Everything! For a family of 5 people plus 1 child it couldn't be more perfect! It is the best hotel in Istanbul I have booked so far. Located on a quiet street (parents understand how important it is) and in the city center at the same time. We had enough room for each of us and a very good living room to be together. Beds are very comfortable.The staff is very helpful. Everything we needed - we had it at once, they were available 24/7. For the next visit it is the hotel we will come back to!

Nothing. People always can find something to criticise but it is important to stay realistic. For the money we paid we've got more than enough .

The breakfast was good value for money and there was plenty of variety and good range of healthy food The staff at both the breakfast and guest rooms were very helpful polite and considerate The rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable We slept well as the beds were really comfortable too Staff went out of their way to check we were enjoying our stay and to help us make the most of our time in Istanbul

Nothing to dislike but we were aware that there’s no lift in the guesthouse but it was not a problem

The staff was super attentive, caring and friendly. They checked frequently that we had everything we needed and helped us with everything right away! The room was nicely renovated and clean. The beds were comfortable. There were 2 separate ACs (one in the bedroom and one in the kitchen) that worked well. We had everything we needed for our 3-night stay. The location was super close to Sultanahmet Camii which was very convenient!

Everything, the location within 5min walk to Sultanahmed square, 10-15min to Grand Bazar, 5min to tram M1, 2min from shops and restaurants, 5min walk from the sea. Emirhan and Dayanch were such a gentlemen, always ready to open and close the door for us, checking always if everything was ok, always willing to help with any inquiery we’ve had, ofered us tea or coffee. We felt very safe in the apartment and the area, it was very quiet street. Apartment (35m2) looked just like on the pictures, so clean with nice view and lots of windows. Bins were emptied daily in the apartment, they changed towels for us without asking. Overall we have no bad word to say, out stay was amazing. If i come back again to Istanbul i will definitely stay here again. 10/10

i liked everything

Very friendly and helpful owner and staff. We had difficjliestfinding the place and was like walking and asking a couple of times when suddenly the owner appeared in front of us. Apparently someone message him that we are looking for Emirhan. When we arrived he made coffee while finishing the registration paperwork. The owner also helped carrying one of our 10kg luggage while escorting us to the Guesthouse. He even helped carrying it when we checked out to our next stay which is 10 minutes walk. The room is on the 5th floor by stairs only,but it was worth it. The room ia very spacious, with coffee making facility, refrigerator and a microwave. Bathroom with hot water shower. Water pressure is very good. Bed was comfortable. Aircon was cold. Many windows, with one side overlooking the ocean at a distance. The balcony is also spacious and overlooking the ocean as well. Door lock looked strong and secure. There's an electronic remote to open the main door to the house so we have a 24h access. The location is a 10minutes walk from Sultanahmet, a bit downhill. A small supermarket is within 5 minutes distance. A few choice of restaurants are available in the vicinity, with lower prices compared to those in Sultanahmet.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Emirhan Guest House. The staff were lovely people and so welcoming from start to finish. It was also one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed. The location was a perfect base for exploring the old city, with many sights within easy walking distance while being away from the noise of the main streets. In the evenings and early mornings we sat on the balcony listening to the birds in the trees of the beautiful mosque next door. Lots of shops and restaurants are also nearby. Really convenient and just a lovely experience. Thank you for having us!

Nothing, it was perfect

I was 3 nights in August 2023 in Emirhan Guesthouse, and want to thank a lot the personal for the help, hospitality and always being available. The suit was like on the pictures, clean and quiet despite the central location. The only sound I've heard was praying, what you can not avoid in the city. The terrasse I should mention separately, it has a beautiful view on the city, and you can spend nice evenings there. I would definitely recommend the Hotel and would come back at the next visit!

Our suite was on the top floor with a balcony which gave us a wonderful view of the Bosphorus and the surrounding parts of SultanAhmet. Our host Ali Resat Shamaa provided us with excellent advice and assistance.

Like most buildings in the Sultanahmet there is no lift so you may have to climb up several floors

Everything is wonderful! Location, View, Equipment, Service etc. The apartment has also a nice view! The guys here are always available and friendly. Can't appreciate more for all the help! Surely recommended to all!

There is no lift in the structure, but the staffs will help you to carry the luggage. upon this point maybe not suitable for whom with heavy luggage or for whom is not that convenient to climb the steps. anyway, it's absolutely not difficult for healthy people.
