basically the room is comfortable, clean, quiet, but it's a shame the bed isn't comfortable because the springs seem to be broken. so it's a bit sideways. lucky I sleep alone if the two of us might be able to fight with my friend. yes maybe it's better to replace the bed with a new one. And happily, my room was upgraded...

the bed should be replaced with a new one. the location of the hotel is on an incline and the road to the hotel is ugly. very tired to push the suitcase when checking in. I finally called a taxi when I checked out

The staff was extremely helpful and nice. We got a room upgrade for free. Location is excellent.

There are cheaper rooms without windows, just pay attention when booking so you dont get surprised like us.

Specially I like that receptionist guy he is from Syria and he is very coprate room was well cleaned and services is good

It's very near to museum and masque and also many visiting place is near of hotel and the food market is also near even you can easily go to ashian hotels it's very near pakistan and Bangladeshi food and Indian restaurants For transport it's very easy near train station taxi stands

I really enjoyed to stay there! the room was nice and clean! is located just in centre of istanbul !!specially the staff was very helpful for everything and really wonderful Staff! I really recommend it ♥️♥️♥️

The room is quite comfortable and very clean. There is even a kettle and some teabags - a very nice little detail. The hotel is a bit far from the tram stop and the underground station, but the area looks quite safe even late in the evening.

The hotel is very close to the tram station, which is a good thing. The neighbourhood, though, was quite dirty. The staff were very flexible, helping and ready to listen.

The first room that we were given was partly underground, with only one window - to the hall. when we kindly asked for another room, they offered us one (thanks God it was available). Still - it was small, but there was a window! (Which is cool). that window had the direct view to the building next to the hotel.

Staff very kind and helpful, as well as a clean hotel room with hot water and a comfortable bed. Very good price/quality in the area.

There was an unfortunate water leak in the kitchen during my stay and it was not marked in any way by the staff, so when I came with a backpack and when I put it on the floor, it got wet from the water on the floor, messing up a few things inside it. Also, to go to tramvay and any other city center places you have to walk a bit uphill. I'm comfortable with that, but it might be difficult to some people.

The staff from the reception was super helpful. They took our bags to the room and helped us to get a taxi to the airport. The new building has all the amenities that you need, and the breakfast was ok for the price… don’t expect an American buffet you are in Istanbul so it is a Turkish breakfast. They provided coffee, tea an water for free at the reception. It has a great location, close to the main attractions.

We've been disapointed about what they said or announced available and didn't worked. No laundry service on the site. We asked for shutttle from airport as anounced and it wasn't there. Finaly asked for a taxi for our leaving morning, said no worries but still, wasn't there.

I like the helping staff. Very kind and helped us in every possible way. The room was neat and clean and the hotel is in a very good location. It's an amazing place to stay and very close to blue mosque,haghia Sophia and other tourist spots and markets

The night we reached for checkin we were shifted to another hotel which was not professional. If there is a booking then there should be arrangements made accordingly in the same hotel. It was a little scary as we reached at midnight and found that there are no rooms and that we will have to stay in some other hotel. I chose this because of the rating how can I be comfortable without even knowing about the other hotel.
