I really like the fact that the hotel is by the train tracks, so it is easy to navigate back to the hotel by following the tracks. It's hard to get lost. Not just that, there are numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and random shops. At night, it is very lit and a wonderful light to walk. The lunch/Breakfast room is on the very top floor and has a nice, calm view. The ladies that clean and cooks, they are wonderful and very friendly when we pass by them. The representatives in the lobby are very helpful and give key insight into the city. I really enjoyed how one of the representatives helped find romantic spots to take my girlfriend.

everything was good

Location is exceptional, so close to everything that's important, even if it's right on the busy street it's not noisy at all. Hotel is generally very clean, we were given new towels every day (we stayed 7 nights), bed sheets were also changed couple times. Breakfast is tasty, there were juices as well. Staff is really kind and helpful. I don't have any negative critics, we will be back for surely.

This was my 4th time visiting Istanbul. Without a doubt the hotel with the best location so far. Close to everything! I felt safe walking in the area both day and night. Located in a busy and vibes street. Many restaurants and coffee shops available to choose from. Safa is a MUST! 😋😁 Last but not least, the staff is AMAZING! On a scale from 1 to 10 it's an 11 for sure! I would like to say a very special thank you to Selo! What a friendly and helpful person! I will be back here very soon!

Housekeeping was average. The bathroom was clean when I arrived but unfortunately not cleaned properly during my stay. 😔 (Basin and shower.)

Perfect stuff, friendly helpful and hospitable, special thanks to Morad, Salah Eldin and the other reseptionist.They took very good care of us and helped us whenever we need.Perfect location; close to gulhane metro station, near old city sites, near to bazars, restaurants, and near to the sea. Clean renewed nice furnished room but a bit small. Nice breakfast, and you can have tea, juce and coffee all day. Lovely friendly house keeping stuff. All in all was a very comfortable cozy stay. We stayed in this hotel for 10 nights. The location is very central and close to many attractions. The Maramary/tram and metro are within walking distance. The tram runs in the street where the hotel is located. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful: especially Najib, Salahuddin and the one whose name we forgot. The breakfast is tasty, we really liked the coffee from the coffee machine.

every thing.. location, hospitality,cleaning,all stuff is very helpful with everything, they were very care to be sure that everything is good with us always be there to support us with any information about places to visit tea and coffee was available 24/7 wi fi is available always with v.good quality

only the breakfast need to have more varieties

I booked for one night due to my limited time! But, I was 100% satisfied with the room. Location was just perfect, accessible to everything and most important quite near to the metro station. The food was very delicious and generous unlike other hotels.. Now, we move to the best part of my honest review: The 2 staff in the reception, Salah Eddin and father of Abu baker (My apologies for forgetting the name), they were super helpful and friendly! I had extra care also when they showed me the terrace and invited me to join them for lunch.. such an amazing team, the lovely chef and Mariam, exceeded all my expectations.. much love, much RESPECT !

great location and we got a free room upgrade. free tee and coffee at your disposal at all times. has an elevator and air condition so the heating and cooling is available always.

the cleanliness could be better. there is rust on elements in the bathroom, walls should be repainted and better cleaning over all.

I like how welcome this hotel was. I arrived too early and have been offered morning coffee and breakfast on the terrace. I got a room as soon as it was ready. Manager in the reception was very helpful when forcemajor happened to me. Room was not big ,but it is enough for myself, clean and comfy. Bathroom is comfy clean and just right! breakfast was very fresh and tasty every morning- very special thanks to Metanet- lady in the terrace cafeteria. Abla, Matanet! thank you people you made my impression about Turkeiy.

i find that always shining reading light above the bed is not handy.Because all lights switches are (on or off) at same place on the wall, fare from the bed, so before asleep i have to get up to turn light off. Some little work to do for electrishen )). but it didn't spoil my holiday.
