Owner/manager helpful and friendly. When we arrived it felt like we were in the wrong area but soon found our way around. You are not far from great restaurants and the blue mosque. There you can catch a tram to the sea front and the grand bazaar. Room was a bit dated but clean, comfortable and everything worked as it should. Having breakfast brought to the room was a nice touch. Do not expect a traditional English breakfast. This is Turkey and it is their breakfast and food you will eat. Healthy stuff. A budget hotel in the big city of Istanbul. Very good indeed.

The location was good, near to bus station near to the sea , near to fish restaurant and the supermarket is in the corner around 50 m. The staff are good, he gave us a room bigger than the room we reserved without additional fees. They helped us with our luggage. The place is calm , very nice for Families.

This accomodation is in the very center of the old city Sultanahmet, 5 minutes walking distance from Aya Sofija, Topkapi palace and Blue mosque. it is comfortable, clean and there is a free parking and breakfaet included. We stayed for 7 days with 2 small kids and it was awesome.

The location is just great and the receptionist was friendly and helpful, he was bringing the breakfast right into our room:) The room was slightly smaller that we expected and it was a bit a quest to navigate with 4 adults incide:)) but for this price - great. The breakfast for 4 could be a bit bigger . smooth check in and check out. The beds were comfortable

The apartment was perfect , location is very good surrounded with plenty of restaurants and in mid of historical areas and Bazar where save alot of time for some attraction to visit like Sultan Ahmet Mousque Aya Sofia Tram Trips for Phosphore The staff are amazing , very professional and supportive Thanks for the nice stay

Incredibly good host! His name is Erkan! In so many years of traveling in Istanbul, this is the first time I come across a hotel owner who goes out of his way to help his guest! The location of the hotel is great - extremely quiet, at the same time it is 5 minutes from the Sultan Ahmed Mosque and 3 minutes from a public transport stop that takes less than 10 minutes to Eminyunyu. 3 minutes from the golden horn. Breakfast at the hotel was room service and they had thought of everything. The room was spacious and definitely the biggest bathroom in an Istanbul hotel. I sincerely thank Erkan for his big heart. We will always stay with him.

Lovely location, close to the mosques, bazaar and several restaurants and shops. Apartment is close to the river which is great when wanting to go for a cruise, easy to get back. The staff were so friendly and kind, very helpful, with information about local things to do etc. Breakfast was great, fridge, iron, kettle, heating, etc all available.

More modern bathroom

The owner Arkan is very helpful man, and always ready to help. The place is walking distance from the blue mosque on one side and the bosphorus around the corner. Also walking distance from many restaurants and you have choice of them delivering to you.

The cobbledy and uneven roads are difficult to walk on espcially if you have a pushchair with two kids in it. Its great for the money and a base so close to the main area. We stayed for 17 nights but mainly we spent our time out of the appartment and only used as a base to sleep and rest.

Host was superb. Very accomodating. Great breakfast each morning. Kindly upgraded us to sea view room. Close to blue mosque and lots of restaurants. Clean and tidy apartment. Loved it -made our trip to Istanbul more memorable.
