Our stay here was amazing! Thumbs up to the front desk manager Mr Cemir and the rest of the staffs for being kind, helpful and welcoming through out our stay. Love the location just a walking distance to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace even the Grand Bazaar is walk able. Plenty of eateries and shops around the area. Near the tram station which is very convenient. No buffet breakfast as they will serve it to you at your table. Just wish it could have more varieties. The view from the room was amazing. We would definitely come back to stay! Overall experience is exceptional!

Breakfast was good but the omelettes were quite dry and the scrambled egg too soft. However the rest of the breakfast was good. The views are amazing. The hotel is near to the trams. Close to many restaurants and most of the tourist attractions like the blue mosque, the Hagia Sofia, the Topkapi palace and the bosphurus. Two of the bell boys, Semi and Enes were fantastic

There was noise from neighbouring rooms. Zafer at reception lacked personal interaction skills

Location is great, all the downtown sights (Aya Sophia, Blue Mosque) Basilica cistern, and Grand Bazaar within walking distance. We were on 7th floor with Seaview, and the Blue Mosque is right in front of our window, and it is stunning at night. Best floors are 7th, and 8th. Restaurant on the 9th floor. We did try the Turkish bath in the basement (free) and it was amazing.

Some little things: Water drainage from shower very slow. One support wheel of the bed was missing, (bed rocks a little bit if you sit near the corner) we reported it, but it never got fixed. No Kleenex tissue paper supplied. When asked, reply was "we do not have it". For an upscale hotel, fairly expensive, not so good with these lack of attention to detail.

I liked everything! Room was very spacious and very clean. Bed smelled like I was laying in meadow of flowers. View was my most favourite thing of all..just wow! All wall was in glass with views on both Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia . I don’t know was it more stunning during the day or in the night. Honestly I could never get en of that view! Staff was very professional yet so kind and polite. I downloaded hotels app and had free drinks from mini bar! imagine! Plus I had 10% off when went to eat in restaurant they have on rooftop. Restaurant it self is stunning with amazing views. Staff was again professional but yet so welcoming and nice. Food was out of this world,so delicious! 💯 I recommend this hotel and will be back here that is for sure. Thank you for everything.

This hotel is right in the city center in Sultanahmet close to both mosques and lots of shops and restaurants and there is also a tramway station a 3 minutes walk. The staff is really kind and they room comes with a mini bar that is full of drinks for free, they restock it every day for free. We didn't pay for a room with a view but the view from the restaurant rooftop is amazing. You can go to the rooftop any time you want to take pictures or just to hang around and admire the view. Breakfast is included and although it is not a buffet, the do have a wide selection of cheeses, eggs and pastries. I love this hotel, the installations are clean and new and the room is quite big. I would definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Istanbul.

The are a few things the hotel can improve. 1.- I would include sugar free drinks besides the water bottles in the minibar as I didn't drink any of them even tough they were free because I don't drink sugary drinks. 2.- Also the cleaning in bathroom can be improved, the ceiling in the shower was a bit dirty and also the wall directly behind the sink.

Truly a wonderful hotel. The rooms are clean and the location is perfect being next to most major tourist attractions. Lots of food options nearby and close to the tramline. The included breakfast is fresh and delicious, and the view from the restaurant is beautiful! All of the staff from the reception, kitchen and cleaning departments are lovely. A very special thank you to Omer, Atalay and Ahmet for their kindness and hospitality - you are all amazing 😊 Will definitely be recommending this hotel to lots of family and friends

Location was great. For breakfast I would absolutely prefer continental breakfast in form of buffe and not served. Unusual to wait for the order when you eat breakfast plus they bring all at once and you have to wait for all at once

They have service of transfer to the airport. They charge 55 EUR for it and say “it’s a special price” took 1200 TL for the ride (was 45 minutes). Our friends leaving at the same day paid 400 TL for a 35 minutes ride in the normal taxi. Quite a difference

Location of the hotel is excellent for the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, German Fountain, obelisk, Topkapi Palace and Bosphorus Strait boat trips. Fabulous views (from the right rooms) and restaurant on top floor. Staff were generally very good, with Atalay (at front of house) and Ömer on reception being outstanding whenever we needed any support.

There was an issue initially with Wi-Fi although this was fixed when we mentioned it to Ömer, and an issue with a smell in the bathroom. Costly, but you’re paying for the location!

We had a room on the 8th floor with an incredible view of the Bosphorous Strait and the Blue Mosque . Room is airconditioned , Breakfast was included with the booking and breakfast is served on the rooftop terrace with amazing views again . The stars of this hotel are the staff especially the team at breakfast - who serve with a smile and really make sure that you enjoy a relaxed breakfast . It is not a buffet breakfast but you order off a menu . Istanbul is very crowded and busy but this hotel is tucked away from the main street so very quiet at night. This hotel is within walking distance to the Hagia Sophia / Basillica Cistern and the Blue mosque, We also walked down to the Arasta Bazaar which is much smaller than the overrated Grand bazaar . There are lots of restaurants in the area and the hotel is able to recommend good restaurants and good tours . Thanks to all the staff who were super helpful during our stay.

The only night we had a bit of noise where when some inconsiderate guests arrived at midnight and started walking to each others rooms and talking loudly slamming doors - otherwise it was very peaceful at night. I also think they could put out a wider range of teas in the room.

I have travelled to Turkey many many times and stayed in many 5stars hotels but I have to admit that none was like Arcadia Blue Istanbul; Simply it is the perfect hotel: The location is excellent ; it right in the middle of every think in Sultan Ahmed, few minutes walking distance from all tourist attractions and tramway; The Hotel is very clean and confortable with Spacious room ; The staff is very welcoming, very helpful and Very accommodating (they discovered that I was fasting so they switch my breakfast to suhour( midnight meal before start of fast )) I had the privilege to stay on the 7th floor; it has an astonishing view; with a panoramic view of Ayasofya and blue mosque with the sea view. The terrace restaurant in very nice with a breathtaking view. You are surrounded in this area with many very beautiful warm little restaurants and many gift shops As well you are very close to the grand- bazar Nothing better to look for. I know now on my next trip where I should stay. I really recommend this hotel 👍🏼.
