The hotel’s location is excellent, it’s just near the tram stop and very close to many tourist places and embankment, and there are some nice food places around. The staff are very friendly and helpful :) The room was clean and the housekeeping was also good. We lived in a room with a balcony with the Hagia Sophia view, wich we also liked.

Sometimes car noises outside might be a bit loud at night and you can hear it with the windows closed. We also wished that the hotel could offer breakfasts or at least coffee for additional fee.

The hotel is cozy and renovated. The location is perfect (just one minute from tram station and it is located in the middle of the touristic area). Which makes it amazing spot to stay in. You need only 5- 10 minutes walking to reach most of the top destinations like Topkapi palace, national museum, and most of the beautiful mosques. And you need a maximum of 1 or 2 stops by tram to reach all famous places. Also, you are surrounded by a huge variety of restaurants that make your experience even more delightful. The staff are so nice and helpful. Specifically Emran, he is so nice and always ready to help us in everything we need. Highly recommend this hotel.

Location is excellent. 100m to tram stop for T1, walking distance to Archaeology Museum and to Topkapi. Closest restaurants overpriced, better down the hill. Small balcony with mosque view. Helpful staff who booked taxi to airport at reasonable price. Good flat walkin shower, fridge.

Room is small, fine for me but 2 people would struggle to find space for luggage. (Better to remove wardrobe doors and put flat shelf for suitcase). Bed was too hard for me but it's personal preference.

Staff were very caring, friendly and attentive. If there were any issues, they would try to deal with them as soon as possible. The hotel is clean and new and right beside Gulhane Tram station. The hotel is just in between Sirkeci and Sultanahmet which was very convenient for us.

super location in old town, right next to tram line restaurants shops, easy walking distance to main sights hammams and exploring area bed mattress were perfect support, bathroom setup especially well done ufuk was excellent host, available at all times always polite informative and extending himself to assist he even arranged for our bags to be stored for few extra days and bargained taxis for a fair price

New rooms, all looks nice. Very close to T1 tramline. Super location, close to everything. Very nice and helpful staff. Close to restaurants and monuments.

The rooms could be more spacious. The one we had was just fitting for the 2 of us, but was not easy to find a spot to open hour suitcase. The room was not cleaned daily, but to be honest we also have not asked for it.

Very friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff. Central location convenient for visiting the major sights--Sultan Ahmet Camii, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Spice Market, Galata Bridge. Remodeled hotel is modern.

Rooms in the front get noisy from busy street traffic.

Good location, near to the main sites such as Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sofia, and close to a tram stop for venturing further out into the city and over to the Asian side via the ferries. Room was very clean and modern, with a good bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Could get a bit noisy due to area, and being on the first floor, but that was to be expected and didn’t cause much of an issue.

The room was updated, new bathroom, comfortable bed. Sufficient facilities. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist me. I was walked to a nearby restaurant that served great food at reasonable prices.

A small shelf in the shower would be very helpful. There is no place to put the shampoo/gel bottle.

The staff both Imran and Monir were very helpful. Helped me get taxi whenever I needed. Location is very central a few steps to the tram and all the touristy sightseeing places.

No breakfast provided but plenty of choices a few minutes walk away Next time I’d book a double room as it comes with a balcony
