Perfect location bang in the middle of the old city. Major sites round the corner, and there's even an attraction just outside the hotel ("Cistern of Theodosius" - with a light show). Lobby area is spacious and updated. Check in experience was good, with informative introduction to the city and provision of options. Complimentary big bottle of water in the room. Mini-bar also with reasonable prices. We had a twin room, and the hotel offered an additional small bed for a child. Good value for the price paid. There is a terrace at the top with a bit of a view, but there was nobody there when we went. It was too hot a day for anyone to be there but there are chairs and tables. Spa area has showers and changing room with lockers, so it is secure.

The room is a little bit dated. The breakfast was not to our liking - appeared to be a lot of choices but not quite the quality. Could not really eat much of what was on offering. Pool was cold and is small if you actually wanted to really swim. The hamam, steam room and sauna were not heated at the time we went down, and i suppose if we had asked at reception, someone would eventually come to turn on. However, I would have expected these to be on so that guests don't need to waste time or come back later to use something that should be permanently on. The overall spa area on the lower ground floor was unattended, so we couldn't ask for help.

The rooms are ver small… but this could be a general observation in most of the hotels in this location !!

Nice hotel with good location, close to the old town centre. Near the hotel there are good and cheap restaurants and even two supermarkets. Our room was cleaned every day. We have got bottled water frequently. Thank you SEHTI! She was an excellent host on our floor. The guys at the front desk were very nice and helpful, many thanks to them too.

Our nicely decorated room was a bit cramped. There's not really room for a second suitcase. If we were to lie down in bed, there's no room for the decorative pillows and bedspread. These are only minor complaints. We had a really good time here!

The location is very convenient just walking distance from Gran Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosquee, Bosphoro, among others. The room was good and the bed comfy, cleanness also good. The breakfast was amazing, really rich on options and quality. The staff was overall really kind and helpful. The spa facilities (except the gym, which has a broken bike and not affordable apparels) like sauna, (small) pool and Turkish bath were amazing and over my expectations. At least it was nice not to have those facilities full of people (november - off season).

The indoor pool could be (much more) warmer specially in the winter and 1 employee specifically was really rude asking me to bring the hotel umbrellas back in 2 hours since other guests should use them. I was with my kid leaving the reception to explore Istambul on a rainy day, so who this employee could suggest me to bring the umbrellas back in 2 hours? And this same person sounded "passive-aggressive" with me in another situations as well.

A small comfy hotel, very close to the big attractions in Istanbul. Less then 5 min. walk to the mosques or grand bazar. Located on a quite road and close to MC Donalds and Burger King which is good when traveling with kids plus other local food places and cafes. The hotel has a pool and Turkish bath incl. for free. Breakfast was also incl.

The breakfast became very boring with the same items everyday. No daily specialty or changes. It says on the hotel webpage that spa, pool, massage and Turkish bath are incl. in the stay which is half true. The areas are there but they dont offer any arrangement so its not true what they write. Pool is not for small kids and should be more visible that the water is deep. Many parents did not check the depth and kids were close to jumping in if not stopped by my family.

The location is outstanding being within walking distance to all the historic points of interest - Blue Mosque, Hippodrome, Top Kapi, Hagia Sofia, Grand Bazaar, Spice Markets - to name a few. Our room was small but comfortable with good wifi. The breakfast is served from 7 a.m. to 10:30 which is perfect. A huge choice at breakfast from savoury foods to cereal, eggs, meats, cheese, a complete range of breads and lots of fresh fruit, stewed fruit and dried fruit. Juice, coffee and tea provided. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool, sauna, hammam spa and exercise room downstairs.

To be honest I didn't expect the hotel will be this amazing as some of the reviews put me off but due to price I kept my bookings But after reaching and welcomed by staff I felt over whelmed Definitely recommend many friends and probably visit again soon Best part was swimming pool, hammam, hot bath and sauna all these were cherry on top

Only comment is , their relationship manager, Ferda need some training how to welcome people She is on a very crucial role but get favourite word most of the time is "NO" which was very uncomfortable sometimes. I had to escalate this with hotel management and I hope she can understand the importance of her role. We would have booked all our tours through her but due to unwelcoming behaviour we always decided to talk to someone else in the same hotel which was really funny.... Apart from this hotel is a gem

Breakfast was limited. The pool was cold but refreshing after a day round the city. The location was superb, really close to everything. We really enjoyed the roof terrace, and the staff were really helpful.

We would have liked more options for breakfast.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right at the heart of the old city, on a quite street away from the noise yet just around the corner 5 min from the top attentions like Sultanahmet mosque and Hagia Sophia mosque. Also 10 mins from Grand Bazaar Kapali Carsi. The tram stop is 2 mins walk and from there 4 stops to Galata. The rooms are a bit old fashioned but clean and beds are comfortable - what more do you need if you have been out all day long - a shower and a comfy bed! The spa is a bonus, they have sauna, hammam, steam room and a small but warm pool, where my children were playing and I was relaxing my tired feet. Staff were friendly.

Breakfast - poor selection and things like salads, lentil soup, were served, not enough fruits and meat options, but I usually skip breakfast so not a problem and you can always buy something on the go. The bar was not working. Terrace can be converted to a shisha bar and serve tea, coffee, drinks.

The hotel is at a great location and very central with lots of sights within walking distance. They offer lots of good tours and friendly staff.

The rooms were quite small and not soundproof. We could hear doors opening and closing in the room beside us.
