Our stay at the Honey Hotel exceeded our expectations! The staff was really helpful and incredibly kind. They bumped us up to a better room with no extra cost, as they didn't want us to stay in the small room we had booked. The room was very comfortable, with air conditioning and hot water all the time and in general very clean. The breakfast is served in a restaurant close by, and the staff there was also nice. Breakfast options were a little limited but enough to last you through the day, which was the point anyway. All in all we had a great stay at this hotel, especially considering the price we had paid, and we are glad we didn't trust the reviews we had seen on Google.

The only thing we didn't quite like was that the towels and pillowcases had some stains on them, but I'm sure that if we had asked for a replacement they would have given us some.

Ramil was a great host. He was very helpful and polite.

Bekir and the rest of the team were amazing - someone was available whenever we returned from a day out, and everyone was friendly and willing to assist with anything you needed. The team were happy to organise tours and contact taxi companies on our behalf - they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The location was fabulous - just a few minutes walk from the two famous mosques etc, and right on the doorstep there were several grocery shops and restaurants.

if you are tourist. then the location of hotel is walking distance to all famous tourist destinations. Price is so reasonable that you cannot think of any complain. Best for budget travelers. Walking distance to tram and lots of restaurants. As well 3 atm machines right next to hotel. Mr. Baker morning duty staff was very helpful and cooperative and guides to next level. They happily kep my extra baggage with them for 2 nights till come back after visiting other city.

Night staff does not speak english except few sentences so if you are from english speaking countries prepare your self not only at this hotel but at restaurants and in taxis too. no one speaks english. in my 2nd stay at hotel the remote for the ac was not working and night duty guy cannot fix it. so we have to live with it.

I have been several times in Istanbul. I must say that hotel location is great just like value for money but its best resaurce are its employees namely Bekir and Osman who are kind and extremly effective to resolve any problem or realise any wish you need and help you in Istanbul. As long as Bekir and Osman are running this hotel Le Meridien and Hilton are in danger of rising star called Honey hotel.

I want to thank Mustafa especially for making our stay comfortable at Honey Hotel. He was very helpful to make our stay comfortable whilst we travelled around Istanbul and suggested some nice places which we enjoyed. The hotel was great and in key location of Istanbul so it was easy to get around.

I can't complain about anything regarding the hotel. The pictures are clear, and you get the services offered as advertised.

Extremely close to the beach, great location. It is only a couple of minutes (10mins top) from the city center, and as such it is not as noisy. They have a great pool, the breakfast was very filling and the staff is extremely nice.

We liked everything about the accommodation, but maybe a bin could be placed in the rooms (not just bathroom) and, closet for the clothes. The hotel is brand new and overall everything was amazing!

Room was fine, personal very friendly, ready to help, old town atmosphere, very close to Hagia Sophia and center, also close to the sea where we saw dolphines, very good value for money

The building next to our hotel, a ruine but it 's old town and this is it, the rest was ok

The location is perfectly accessible for most of the tourist spots in Istanbul plus restaurants, supermarkets, souvenir shops and transportations such as tram and metro by thousand steps only and the staff they are accommodating and helpful particularly Mr. Teyfun, the manager and his friends Mr. Onor and the Ghanian guy.and the young guy named Mojal.. Even the housekeeping staff.

What we did not like was there is no lift.

The location and the staff. It's a very good option if you want to stay near the center and don't want to spend too much money on your accomodation. The room and bathroom were small, but clean. The sheets and the bed were ok.

The towels were stained, maybe they should change them or change the cleaning service.
