We loved staying there my wife and I. Place is clean, people are extremely nice and attentive, and the location is very nice. The one issue we had is the noise coming from the shisha bar next to us. They had loud music all night… so that was annoying. Some rooms are smaller than other. So if you’re staying for a while, book the bigger room:) Breakfast was decent, could be better. But the options were alright Shout out to my man Ali, he was a great host and worker there.

I've been in Istanbul for several times, the staff in this hotel are the nicest I've met. Always smiling (rare scene in Istanbul) and very helpful. I've spent 9 nights in total in Edibe Sultan with 0 complain. The cleaning is so good and the location is perfect. I highly recommend.

Maybe a little bit more attention to maintenance in the room (broken items mostly decorations) but there is nothing that will ruin your stay. The thing that I didn't like is the breakfast, maybe if the invest more into more occidental choices and better coffee machine. Also in the TV, only Turkish channels are working which is a bad thing. Other channels are existing but not working.

The staff were friendly and attentive from kitchen staff to cleaning staff who say good morning when they see you. We especially liked Seyfettin who was always smiling and energetic! The breakfast was a nice variety of items with different salads some days or different breads. Rooms were cleans and had good wardrobe space. The hotel has nice decor and the lobby area is lovely. Location is very good and is a 5 minute walk to Sultanahmet Square and right next to the tram. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The bathroom could have done with a bit of regrouting just to freshen it up but it was clean so it wasn't a big issue.

Great Location, absolutely brilliant and customer oriented staff. Clean place, descent breakfast and no sign of any odor. You have 110% support from the hotel staff for anything you ask including tram tickets and travel guides. There are many shops and restaurants in surrounding area. Hotel is 3 mins walk from Sultan Ahmet Tram station that will take you to any place without traffic

Published photos are misleading, rooms are much smaller compare to photos. Rooms are clean, but not well maintained. Lights and fittings in bathrooms are broken, hotel "free" wi-fi is terrible. If you have a heavy luggage be prepared to walk 50-60 mtrs, because taxi (most probably) will not be able to park next to the entrance.

The staff are amazing and welcoming. I requested a room with a balcony and they gave me one. Great value for money. Amazing location, right in the center of downtown. Well connected with public transport. The breakfast was pretty good. Comfy beds. Clean rooms. Quiet location.

This has nothing to do with the hotel, but there was construction going on right next to the hotel. We couldn't hear anything inside the rooms though. Satellite TV is limited in the number of unlocked channels so we listened to the radio mostly. For example, popular international channels are locked. The kitchen could offer more breakfast options but overall not too bad.

I highly recommend Edibe Sultan Hotel! It's a charming, compact hotel just a 5-minute stroll from Aya Sophia and the Blue Mosque in Sultanahmet. With a tram station a minute away and numerous shops nearby, its location is ideal. The hotel exudes warmth, cleanliness, and an overall pleasant atmosphere. Don't miss out on the breakfast. For those looking for value for money, this is a top choice.

While the absence of an iron in my room was a drawback, the hotel did offer a dedicated ironing room downstairs. It would have been more convenient to have one in the room, but the provided facility served its purpose.

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Because where it is located is great. It is so close to many atracctive places such us SultanAhmet and Aya Sofiya Mosques, to Topkapi Palace, to Yetebatan Sarnici, Gulhane Park and Kapali Carci (Grand Bazaar). To all of these could go only by walking. The beds in room are comfortable, after tiring day. All hotel staff were very polite and always ready to help. Especially the breakfast waiters were well. I wish the size of a shower and size of the room would be bigger. But it was okay.

The hotel have a really nice location, close to the main attractions and the staff is nice, we had a misunderstanding regarding the room I booked but in the end it was solved.

When I arrived there it was 7 in the morning and I requested my booking dates to be changed with 1 day, and also I received a confirmation for their acceptance that they will welcome me in that dates there, but they told me that I should have confirmed on the website again my request which didn’t make any sense as I was the one requesting. Anyway in the end we slept in a smaller room that I booked for few hours because I was too tired to try to change it at that hour, and later on in the afternoon I requested my booked room for which the guy from reception initially told me it’s impossible because they are full, but in the end after some talks we convinced him to give us the requested room, weird for me but in the end it was ok as I got what I paid for.

The staff is the most helpful staff I’ve ever had at a hotel, Ali and Ahmet, thank you so much. A special thank you to Ahmet for bearing with all my deliveries(which were a lot . Truly the staff here are the best. The facilities are very clean, the room is cleaned daily, and they do a very detailed job on a daily basis. The location is excellent - 2 minute walk to t1 sultanahmet tramway! Overall, excellent value and would highly recommend.

The hotel itself and the furniture are quite dated (hence the smaller rooms and showers) but when it comes to value, it is very reasonable!
