Absolutely love staying here. I stay here each time I come to Turkey, it’s my second time here. The front desk team are super helpful and are always available at any time of the day or night. They gave me the cheapest places to shop and the best recommendation of how to steer clear of scammers at restaurants and taxis. I really enjoyed my stay at this central quiet location. It’s close to all the activities and far away enough to give you a quiet night sleep. Can’t wait to come back.

I sleep with the window open to get fresh air at night and sometimes the residents would smoke outside and all the smoke smell would come into my room. But other than that I don’t have any complaints about this location.

Beds were comfortable, staff were amazing! great hospitality and very helpful. gave us free bottles of water and rooms were always clean.

the hotel itself has a lot of stairs to certain rooms. we were put in different parts of the hotel to accommodate our room requirements. location is in a different part of the city you have to walk over a big bridge to get to the other side. Not suitable for those in a wheelchair or poor on there feet.

Breakfast wasn't included and served rather late (08:30), but the staff was very helpful, the initially booked Standard room upgraded to Suite and the luggage kept free of charge for several days.

Breakfast Opening Hours. Situation a bit withdraw in streets that seem slightly insecure after dark. No late night restaurant strolls!

We stayed at this hotel for a week in February and got very fortunate with the weather as many of our days were filled with sunshine. The hotel is situated in a great spot with local corner shops near by (approx a 2 min walk away) that provide all the essentials like snacks and souvenirs. The mosques in the area have beautiful architecture and history and there are bazaars close by that are a must-visit experience. The sea is close by and it’s very affordable to book a boat journey and see the beautiful views of Istanbul from the water. The best thing about Istanbul is all the cats that walk around the streets, there are so many of them and we loved that they were all friendly. There was great hospitality, the staff (Sayid & Zaki) were very friendly with their welcome and even upgraded our stay to the balcony room with a sea view. The room itself was spacious, with a fridge, clean bedding, free Wi-Fi and great storage spaces. Overall, we loved our stay at this hotel and would recommend it to others. If we were to come back to Istanbul, we would love to stay at this hotel again 🙂😄😃

We loved everything, just be aware that there will be stairs to climb if you are elderly, however this wasn’t a problem for us.

I liked that location very much - close to the historical center. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Beds are also very comfortable. Non-economy rooms are very stylish and with high quality furniture. If there is availability, you can park free of charge on the streets close to the hotel.

Economy rooms are in the basement and preparations for breakfast is also in the basement and it becomes noisy, so you will be awake at 6 in the morning. Because of this fact, I give score of 9.

The emplyees were very helpful and they recommended a lot of useful things. Many thanks to Sayed who arranged the transfer from and to the airport and booked us a cruise. We also had a lot of chat with Sayed on cultural and religious subjects from Turkey. Also, we arrived at the hotel around 1 am hungry and tired. Sayed went with us at a close restsurant and convinced them to keep it open for us even tho the guys were already starting to close the restaurant. We returned there a few times because the food was very good.

Always willing to assist with any queries or requests. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Cleaning: well-maintained and regularly cleaned. Overall, a property offers a convenient location, friendly and helpful staff

The only thing i don’t like is the towels and that window faced wall of another building.

Very nice and warm hotel. The room is spacious, very clean and in affordable price. "Zaki" was really very nice, friendly and helpful person. He upgraded my reservation to an upper level, while my first reservation was in the basement, with the same price and realy I appreciate what he did. A minor thing that there is no elevator in the hotel, but it is nothing while you will find someone to help and carry your luggage. One night wasn't enough and definitely I will extend my reservatiin period on the next time

Staff were always willing to help, always greeted you upon arrival or leaving the hotel. Rooms were nice and big. Although it was situated in a residential area, it was a quiet location with no noise at night. Rooms were cleaned daily, towels changed every day too. The hotel transfer was reliable, when we arrived at the airport we had some delay at passport control. It made us late in retrieving our luggage and finding the driver. They made sure a driver was available for us even though it meant sending a second driver out.

We arrived around 5am at the hotel and were told that our rooms were to be changed the following morning as there was faults with both of them. We didn't notice anything the night we stayed and it led to an inconvenience of changing rooms 3 times in the first 4 days, just so that we could have our 2 rooms close together. It would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities already available to us in the hotel room rather than us asking for it. We asked once, then felt it was too much hassle asking again for new supplies Ac was a bit difficult to use on the first night as its operates without a remote control. It would have been nice to have the option to include breakfast in our stay as on its own it seemed quite costly per person.

Great place. Comfortable and cozy and staffed by some friendly and helpful people. The breakfast lady gave me a feeling that I was visiting one of my relatives and she was bustling around serving food. Would recommend to everyone on a budget who prefer walking about. All the major places are just an easy walk away and the rest are a walk to the tram station away.

It is a little secluded. Works for some, doesn't work for some. It worked for me.
