The location was good, but very busy, but was a great experience if you’re wanting to be in the hustle and bustle of it all. Staying there did allow us to see some cool shops and cafes in the area. The staff are really nice too!

Unfortunately they couldn’t get wifi working for the 3 nights we were there, hopefully that will be fixed soon tho! We also thought it would be nice if guests were free of charge for the service fee of the restaurant upstairs as we have to endure the lift with lots of visitors of the restaurant as well. Else everything was great!

location, staff and the room .It was fantastic room. Very comfy bed and amazing views.

The noise of the terrace when they move the tables is a little bit noise . it worse in the morning as the people is getting g the breakfast and moving the tables to get the coffee in front of the Galata tower.

I had the junior suit which was a quite room, but believe not all rooms are quiet. The breakfast and the view from terrace was beautiful. Location was very good. The receptionist I guess his name was Kağan so polite and helpful. Thanks.

The cleaning service wakes you up quite early. But a minor problem.

Everything was super. The room was beautiful, antique style, loved the breakfast area with Istanbul and Galata both views..the best was the personnel as they were all helpful, smiling and offering assistance. Even the cleaning ladies were super nice

The bath floor. Either change or try to clean it in a different way.

I thought the personnel who were at the desk or managing the breakfast room or waiting tables on the fifth floor evening dining were all exceptional. Also the cleaning staff was friendly.

At times taxis were not permitted access to the hotel entrance but that was not the fault of the hotel.

The best USP for the property is the location, its next to Galata, walking distance from major tram stations, and many tourist attractions. The place is clean, interior are stylish old architecture, but what I liked the most is the roof top bar and restaurant. Great food, nice selection of the wines. Ismet is one of the best bartender I met, he is funny, and he definitely know his job. Will definitely come and stay again.

The AC is centralized and could not be controlled from your room, I was sweating because it gets really hot at night and the only way I could expect any ventilation is by keeping windows open and its get really loud at night outside. Wifi is not as fast and its choppy in the room. The other thing I didn't like is that no one helped me with my luggages at all. The electrical ports are local so anyone traveling from US should carry a travel adapter as they are not provided by the hotel.

The Hotel is located in the heart of the city. Our room view was looking to the Galata Tower. Staff of the hotel was so friendly. Roof bar 🩵

Just some of the bathroom showers 🚿 were a bit small and not convenient to move around.

Fantastic location, very comfortable rooms. Great restaurant with very good food and amazing views!

Location is very good. Be ready to climb up a bit to reach it. Breakfast in the rooftop is definitely a highlight.
