Breakfast was very good couldn’t ask for more. Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay and even after checkout the staff were very accommodating to our needs breakfast and staff definitely 11 out of 10. The room was clean and comfortable location was close to everything we wanted walking distance not to far from what we wanted. I can’t expect five star comforts from a three star hotel. If you want a romantic getaway go to a five star hotel if you want to relax and go for the sites and see history then I can recommend seven days hotel.

I was expecting a better view from what the pictures showed but what you pay for is what you get. But the picture should not only show their best room they should show the average room as well so you don’t go in with high expectations and be disappointed later when you don’t get a room with a view.

The team was super friendly and helpful! Always keen to help out with any requests we had. Gave good advice on how to get around istanbul, and overall was a nice hotel for its value. The location was superb! Only a few minutes walk away from the Blue Mosque, the Grand Bazaar, and tram stations.

Couldn't individually control each lighting in the room, which wasn't that great when needing low lighting (all functioned with one button)

the location was excellent for walking to many important places to see, as well as visiting nearby ethnic neighborhoods. the sea view was amazing and aside from very loud daily prayers, it was extremely quiet outside.

my room had a few maintenance defects…holes in one door and and the terrace door was very difficult to lock. also, soundproofing between rooms was not adequate.

Really good variety of breakfast things to satisfy variety of taste. Staff were super friendly and super helpful. Information provisions were superb. Staff e.g. Borhan and Ali and others all, were very helpful and professional.

It is really amazing and tiny hotel. I’ve booked the budget room and it was a real pleasure to get it upgraded on arrival just overlooking the Marmara sea, so I’ll feel much comfortable as I were traveling alone. The location is perfect, tram and the main touristic square Sultanahmet is 3-5 min walk. There is a small market just down the hotel what is really convenient. The staff is very helpful and polite, ready to assist you any time. The room view is spectacular any hour of the day and night, you may even feed seagulls from your balcony what feels like a part of entertainment in Istanbul. Grand Bazar 6 min walk. That was my second time in Istanbul and it was the best choice I’ve did to book this amazing property. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it, cos the price and quality definitely matches. no english channels on TV, no news etc

Having travelled to 70+ counties I can say that everything was good. Basic value for low money. I don’t understand the bad reviews here. Maybe we were just lucky. The room was normal, the bathroom had hot water, there was the AC, kettle.. everything works. Most of the days we were outside anyway. Towels and sheets were clean. There is a small grocery in front, so if you want to grab some fruits or water it’s perfect. About 15min walk to the train. Everything within walking distance.

We were tired after the flight and we were hoping to check-in early, but it was full so it wasn’t possible. Not a big problem. Could be cleaner, there was a lost of dust. You need to climb 40% steep road to get here so take that in mind.

The room was not like in the pictures shown but was pretty decent, with a stunning beautiful view of the sea. We were in the room 502 on the 3rd floor. The room was really spacious as well with few sofas and a small fridge

On the sofa there were some ants, so they could improve a bit the housekeeping. A part of this was all good

I had an amazing experience at this centrally located hotel! Perfect for those who love shopping and exploring the vibrant bazaar and mahmut pasa . The cleanliness is top, and the staff's kindness and helpfulness made our stay delightful. Just so you know A taxi ride to Taksim cost 15- 20 € after negotiation . We'll definitely be back without hesitation!

Great location, room cleaning and host attention. I would definitely recommend this place to stay in and I would be back.
