They gave us the family suite at the ground floor but not in the same hotel building. We booked the two budget rooms.

Breakfast was average. The same menu every day. They don't serve the drinking water in the room. You have to buy the water from outside. They also don't do the room cleaning every day.

Breakfast was OK could have offered fried food such as fried egg sausage, but very happy with the usual. The location was very good within walking distance of the a lot of the attractions. Overall great would recommend for sure.

Not much to dislike really everything was OK, had to keep asking for toilet paper but they gave us a big roll in the end.

when we first arrived, there was no room for us , even we booked the hotel and warned about our late arrival. in the end, reception guy asked us to accommodate in another hotel nearby, but this hotel was awful in terms of conditions and facilities.

we face problems in the bathroom, with no muslim shower. and paper sleeper was slipy. and plates, glass and spoons.

The location of the hotel was a walking distance to everything we needed to see, only 5 minutes walk to the Tran station. The staff behaviour was very good, they had a very good customer service, they booked us taxi to the airport, the Gentleman Burhan he was good he offered to take our suitcase down into the taxi. The breakfast was amazing and tasty the lady was preparing the breakfast was very helpful and hard working. Great place to stay

The breakfast is the worst

Rooms were very clear and tidy. Air conditioning was a huge advantage and it worked flawlessly! The beds are large and have very comfortable mattresses. I had a balcony overlooking the sea - an evening with a glass of wine with such a view is s pleasure ;) There is a TV in the room where you can even log into Netflix! There is also a fridge and an electric kettle. All equipment is in very good condition, practically new. There is an elevator in the hotel so access to the rooms isn't a problem. Staff very helpful, they speak English very well which is rare in Turkey. When we arrived, they told us what to see in the area, where to eat and we got a map with marked tourist attractions. The hotel has free WiFi and internet coverage in our rooms was very good. Also at the hotel, for a fee, you can rent a mobile WiFi router with which you can walk around the city and have access to the internet (we used it and it worked fine). The location of the hotel is really, really good!! We visted a lot of places on foot from the hotel, but if we needed to go further, there is a tram stop nearby.

The staff very helpful. My flight was delayed and he was there waiting untill I arrived. All transport has been arranged accordingly as I have informed them my flight delayed. Location wise only 6 min easy walk to Sultanahmet. 6 min walk to nearest tram. 4 min walk to various cafe & restaurant.

Location is great, 10' to Kapali Carsi going uphill, 10'-12' to Blue Mosque-Haghia Sophia. Plenty of restaurants in the area, mini-markets and 4 supermarkets. Clean rooms, room got cleaned and tidied daily. Very nice breakfast served as a buffet, a variety of cooked vegetables and meats, omelettes, cheeses and cold meats.

WiFi signal was erratic on the last floor. If I could make a suggestion for the breakfast, you might want to add a couple of fruits to your generous buffet.
