Me & my mum had a wonderful time here. The staff were super friendly, big thank you to Ali especially. He was so kind and attentive to all our needs. All the staff are amazing. The hotel was so beautiful, I loved the interior and it was super clean. The location was 10/10, literally so safe and right next to so many restaurants. We recommended it to all our family & friends. The terrace is gorgeous, you can clearly see Sultanahmet Camii and Hagia Sophia too. Even the Bosphorus.

Great location - walking distance to many touristic attractions. The staff is very kind and helpful ! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Even though our room was on the first floor and faced the street, it was not at all noisy at night.

Rooms look bigger in the pictures than reality and the bathroom door doesn’t close properly

Every thing was just perfect , nice hotel , renovation just conducted to the hotel it's so obvious, cozy room and will maintained , hotel management provided me an early check-in and late check-out which is highly appreciated, perfect housekeeping too, hotel location is central and prime location just 1 min walking to the sumtanahmet main street and 3 mins to the metro station, close by many resturants, groceries stors, laundry, and nice small bufe out side the hotel less than 20 meters walking distance . Hotel management team are professional Mr.Ali was a cooperative man helped me alot during my stay answering all my questions. Mr.Jeehan was a professional receptionist at first day . Mr.Hussain was offering us tea and coffee all the time for free and help my with my baggage with o lovely happy face. My stayment was full of joy for 8 days at this wonderful hotel, diffintly I will choose the same hotel in my next visit to Istanbul. Thank you so much keep it up

The staff were very helpful. Location was good. Close to sites and Sultanahmet tram stop. Good value for money.

The location of the hotel is excellent, it's in the middle of the historical downtown and in a relatively clean environment. A few streets away it is a bit worse. The bazaar and the Topkapi castle, the Hagia Sofia and much more mosques are in walking distance. There are a lot of nice restaurants nearby. There is a tramway line also very close and a subway line which you can cross quickly to Asia. We got upgrade to the superior room for free, which is bigger only with 1 square meter. It was clean and cleaned every day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was very good.

The room is too small (but very cheap), the bed was short. There was no chair in the room, and the wardrobe was not enough for two people plus luggage. We were living out of our baggage. The view to the city was a wall of the nearest building, actually in reaching distance. I believe that not all room has this bad view. On the other hand, the traffic was not so loud. The WIFI signal was too weak, we couldn't even join to the network. Nevertheless, you go to the room only for taking a shower and sleep. And it is just good for this.

Great hotel with great staff who are very helpful and polite. Me and my wife stayed here for out first honeymoon. The hotel room and bathroom was very clean with all essential facilities you will need. The staff really helped us with the local attractions and local restaurants. Everything is very close by with the blue mosque being 7mins away, halal McDonald's only 3mins away and the grand bazaar/main strip in under 10mins.

The rooms were quite small with a tight balcony (just about stand) which had a view of the street. The hotel transfers to the airport were double the price compared to uber prices and also it would've been great if there were breakfast options.

My experience at Mina Hotel would Not have been the same without the manager Ali. He made a world of difference. He was so attentive, patient and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. I think he is the true heartbeat of the hotel. The property is in a great location. It’s next to everything you would need but the block the hotel sits on is still quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was a good size and the facility was clean.

Nothing. The Wi-Fi was down during our stay but with Ali’s help with our itinerary we didn’t even notice.

the hotel is beautiful

The day we left for the airport, the staff wouldn't help us carry our bags to the taxi which was stuck in traffic around the corner. He told us he can only help us if the taxi is parked right in front of the hotel. Understandable. Since could not carry our bags without help as they were quite heavy, we ended up callling another taxi which took about 25 mins. We ended up missing our flight. it felt like they were saying that "thats not in our job responsibilities " which is sad because up until that poit the staff had made it seem like they actually cared about us and our experience. But this reminded me it was just about the money for them. sad

Property was in a fantastic location, very close to Sultanahmet station so easy to get around to different places Lots of food options close by, close to both mosques Very clean and staff were amazing and very friendly and accommodating Anytime we needed anything they were happy to help us straight away Our flight was at night and we checked out at 12, staff were able to keep our luggage at the hotel without any issues which allowed us to spend the day outside before our flight

As soon as we entered. Night staff was fantastic and welcoming. All the staff always had a smile on their face and had a good laugh. Lady cleaning the room did a fantastic job. Defo recommend this hotel for a short mini break. Will definitely come back if get same price. Only issue found to enter there are 2/3 steps to enter property so might be difficult for limited mobility people. Blue masjid and several other attractions a close by.
