Decent hotel located in the heart of Istanbul, with terrace next to the sea, where nice breakfast is served - fruits, eggs, good choice of cheese, local sweets and good coffee. Rooms are spacy amd modernly decorated. Hotel team is very supporting - whatever you need they are there to support - city guidance, printing the boarding pass or selection of a room with a better view, negotiations/fights with taxi driver (taxi drivers got crazy in Istanbul - you pay by taxi meter and they request certain highway fee in addition which doesn't exist in fact - especially to and from the airport, for city taxi services bi.taksi application is good it shows average price for the trip in advance). Area is central - most of sightseeing places close by, a couple of Michelin restaurants in walking distance - for ex. - Metbah, a very interesting and delicious experience, i was there for late dinner, they found a table without preliminary booking from my side - dinner with wine, dessert, main course costed me around 60EUR.

Staffs were very helpful and kind. My room had problem with AC at 2 AM, but the staff can fix it immediately (thank you very much again). The breakfast was also delicious and delightful. If I have opportunity to come back to Istanbul again, I'll choose this hotel again for sure.

The walls and roof are not soundproof.

Istanbul was the final point of our family long car traveling. We booked the hotel before the arrival. I can point out only “pluses” of Catch hotel because none of “cons” were identified. - payment: it was necessary to pay accommodation by card according to the booking rules. It was more convenient to use cash for me. The hotel agreed to change the payment terms and that was really nice jester of them. - early arrival and check in: as we were travelling by cay it wasn’t easier to predict certain time of our arrival. We realised that we were going to arrive early in the morning after successful and very fast crossing the boarder with Turkey. The Catch hotel team kind suggested is to have a breakfast in the hotel without any extra charge and made everything possible to organised an early check in for our family. It was very kindhearted because we were very tied after the long journey. - location is just perfect. It takes less than 5 minutes to take to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace from the hotel. At the same time you have a breathtaking view on Bosphorus during having a breakfast. - free parking: it is priceless to find a free and safe parking place in the centre is Istanbul. We had one in the Catch Hotel:) - There are very soft mattresses, gentle pillows, giving hugs blankets that helped us to recover after the long trip. To make my long story short I can definitely recommend the Catch Hotel for your rest in Istanbul:)

I usually don't write reviews but considering my stay was great id like to write one. Location: Great. Not only is it on a walking distance from all the attractions, its also on the main road. I personally prefer that because it feels even safer. Staff: Extremely kind, nice and professional Staff members Rasul, Metehan, Nazim, Aysen and Ali çan helped me with lots of things . (I hope I've written their names correctly)😬 They helped me literally with anything i asked for, were genuinely helpful and gave me the best options (including diff boat trips etc) unlike other places that just wants to rip you off. Wifi: Great speed Ambiance: Super nice and cozy. I absolutely loved the room that i stayed at. Breakfast: Really really good with a great view (sea view). Also the breakfast menu changes daily, so you wont be eating the same thing every day. Safety: I felt very safe and comfortable during my stay at the hotel

Fantastic boutique hotel in a great location. Very easy to get to tourist sites, but just far enough away that it’s super quiet and feels like somewhere you can escape the madness and noise of Istanbul! The rooms are very, very nice and the beds extremely comfortable. Excellent bathrooms too, great shower. Staff are excellent too - knowledgeable, kind, always helpful. Breakfast was very easy (buffet, you just help yourself to everything) and the options varied.

The only minor negative is that I think the rooms are a tiny bit small for the price, but everything else being so good makes up for it.

I loved the ambience at Catch. Once you enter the hotel, it smells so good and you can tell the hotel went out of its way to ensure it smells so good. I spent 8 nights and the breakfast every day was absolutely amazing with variety each day. It was never dull. When you ask Catch not to clean your room, they leave a tote bag with toilet paper, conditioner and shampoo because they know you might have run out. It is very thoughtful of them. The staff is accommodating and will go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable. The bathroom has heated floors and that comes in handy in the winter or if your feet are too cold. Ultimately, Catch is a five-star hotel masquerading as a four-star hotel. I will recommend Catch to anyone and I am definitely staying here the next time I am in Istanbul.

I wish there is a swimming pool.

set in a beautiful, quiet street. close to shops and restaurants and walking distance to all the attractions. we booked the penthouse suite which was so lovely. very comfortable bed and room. modern bathrooms with a great rain shower, loved the toiletries. the hotel is boutique style, not conventional but it was perfect for us as we wanted a quiet break away from home. staff were friendly and wanted to help with all our needs.

Getting a taxi was sometimes difficult. No room service. Rooms are a bit small but we booked the penthouse room so had enough space because of the small lounge area and second bathroom.

it’s really nice place and clean, the view of the sea at breakfast is one of a kind, the staff is really helpful and professional. thanks to Yusuf that helped me to find my lost phone in a random taxi that dropped us off. they are all great!

I just hope there was a close stores and activities.. other than that everything great

Honestly I loved everything about the hotel. Boutique hotel with amazing style where you experience unique service, extremely helpful friendly staff. Location is perfect and 10 minutes walk to the center of old city. Comfortable beds and delicious turkish open buffet breakfast.

My family and I travelled to Istanbul recently and we were pleased to see that Catch Hotel was everything it was advertised to be. Even before officially booking, the hotel was responsive to our many many questions. They also helped us organize multiple airport transfers at a great price. The hotel itself is built uniquely. There are eight blocks/sections with each block housing a few rooms. Overall, the hotel environment and rooms were very clean, the service was accommodating, staff were friendly and always ready to help, and the included breakfast was delicious, with so many options to choose from! The restaurant area also has a terrace with a beautiful view of the Maramara Sea. Unfortunately, it was quite rainy during our stay, but I imagine it's a great option for the spring and summer. The hotel is actually a walkable distance from many of the major tourist sites, like Blue Mosque, Ayasofya, and Topkapi Palace (10-25 mins). It's also a walkable distance from the Sultanahmet tram stop, which was helpful when we needed to go to places that were further away. Thank you to everyone at Catch for hosting us and contributing to a great trip to Istanbul! If/when we return to Istanbul, we would definitely stay here again. I would also highly recommend it to anyone who is planning a trip to Istanbul.

It's worth keeping in mind that there are no elevators, making rooms on the upper level difficult or tiring to access for some guests. However, this isn't rare in Istanbul hotels, and we already knew this before we got there. Just think about that when selecting your room type.
