Outstanding location. Right in the heart of all major attractions. A lot of eateries on your doorstep.

No easy access with car.

location brilliant. very comfortable bed and pillows. polite staff. Decent breakfast

with slanting roofs on top floor showers were average in 2 rooms 606/607. 605 was fine. Rooms could do with a chair in the room

The location 10/10 you feel safe while hanging around the hotel The staff is very friendly and cooperative and yet they dont stick to you to give them tip like in many other hotels No alcoholic drinks is served in the place and they had a prayer mat in the room which was great Good value of money

Cleaning is good but not at its best, they have to work more on that. We asked the hotel receptionist for a taxi to go to the airport one day before our checkout and the Taxi had to be there at 7:00. The driver was late and in order to not miss our flight he charged us with an extra 100 lira because he “ had chose the fastest route” as he said..

Location is very good, breakfast is amazing and staff ( specifically receptionists & morning restaurant manager) are very friendly and cooperative persons

Bathroom should be renewed, furniture is little old and room size of family room is not as expected

The Location was excellent . Would rate it 20 out of 10. Few steps away from Tram station and metro. Which is very useful as the Tram takes you to all the touristic places. Lots of restaurants and shops around the hotel. Right in the centre. A very nice kebap place just next to the hotel , Sehzade Cag Kebap , must try. Staff very polite and courteous, specially the staff at the Breakfast area. For the price paid, it's an amazing deal.

Hotel is a bit old, specially the toilets. Needs llittle refurbishment. No iron box provided by the hotel. No Room service available.

location is brilliant for both tourist attractions and transport. also, lots of good restaurants in the area so don't have to travel far for a good meal. rooms were a good size and had adequate facilities. breakfast was very good with a lot of variety and quality ingredients.

the only downsides we experienced are since it is a very busy location, it can be a bit noisy during the nights if you keep the windows open (probably can solve this by keeping them close, they were double glazed, and running the AC if required). The wifi was very bad. even general browsing was not possible on certain occasions.
