The location was perfect to get to for the old town sights, the Bosphorous cruise, Taksim Square, Galata Tower, Grand Bazaar and even the Historia Shopping Mall. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable and even though the hotel was in a busy location the noise didn't disturb.

Accessing the floors via the lift in the ground floor shop was awkward. Breakfast wasn't great, as limited on choice of hot food. Not all staff spoke English so was difficult to communicate.

The customer service from reception was absolutely perfect. Always assisting in pretty much everything The stay was even more comfortable knowing the staff were supportive, trustable and the cleanliness of the room was spot on. The breakfast buffet was attached to Mado, so a bit authentic than other breakies. The view of the station and sea and bosphorus bridge, trust me you could look out for hours. The location of the hotel js perfect. Advisable to istanbul stays.

One thing which shouldnt be a let down is the entry and exit to the rooms are via the mado cafe downstairs. So with the bags and stuff you are going thriugh the restaurant. The overall stayy is always made better by their customer service, warm hospitality and comfort put in for our stay.

The staff was very humble and cooperative. The location was good. Everything was nearby. The food points were all nearby. Everything was at walking distance. Excellent location.

The hotel was not clean. They need to focus on cleaning of room. The rooms were overly priced as they were not that levish. Also they need to improve the breakfast menu. The items included were not good and tasted bad.

unique place, they are part of two buildings, one with a view and one without. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, staff were very helpful. enjoyed having the Mado downstairs, and enjoyed the breakfast.

The location is very convenient but then also very noisy day and night (mainly traffic noise and horns). Also no blackout curtains, so go prepared. I still think it’s good cost-benefit ratio.

Nice and very clean hotel, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Great location - walking distance to Agia Sofia, Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque,Egyptian Bazar, Grand Bazar. Lots of nice restaurants, café, coffee shops. Banks and exchange places are less than 3 min walk. We'll definitely stay here again.

Amazing location Perfect service, fast, reliable, respectful, smiling in ur face Thanks for great help of Mr. Jumma, and Mr. Mohamed, I want to say that u see Mr. Mohamed in the lobby, in the breakfast, taking care of ur bags, very honest and amazing, and never asking for a money against services, he do with love. Breakfast was fabulous, even in those COVID days Rooms was very clean, and there was always a very nice smell in the room when we come in. Towels was smelling great and clean Very very fast wifi

I only wished to have a higher floor room, but 2nd floor was perfect for me Next time will absolutely get 5th to 7th Entrance from Mado, was not a big issue for me, but every time I come through Madi I should buy sweets, got so fat

The Hotel is at a perfect location, close to everything you want to see in Istanbul, in front of the hotel you can catch the underground metro that will take you to the Asian Side and also the outdoor metro T1 can take you to Taksim square and other places. The hotel is very clean, the staff is Great and so is the breakfast. It was an amazing experience, i would recommend it to everyone.
