The staff were amazing and ready to help and assist 24/7. Breakfast every day looking out to the sparkling Bosphorus was OK. Beds comfortable. Traffic was horrendous when we were due to leave for the airport so three of the staff helped carry our bags two blocks to catch a cab outside the blocked area. Service plus!!!

We stayed seven nights but had to ask for more towels as the 31 degree days dictate two showers per day.

This location is perfect! Staff are incredible, room is spacious, breakfast was good. Would definitely recommend if you’re staying in the city.

Blankets were small and a little uncomfortable, ours didn’t fit across the bed. In the end we asked for a second and it was better. Would have preferred a top sheet or a light duvet instead.

Very strategic location, close by the main attractions of Istanbul. good selection of tasty breakfast. well maintained facilities. friendly and accommodating hotel management

because of the small building, sometimes you can hear the sound from the hall or your room neighbor. it is what it is considering it’s location

Great location and staff. The accomodation is very clean and they offer a nice food variety for breakfast.

The view from our room was at another wall that was very close, so there was practically no daylight at all. It would've been nice they mentioned that prior the booking.

Clean and comfortable everywhere. Nice breakfast and Staff very helpful. Perfect location close to main road , metro shops and restaurants. I definitely recommend.

Just a little bit noisy road.

Location was great. Just a short walk to everything including tram, Hagia Sofia and Sultan Ahmet. Everything was easily accessible. Room was great. Though a bit tight for 2 adults, but nevertheless it was somewhat comfy. Staff was great. They answered all our questions and was kind enough to move us to larger room (lucky it was available). Complimentary Chai or Coffee at any moment was a great gesture.

Breakfast could use some improvements with more fresh ingredients. most items were little travel packets (jam, butter, cold meats, etc.). Flat rate airport service for 50 Euros is a bit of a stretch, but had to do it as flight time was early morning.

- Restaurants next to the hotel on the same street are tourist traps, will try and get money from anywhere they can and adding things to the bill, including a 25% service charge. Also expensive for what you get. Not the hotels fault, just worth mentioning

The location of the hotel is perfect it’s just 1 min walking distance from sultanahmedt tram station. The metro station is 10 min far way we used to walk there it’s really close. The location is in fatih just around 6 min to ayasofia cami and from there you can reach almost all the attraction sites in Istanbul. The stuff are so friendly and very welcoming when we first check in our had a bad view but the manager changed the room immediately for us when we complained. The hotel in general is so clean once you order room cleaning service they will clean it as if you just checked in. Like what has been written in other reviews the rooms are so small and they serve the same breakfast every single day ( that was not a big issue for me)

Friendly staff ,the location is so perfect !! ,and the public transportation is too near to our location ! , which is so great to us .

Very small rooms, they should do some updates like new refrigerator (ours wasn’t work properly) ,shower head ( it collapsed every time after we finish), the cleaning staff was amazing ,however, they didn’t change the blankets except upon our request , breakfast variety limited and repeatedly the same , our room had a window to the bathroom which is not as opaque, they should cover it to maintain the privacy, which is so annoying!
