the place was like your little own apartment, you have your own kitchenette , room service was excellent, and I loved the location : galata tower is 2 min away , just one turn away down the street, istiklal street , is also down the street, 2min away , we got to walk there every night , there is all shops nearby ( carrefour, maigris, clothing…) souvenirs and art work are way cheaper then the grand bazaar, and we got to walk down eminounou & the grand bazar by foot, which are less than 10 minutes away . we also got to have beautiful breakfasts at the nearby municipality coffeeshop : Beyoğlu Belediyesi Evlendirme Dairesi.

It was a great room right in the middle of everything. It's in a very old building and could use SOME updates, but they've done a nice job equipping it with all the modern technologies and comforts. Shower was super duper hot! There's a fridge and microwave to you can keep some food with you. Bed was comfortable! Make sure NOT TO MISS the 5th floor roof top garden. We watched the sun set from there and it was epic. Staff is wildly helpful with anything you need.

Property is right next to a bar which played loud music ALL night long. Thankfully, we listen to white noise at night. Something to keep in mind because you're in popular areas for restaurants, music and bars. When you check in you need to make sure to find the MAIN building. It took us asking a few people to figure this out, but once we found them, they were extremely helpful.

The staff, especially Burak and Leyla, are the best hotel staff I have ever met. Leyla contacted me before my arrival to check if we needed anything for our stay; she even texted me on our arrival day to check if need anything before checking in. The hotel provided all the necessary information to help us locate our apartment on a different block and carry our bags to our room. We also received a fruit platter and some souvenirs during our stay and upon checking out. Their hospitality touched us. We thanked both of them for making our 6-night stay a memorable one. We also encountered an issue with our airport taxi going to the hotel. Burak, who works at the reception counter, helped us to liaise with the taxi driver, calmed us down and provided us with advice on the transportation system in Istanbul. We are beyond grateful for this friendly and professional assistance. We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious, wifi was strong, and the facilities were also clean and stylish. We found it hard to say goodbye to our little apartment in Istanbul! The hotel is located 200 metres from the Galata Tower, a bustling area but the location but our apartment is still situated in a quiet area. However, the location is very hilly, and its roads/walkways are paved with cobblestones be prepared to climb and use extra energy to walk around. Totally recommended!

The room is comfortable, but the mattress is too soft, which we were not used to. If you have a backbone issue, you need to request the ones with firmer mattresses/bedding.

The hotel´s location is very good, providing easy access to the main public transportation means in the city, a couple blocks away to Metro Station Shishane (line M2), to the Beyoglu Tunnel to go downhill and then to the tram line T1 or the ferry services across the Bosphorus. It's also close to Istiklal street and the Galata Tower. The area is vibrant, lively, with lots of good cafes, restaurants, shops of every type for you to choose. The hotel´s apartments are comfortable, with spacious rooms and well equipped with microwave, fridge, laundry machine, dishwasher and dishes & cutlery. The breakfast is served in a restaurant a few steps from the hotel, in a very cozy atmosphere and views of the Galata tower. Food served at breakfast was absolutely delicious, in the traditional Turkish style, abundant and mixing diverse flavor. Nonetheless, the best highlight of this hotel is its staff, because of their friendly, kind and professional attitude, they are always attentive and available to the customer´s needs and they take action as soon as possible whenever it is required. The hotel manager, Samira Mohammadi, reception associate Erkan and everyone in the team were always offering their help and making sure that our stay was pleasant. My sincere thanks to them.

The hotel offers apartments in several different buildings that may be located in different streets. However, the reception for all of them is in another street/building and this could be confusing for guests who go straight to the address mentioned in their booking, which is usually different. On the other hand, rooms might have slight details, merely aesthetic, that you may notice but won´t affect your stay.

Very Central and right in the center of tourist streets and sights. The hotel staf were lovely very friendly and attentive. the apartment itself was lovely and clean, good air con. The sofa bed was already made for the kids which was so good as we arrived late and very tired.

The street of our hotel was hard for cars to get up and down and so our tour guides had trouble picking us up from the hotel. On arrival we should have been given the hotel reception address instead we were given another address that was neither the reception or our apartment. this caused some confusion initially and with our taxi driver. Luckily he called them himself to find out what was going on as we arrived at night and it was very quiet and dark street. Also don't forget the kids, we had to ask for more towels and more toilet paper every day.

We booked two rooms in the property and they were exactly as in the photos. They get them cleaned every day and they brought fresh towels. The property is located in a very central point, 2 min walk from Galata tower and istiklal road and 20 min from taxim square. There is a metro station 5 min from the property and a tram station very close as well. The neighborhood has a lot of stores, coffee shops and restaurants. I would like to say many thanks to Husein in the reception, who was very polite and helped us with every question we had, and also Ethan who was very professional as well. I totally recommend this property and if I return back to the city, I would definitely choose to stay there again.

Incredibly friendly staff - we originally booked for Meroddi Pera but due to issues with our room we were moved to another Meroddi hotel near Galata tower. Exceptional service - with one gentleman carrying our 2 x 20kg suitcases up 3 flights of stairs!! Great local advice and provided a delicious breakfast. Room was comfortable, with an especially luxurious bed. There was a beautiful view from our room which our porter took the time to point out key features to us.

It would have been really helpful to have a drying rack in the room for laundry - otherwise everything else was amazing!

We like the excellent service provided by the front desk. The friendly approach was amazing. One fo the factor that actually made our visit to Istanbul worthwhile. Few of the guys we met at the front desk really deserve an excellent customer service award. Sincerely their customer approach attitude and service level will encourage frequent loyal visitors to the hotel.

Nothing that I could say but may be the hotel can improve on their invoicing format - the payment made for the taxi service from hotel to airport was not clearly printed in the invoice receipt that has to be made manually.

The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Amenities and conveniences were good. We enjoyed the daily breakfast spread very much. It was delicious and amazing. The space is good for families and the apartment was cozy for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. We also appreciated the friendliness and helpful guidance of the reception staff, especially Ümit who made sure we had a good experience taking the ferries by lending us his Istanbul Kart to load our fares on.

We just wish that our apartment itself (which was on the first floor) had the city view as indicated in the listing - this would've been a bonus. But if we went to the rooftop, there is an amazing view of the Galata Tower and the Old City. Also, wish the bathroom was a bit bigger for an apartment that's supposed to accommodate up to 7 adults.
