park, the Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and the Basilica Cistern. It's also right by a tram stop and an easy walk to the ferry to the Anatolian side. The beds were comfortable and the complementary breakfast was delicious and hearty.

The wifi worked, but it was slow and a bit fussy (it worked better in some places in the room than others). The bathroom could have been cleaner.

The location of the hotel is superb! The staff esp. Abdul Qadeer were very friendly and helpful. We felt very safe there.

Breakfast...It was lacking in variety. We were served the same breakfast everyday so it got boring. A wider variety of fruit and vegetable was needed also they could have added some variety of eggs other than just boiled eggs everyday!

Fantastic location, you can go whatever you want!... 500-700 meters close to the most important and beatiful touristic atractions. The manager and the 2 bell boys are very kind, always disposed to support. Recommended for alone peoole and also for families.
