This hotel was such a great find. The kindest staff, affordable rates, right on the main street of Galata Tower. I came for work and was able to work in their lovely downstairs sitting room.

My only complaint was that they left the windows open in the sitting room to air out the smoke, so that when you come down to have coffee in the morning the sitting room is freezing. Also, my room was on the main street so if I wanted to leave my window open it would be so loud until early in the morning. That said, the windows are super thick, so if you close the windows it is calm and quiet.

The hotel is unique and chic, rooms is spacious and view is exceptional. The staff is really friendly and helpful, the receptionist Egnir was truly amazing, he helped us through out the stay with any essentials we needed, provided some good recommendations/tips and finally arranged for our transportation hassle free. The overall is experience is pleasant and worthy.

No elevator in the property as the building in 150 years old, might be difficult for older people.

The location was spectacular. The view in the King Suite Balcony was exceptional where you can see the Galata, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Sea. Room design and finishing was great too.

The room wasn’t great with soundproof. You could easily hear the noise from the bustling street below.

the property is centrally located a few steps from galata tower. the neighborhood is trendy. the room is very stylish with modern appointments and bath products (l’’occitane). the staff is amazing and takes care of any and every need that you may have. we received great treatment from Ozan, Ant, and Ergin. highly recommend.

the only thing I can say is this property is not disabled friendly (no elevator). not a problem for us, but something to note if you require any walking assistance.

The hotel is exceptionally located, right across from the Galata Tower, in a very beautiful historical neighborhood, full of restaurants, shops, tourist attractions. It's also very near to the famous Istiklal street. The building is beautifully decorated. At the ground floor they have a very nice and cozy coffee shop, with lovely deserts. The staff are absolutely impeccable. They greeted us with welcome drinks, gave useful suggestions and recommendations during our stay, and treated us to a delicious farewell desert. During our stay the staff always inquired about our needs and did their outmost to make us feel welcome. The room was as advertised in the pictures. We were offered an upgrade, but refused, since we didn't feel we needed anything else for our short stay. From our fist floor room we could see the Galata Tower, which was definitely a plus. Cleaning was done daily and all bathroom amenities replaced. The hotel also offered some complementary snacks and water in the room, which was very nice. We would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for first time visitors to Istanbul. Everything important is within walking distance (if you're used to walking a lot), however the hotel is just a few minutes from multiple transport options. The hotel staff were kind enough to store our bags on the last day, as we had an evening flight. All in all, this was a great experience and we would definitely want to return to this hotel if and when we get a chance to visit Istanbul again.

This is not really a minus, however, because of the location, the area is very busy (and sometimes noisy) till later at night. It is to be expected though, considering that the neighborhood is very lively and of great touristic importance. Staying at a quitter location would also require being farther away from what the Galata area has to offer.

We loved our stay at this lovely place! The staff were super friendly, helpful and accommodating!Always giving us tips and advice, and answering any questions, day or night. Their recommendations were always spot on. I loved the look and the feel of the rooms as well as the hotel. Our room was perfect for a family of three and we had everything we needed. Location was fantastic, as we could walk to Istiklal street, around the corner from Galata Tower, and fantastic coffee shops and restaurants. We loved that we were in the Hussle and Bussle of things, as it was our first time in Istanbul. We enjoyed the hotel coffee shop as well as their chill areas. Can totally recommend this hotel, we enjoyed it very much!!!

tiny bathroom room on 4th floor ( no lift) we had to walk all the distance to puck up our car when we left from the parking which was hard with our luggage !!!!!

Superb staff, booked our restaurant reservations for us, gave us free drinks, loads of advice on where to go to eat, booked us taxis and even before arriving helped with advice via whatsapp and calls so we didnt get ripped off by taxis at the airport etc etc. The room was decorated to a very high standard. Amazing. The views from the balcony (we had the suite on the top floor) were sensational

A bit pricey for Turkey - but given that the room was on the front cover of a boutique hotel magazine it was completely expected. Its on a lively street in a lively area and right next to a minaret where the song to prayer is broadcast. I sleep easily but a light sleeper might find those aspects troublesome - but nothing silicone earplugs wont solve :)

Cosy, right next to galata tower which is visible from all the room windows and terrace (more beautiful at night), also very close to istiklal street (Taksim) and yet, very quiet at night. Amazing shower and cosy seating area next to the windows to enjoy the dynamic of this beautiful location with a cup of coffee and dessert from their own coffeeshop. The staff is the most respectable and hospitable of all the hotels i have been in Turkey and Istanbul and i have stayed at a lot of places in Turkey and Istanbul. Would Highly, Highly recommend to everyone! Go and thank me later! P.S. their coffee is amazing, try the carrot cake!

The location of this boutique hotel is amazing. It is in the heart of the Galata district with a lot of sights, restaurants and history all around you. It is very accessible to all the major sightseeing places & a short cab / tram ride to the Sultanahmet area. The restaurant choices for breakfast, lunch & dinner are plenty. A special shout-out to the team manning the front desk at the hotel. They were simply exceptional in their service, attention to our needs and went out of their way to make our short trip enjoyable.

Nothing. I would stay here again on my next trip to Istanbul.
