Location in the heart of Sultan Ahmet at a walking distance from the top attractions; Aia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Ataturk Palace and Celistrine surrounded by restaurants and souvenir shops. Also, staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Hotel provides Fee Hamam for guests which will help you wash the tiresome of standing in lines to access attractions. Bilal at Reception Desk was extremely professional and his manager whom I suppose is the FOM immediately upgraded our room at a discounted rate when we didn't like our booked Economic Backyard view room. I did not like the Reception suggestion for a Bosphorous Dinner Cruise that cost Euro 60 each only to find much cheaper cruises later.

As a girls trip we were nervous about hotels and areas etc but what a Gem. The property is central to all the main attractions. Grand Bazaar, Sofia, spice bazaar, loads of shopping and the access to the tram all literally less than 500m. We discovered this gem by chance and I highly recommend this hotel. Clean and fresh from the reception to the stunning rooms. Very well equipped. The staff are amazing from all round and a special thank you to David and Bilal who made our stay perfect. They spoilt us and since we were celebrating a 50th birthday they went all out to ensure we had cake at midnight coffees etc. They were kind enough to arrange taxis and negotiate when necessary. A wonderful stay with amazing staff.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bently Hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the most comfortable experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked into the beautifully designed lobby, I knew I was in for a treat. The check-in process was seamless, and David at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. His warm demeanor and willingness to assist with every little detail made my stay even more enjoyable. He truly provided exceptional customer service. The room was a perfect blend of modern elegance and cozy warmth. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with plush pillows and high-quality linens that ensured a restful night's sleep. The blackout curtains and the peaceful ambiance made it easy to unwind and fully relax. It truly felt like a personal retreat from the bustling city outside. The bathroom was equally luxurious, equipped with a rain shower and premium toiletries that added to the feeling of indulgence. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the soft bathrobe and slippers waiting for me after a long day. Overall, Bently Hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and service. David’s outstanding hospitality truly made a difference in my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing, luxurious experience with top-notch customer care. Everything was perfect, and I wish we could have stayed longer.

We had an incredible stay in Istanbul, and this hotel went above and beyond our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to explore all the main attractions. The hotel itself has a modern, stylish vibe that instantly makes you feel welcome. The staff were amazing—so friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The entire place was spotless, which made us feel completely at ease. And let’s talk about the bedding—so soft and high-quality that we had some of the best sleep ever! The showers were another highlight—great water pressure and a luxurious feel that we absolutely loved. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options to kick-start the day. And after a long day of sightseeing, the hammam and sauna were the perfect way to unwind.

The location is great, the staff was super polite. The bed and the pillows were great and super comfy too. We arranged the transport from and to the airport through the hotel and it was all great.

The room we got wasn't the same as the one shown in the pictures on booking.com for the room we reserved. It's not that the room was bad - it was fine, but we expected one thing and got something else, e.g. our terrace faced a building wall. Also, there was a constant smell of smoke or cigarettes on our floor. It might have been coming from outside, but it bothered me a bit because of my allergies.

The property has been newly refurbished and it’s very modern. The rooms were immaculate and so was the hotel in general. It’s situated in the perfect location with the main attractions being walking distance. We never used public transport at all during our 5 night stay. We walked to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Top Kapi museum etc. The breakfast options are great. There’s lots of variety and if you’re a breakfast person, you will not be disappointed. The staff were brilliant. A special mention to Dawood at the reception and Zakariya in the dining room. I wouldn’t look at any other hotels besides Bentley hotel. It’s nothing but perfect.

Exceptional hotel, great location. Located on the main high street leading towards either of the two mosques. Roughly a 5 minute walk to hagia sophia and 5/6 minutes to the blue mosque. Easy access to all major food places on the high street which made the experience so much better. The staff were so polite and would greet upon arrival and exit to make sure we were satisfied with everything. The response time from the reception for any requests was outstanding, much better than any other hotel I’ve stayed in. There are hotels closer to the mosques but this hotel in specific has access to the road used by cars and taxi’s which I only found out after a Day or two. Hotels without access to cars and taxi’s can cause an issue due to luggage transportation, that’s why it was even better for us staying here. Would definitely recommend!

Excellent location - with a close walk to the blue mosque, aya sofia, grand bazaar etc. modern property, with good furnishings. Staff were very friendly, with a special mention to Mohamed who was so kind and tried to help us to the best of his abilities.

No gym yet the website mentions it- they said since the hotel is new it was not ready. This was very disappointing for me. Room was tiny and you can hardly move around in it. Aircon blew out hot air and they said it was central heating and could not do anything about it and to keep my balcony door open but since you’re in a busy area it is too noisy to do this. Didn’t get sleep for 3 nights which is a bit disappointing if you’re going to relax and have been to Istanbul many times before, and used to a certain standard from the 5 star hotels

The modern feel of this hotel was pleasantly surprising. This was an exceptionally clean and convenient hotel in a busy part of Istanbul. Shopping and restaurants are just a couple minutes' walk from the front door. The hotel staff goes out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They will take time to give you recommendations and some sights to see within walking distance. Public transportation is a short walk away. The room was very quiet at night and the black-out curtains helped with getting a good night's sleep. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean with various toiletries in case you forgot something. We appreciate the complimentary water and coffee/tea. We truly enjoyed our stay.
