Great location in the old city within walking distance to mosques and museums .Good breakfast and friendly staff .Room was comfortable with a balcony and nice view .Front office staff were helpful with directions and excursions .

Nothing of note but restaurant was not occupied for dinners as they don't serve alcohol .

Fantastic hotel which is in a brilliant location, only 5 minutes walk from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Around 15 minutes walk to the Grand Bazaar. Although it is very central it is off the main street and so not too noisy. We paid extra for a room with a view of the Bosphorus and it was amazing, looking straight across to the Blue Mosque. The room was long rather than wide but was very nice being decorated in a Turkish style. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast food was nice enough, nothing amazing, but it was a buffet so you could get what you wanted from hot and cold choices. The breakfast is served in the rooftop restaurant which also has a nice terrace and great views. I would definitely stay again.

Our room was a bit noisy first thing in the morning because it was underneath the restaurant where breakfast was served, however it wasn't too much of an issue.

I booked 3 rooms for 6 people for 3 days. We got upgraded by Booking.com. The staff were AMAZING. From the moment we arrived, everyone (hotel manager, receptionist and another staff) came and helped us with our 4 medium luggages, 2 small ones + other stuff. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU. Your smiles and services were priceless. My aunt celebrated her 70th birthday on the 2nd day and everyone at the breakfast room helped me to out up a little decoration at our breakfast table. They even gave us a complimentary famous turkish coffee. The view from the breakfast floor was BEAUTIFUL. You can see Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Bosphorus and the surroundings. If you like photography, this is a treat. Rooms were always spotless clean, Wifi was strong and smooth, breakfast was always delicious and lots of variation. Location - soooo easy to go everywhere. I brought my 74 yo mom and 70 yo aunt, they can easily walk to Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi palace and Gulhane Park. When we left, my mom left her mobile phone. They kept our belonging until we're back to pick them up. We'll be back for sure! :)

The hotel is clean and in a quite area. The location is the best with it being 2min walk from the main attractions. Everything is walking distance .did not have to use the tram at all. the restaurant at the top where we have breakfast has an amazing view of the Blue Mosque, Sophia Hague and the city.

The breakfast is very poor..you get tea coffee no juice no toast very basic bread cheese boiled eggs. we ate out most mornings and the evening restaurant food was very basic too but very pricey compared to eating outside. The lighting in the rooms are very dim and only one plug point in the room.

Htel is located very near the tram.bluemosque,haiga sofia and topkapi grandbazar and port is walking distance . ROOM : Was excellent big, clean & airy with a view of blue mosque. only complaint is though we were on a no smoking floor very early morning our room was filled with cigaret smoke ang smell. did complaint to the front desk . breakfast was amaizing with plenty of choice andthe early morning view across the marmara sea was enchanting ADNAN ON THE FRONT DESK WAS EXCEPTIONALLY HELPFUL AND POLITE . DIRECTING US TO BEST RESTAUARANTS ,AND HIDDEN SITES THAT WE WERE UNAWARE OF AND GIVEN US FREE COFFEE AND TEA WHEN WE GOT BACK TO THE HOTEL TIRED AND WEARY.

As mentioned before the no smoking policy doesn't work . Every early morning were woken up by the cigrate smoke drifting into our room . tjough we were on nonsmking floor!

Amazing location, just at the heart of Istambul and few minutes walk to the SultanAhmed place. We had a great view of the Sultan Ahmed Mosque (Blue Mosque) and the Aythan Sophia mosque. Plenty of restaurants, shops and place to visit from there. The morning breakfast buffet was just a festin in itself. The Staff was very helpful from the hotel front door ( Mr Adnan particulary) to the restaurant helpded us for everything we needed.

We had to pay to get fresh pressed orange juice (150 TL). Air conditionning could be a little bit more powerful.

The location was perfect and within easy walking distance of all major sites in Sultanahmet area and the Tram system. The room has balcony overlooking the city and the beautiful Hagia Sophia. The restaurant and breakfast area overlooks The Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. I couldn't have asked for a better dining view. The buffet breakfast was great and the staff attentive. The front end staff was friendly.

We had arranged a shuttle service with this hotel from the airport to the hotel but the shuttle service did not have our names of their list. We called the hotel from the airport and they assured us we were on the list, but the shuttle people refused to take us after an hour of us waiting around. We had to take a taxi, which was very stressful. We had never been to Türkiye and did not know the language- which is why we had set up the shuttle. We never did get an answer what happened.

We stayed at three different hotels during our two week vacation in Istanbul. This hotel definitely offered the best view of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. We were able to take some great photos from the terrace during our meals. Many of the main tourist attractions are walking distance away and so is the tram stop which is a great way to travel in Istanbul. The staff members were helpful, friendly and got us a taxi when it was time to leave. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Istanbul.

The rooms were a bit small, but I appreciated the walk-in shower.

proximity to principal venues of historical interest. ayasophia, bluemosque, basilica cisterna, are all within 10mins walk from the hotel. As is the Sultanahmet Tram station. Very Helpful staff. clear instructions on how to get and use Istanbul travel card. only one card required for a family of 4. touch and enter to tram Station. can be used on buses, boat etc Plenty of eateries, which remain open till late. Breakfast served on the 6 floor terrace. you can immerse yourself in the view of Bosphorus strait , view of the mosques and history of Istanbul.

Great location: very central in the Old Town with very short walking distance to all major sights. At the same time very quiet at a small square. Only a few minutes from the tram stop which is the best way to enter and exit the old town when you are exploring other areas of the city. And a tremendous review from the roof terrace. Perfect location!

The hotel has an amazing restaurant with roof terrace on the top floor. It would be great if there would be a bit wider offering to spend time there. E.g. afternoon tea and pastries, pre-dinner drinks, wider dinner selection. Also, a change in furnishing and design might make it a bit more inviting.
