The stay overall was very good. The beds were comfortable and the staff were very attentive. When we first arrived the balcony door was locked but if you ask at reception they very kindly open it for you, for your full stay. The breakfast is buffet/self serve. The breakfast offered was only a Turkish Breakfast. We got water, tea and coffee in our rooms which were topped up daily. However the mini fridge is an extra charge. The best thing for me was the location of this hotel. You can walk on foot to all the main attractions, bazaars and mosques. The only time you would need a taxi is if the attraction is quite far out. I would recommend this hotel to family & friends.

It would be great if the hotel had other facilities, but none the less, the overall stay was very good.

This Hotel exceeded our expectations. First of all, the location is just perfect. Every possible tourist attractions are within Vicinity of this Hotel. We arrived late at night around 3AM and staff were waiting for our arrival and all our bags were taken care of and check-in process literally took seconds. The breakfast was amazing with variety of local and international items being served. We had two rooms booked and they were big enough to accommodate baby cot. All staff at the Hotel were quite helpful, friendly and always smiling. The roof top restaurant was like a cherry on a cake. We loved the ambience, 360 view of the City and Food was absolutely delicious. We even visited this restaurant again on our last day after checking out at 2pm as our return taxi was booked for 16.15pm. I would highly recommend to try Spicy Squid Sushi and Creamy Baklava. Both of these items were divine. Overall, we had a great experience and will definitely book this Hotel again. In fact, I already recommended to my cousin sister and they have booked this two rooms at this Hotel for their upcoming Visit.

The only minor thing I would suggest for the Hotel to fix is the Bathroom door in Room no 106. It really creaks as you close and with a small baby this could be annoying as it can disturb their sleep.

Staff - best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff are empathetic and always attentive to your needs. Everyone was really welcoming and friendly and made every moment so special! Location - convenient and easy to get to most recommended locations to visit in Istanbul i.E blue mosque and Hagia Sofia and museums. Vibrant street! Spa - the treatments were exceptional! Breakfast- delicious! Rooftop restaurant- gorgeous views and ambiance

Although I liked the spa treatments I would recommend creating a better ambiance ie peaceful music in the background so you feel you are relaxing! I had to ask the therapist for this which was unusual for a spa. Also, it would be good before treatments to do a medical assessment / gain knowledge of the person who is having a treatment eg massage in case of previous injuries. I didn’t like the toilets in the spa the light would barely stay on although movement sensitive it kept switching off whilst I was getting dressed which was annoying.

Located between major Attractions (Hagia Sofia, Blue Mosque, Hypodrome, Basillica Cistern & Grand Bazaar) and between two tram Stations. Helpful and knowlegible staff. Ideal for self-exploring. Lovely rooftop restaurant with a view of the city, perfect to end a long day of walking. Lift available. Great breakfast with a lot of variety. Thank you to all staff who made our stay so enjoyable. Fantastic hotel in a prime location. A lot of people seem to moan about small things on hotel reviews however a bit of mouldy silicone shouldn't bother you. You need to look at the overall condition and facilties. The AC in the room was low even on a high setting but its enough to sleep with. The room I had was decent sized contrary to many suggesting they're not. But then again people need to consider how much luggage they're bringing and how big they are themselves (you should only be sleeping in the hotel!). Others moan about the layout of the bathroom - basin is in the room and shower and toilet are separate. This is a fantastic setup as if you are sharing the room one person can shower whilst another may be using the toilet or basin. It allows people to get ready simultaneously rather than wait for the bathroom to be empty - you're saving time! Hotel room sizes may well be restricted in Istanbul as its an old, traditional area (conservation area as known in UK) and demolishing buildings to make big rooms would spoil the area. Yes it's a busy area but this is the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. Its bang in the middle of the main attractions and also 2 tram stops. The staff go over and beyond to help you and buying a sim card from the hotel is much cheaper (600) than the rip off prices at airport (1700). And there is a young bell boy (he certainly looks the part) ha!

The best part of the hotel is its central location. Right next to the tram stop, short walk from major attractions like Hagia Sofia and The Grand Bazaar. But perhaps even better than all of that is the staff. We had a mishap with our taxi that was supposed to take us to the airport at 5am (that was totally my fault), the guys at the reception called in personal favors to find us 2 taxis at 5am and waited outside with us. They were amazing. This is a great hotel, through and through

We didn't enjoy the breakfast as much, but not a big deal considering all of the nearby restaurants.

location is great, both restaurants on site are nice, street level and roof restaurants are very pleasant. comfortable room with nice view. overall very good hotel right next to t1 tram stop, easy to get around on foot and in tram.

strangle room plan with separated by glass wall toilet and shower, shower is separate from toilet and both are small. it works for one person in the room but not really for two as you can hear everything. tram line is close to the hotel and might be noisy at tight.

This hotel had very friendly staff, was in a great location, had an amazing breakfast and was overall a lovely stay. As soon as we arrived in the hotel, we were welcomed by Jacob at reception who was extremely nice and friendly our whole stay. He advised us on how to spend our short time in Istanbul and provided a map with recommended activities, and he continued being great help throughout our whole trip, answering any of our questions and accommodating to every need. The location of the hotel is also great, Istanbuls main attractions such as Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, the Grand Bazaar etc were all within a 5-10 minute walking range, and there was a lot of restaurants around to choose from in regards to food. There was also a tram very close to the hotel, which was very easy to use in terms of public transport. Breakfast everyday was buffet style, with a huge variety of foods and it was delicious. The rooms were also clean and comfy, with complimentary tea, coffee and water everyday. We also booked airport transfer with the hotel, which was very quick and simple, along with an additional boat tour activity that we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall a great stay, would definitely recommend to a friend!

The property was in a great location, close to lots of main sights in Istanbul. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially as we were a big group. The rooftop restaurant had incredible views across the city. It’s a great base hotel to explore the city and get a decent nights sleep.

The location is very central which is great, but as our room was facing the main road outside it was very noisy. We could hear the trams going past, and the bar downstairs was playing loud music until 2am on Friday and Saturday night which kept us awake.

Good location easy access to nearby all famous locations, and metro All front desk staff Yaqoob and Tolga was very helpful and supportive. Breakfast staff incharge was helpful Stayed quite long this time in Turkey but Best and helpful staff in front desk and Breakfast only I saw here. This good review is only because of these gentlemen. Management should know as well.

Location is good, I only come at night for sleep as always out during day time, ignored small lift and bathroom
